Tavia Hopfensperger
That’s Entertainment!
A new friend of the show, Beth Nash with Indian Crossing Casino, joins to share some of the upcoming LIVE music they'll be featuring this summer! From The Beach Boys to Quiet Riot, from The Glam Band to Ask Your Mother, ICC will feature plenty of national acts mixed with local groups! Featuring a great restaurant and bar and great outdoor areas for weddings and other events, Indian Crossing Casino is just a short drive to the Waupaca/Chain-O-Lakes area. Then, "mixologist" Tavia Hopfensperger from Old Station 31 Spirits is back in the house, and she brings some cocktails for tasting. One of our favorites is the Smokey Lemonade. Old Station 31 Spirits teamed up with another friend of ours, Ace Champion, for an event coming up on the 29th. The tickets are sold out, but we're glad we could introduce Ace and Tavia. Great things will come from this! We think of Old Station 31 Spirits as a blend of history, community, and creativity!

B’ Gosh! We’re in Oshkosh!
Nate Olson, a friend of the show and a leader in the community with Olson Legal Group, LLC in Oshkosh and Berlin, is back in the studio with the guys. He reminds us of his military service and talks a bit about the law he practices and some things his group can help clients with. He also shares great advice for end-of-life planning. We thank him for his involvement in the community and for his service to our country. Then we welcome the creative mind and community-minded Tavia Hopfensperger. She and her husband purchased the old fire station in Dale, and created Old Station 31 Spirits. Rob and Tavia explain what they do this way: from selecting premium ingredients and purest water to the meticulous milling, mash, fermentation, and distillation process, each step is a nod to tradition with a touch of modern artistry. With a family history in service to the community, their story AND their products, we're very thankful they joined us with the Maino & The Mayor Top Craft Pick Promotion. Make sure to vote for them!
