The conversation shifts to government job and program cuts, threatening funding and stability. They revisit claims of $1 billion in waste and social security management for seniors, with Dr. Kraig emphasizing the need for checks and balances. He also briefly mentions former President Trump’s engagement with the federal election commission and potential constitutional violations.

We’ll review the governor’s proposals with two members of the powerful Joint Finance Committee, Sen. LaTonya Johnson and Rep. Deb Andraca. And then we’ll hear how three advocacy groups will be urging lawmakers to adopt much of what Evers is proposing: David Kraig from Citizen Action, David Liners from WISDOM, and Heather DuBois Bourenane from the Wisconsin Public Education Network.

In the second segment, Dr. Robert Kraig joins the conversation to examine Elon Musk's impact on the Trump presidency, asserting that the courts are unable to prevent the president from executing his agenda. They discuss topics like can one body of government hold another body of government in contempt, in regards to people not following protocols in terms of trumps policies.

On December 22nd, the state Supreme Court announced that they would be overturning the gerrymandered legislative maps.
