In the assembly races, former La Crosse County Board Chair, Tara Johnson, defeated Steve Campbell with 74% of the votes; and in the 40th, Karen DeSanto defeated Kyle Kunicki and Brad Cook with 53% of the votes.

There was one school referendum on the ballot yesterday in the state of Wisconsin. The Riverdale School District was requesting a $5.1 million non-recurring, operational referendum. The unofficial results are in. It was close, however, the referendum was defeated with 483 yes votes to 491 no votes.
