Clyde Mayberry
Black Love, Community, & Gossip Update
Brandi is once again joined in the WMDX Studio by cousin Clyde, and the two pick up the subject of Black Love once again. What does trauma look like and how does it show up in our relationships?
Then, the show is joined by Araceli Esparza to talk about her organization and discuss with Brandi and Clyde about the difference between Brown and Black people in Madison, WI.
Brandi then dives into the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to overturn Chevron deference and what it means for Black communities. The previous way agencies were ran was not good, but neither is this.
Brandi and Clyde wrap the show with an update from the Gossip Report, talking basketball, nepotism and the BET Awards.
Join Brandi Grayson to discuss the challenges and obstacles families face today. Discussions, guests, and interviews will focus on vulnerable populations--specifically Black families. We cover controversial topics, from religion to race and from relationships to policies to legislation. Join the finest hostess with the most-ess Brandi Grayson every week.

That’s a Technical Foul… Or Is It?
Host Brandi Grayson is joined in the Mad Radio 9.7 FM studio by cousin and co-host Clyde Mayberry for a conversation on race, poli-tricks and community. To kick off the hour, Brandi and Clyde react to the technical fouls and ejection that Angel Reese received from the WNBA this week. Then, we play a clip from a recent congressional committee hearing where Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett claps back at Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene that the two break down.
Then, Brandi touches on her predictions for the upcoming 2024 presidential election and what the New York conviction means against Donald Trump. Finally, Brandi and Clyde wrap up the show by recapping a recent altercation of a black superintendent in Baraboo being removed from the stage by a parent and share their takes on the altercation.
