BREAKING NEWS: Randall Hepp, former warden of the Waupun prison, has been jailed. We do not yet know what he is being charged with, except that it relates to four deaths at the prison during his time as warden. Over 20 individuals from the prison are being investigated at this time.
Pat Kreitlow of UpNorthNews Radio joins us as he does every Wednesday to weigh in on this huge news. He and Todd also cover yesterday’s breaking news on the Wisconsin fake elector scheme. Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul has finally charged several of the involved individuals.
Yesterday, we didn’t have time for any Tuesday Tangents, so Luke joins us this Wednesday instead! He and Todd reflect on a new Wall Street Journal editorial that projects mental instability onto President Joe Biden. Politicians like Kevin McCarthy are quoted as publicly denouncing Biden’s fitness for office while privately praising his acuity. After that, Todd and Luke discuss what grinds their gears this week.

Civic Media Spotlight for May 18th & 19th (Hour 1)
Kicking off the hour, Matenaer On Air welcomes Andrew Gurman, former President of the American Medical Association to talk about the letter he and 48 other experts signed on to regarding the impact a second Trump administration would have on health care and health care access.
