MILWAUKEE, Wis (Civic Media) — On the eve of Election Day, Gov. Tim Walz of Minnesota is rallying supporters in Wisconsin, joined by his wife Gwen Walz and more musicians.

The Harris-Walz campaign’s final get-out-the-vote effort includes stops in La Crosse, Stevens Point, and Mosinee, before a major rally in Milwaukee at 6 p.m.  Grammy-nominated R&B artist Eric Benét, a Milwaukee native, will perform at the event.

Republican J.D. Vance made his first appearance in La Crosse on Monday morning at the La Crosse Center.

Gov. Walz’s tour is part of a series of simultaneous organizing events aimed at mobilizing voters, particularly young and non-traditional voters.

Polls in Wisconsin open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. on Election Day.  Check here to learn more about your polling place and what’s on your ballot.
