You can now add a couple of Great Lakes to the list. Lake Superior endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz for the 2024 presidential election on social media site X last week.

Lake Superior, or, rather, its social media team, refers to itself as the G.L.O.A.T or Greatest Lake of All Time. The account on X, formerly known as Twitter, is a tongue-in-cheek, somewhat sassy account used to promote and provide education on the nation’s largest freshwater lake.

In true social media fashion, followers agreed and disagreed.
