John Craemer
The Press Times
In our weekly segment with the Green Bay Press Times, Tori Wittenbrock and John Craemer are in to discuss some of the stories they're covering in this week's issue. We love the Press Times because it covers local news and local sports and is locally written. Then Jim and John talk a bit about the possible hike in parking fees in Green Bay during the upcoming NFL Draft, and also a report that claims some local businesses around the event near Lambeau are expecting to lose money during the "shut down" of local traffic in the area.

You can click HERE to see the upcoming dates for courses in Northeast Wisconsin. John and Kevin also presented Challenge Coins to Jim, John, and Todd. It was an amazing honor. Then another amazing friend stops by: Babs Smith. Her organization is planting another 50 apple blossom trees in with the Apple Blossom tree planting event at the Apple Creek Trail at Cherryvale Avenue in Appleton. It's coming up on Thursday, May 8th, at 10 am. Babs also released her latest book: Day Tripping Kayak Wisconsin Waters of Green Bay West Shore: Green Bay to Garden Peninsula Upper Michigan.

This is a great idea on a day that is supposed to be about love. Then Tori Whittenbrock and John Craemer are in the studio with the Headlines With The Press Times.

He hasn't gone yet for several reasons, including gout, not having proper workout clothes, and it being so cold—more conversations this morning about The Mayor wanting to take his dog on a plane trip. Then John Craemer & Kevin Osgood join us from the USC Auxiliary. They talk about water safety this time of year and the upcoming All Canada Show being held at Oneida Casino. Also, a discussion occurs about whether Maino looks like Walter Mattheau in "Grumpy Old Men." What do you think?
