Dropping the ‘dis’ to focus on ‘ability’
Today Kristin and Liza are joined by two organizations who represent the Down Syndrome Community. The first half of the show is spent with Rachel Reit and Nick Bower from the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin-South-Central, and the second half they speak with Kelly Antonson from Gigi's Playhouse, a non-profit focused on providing services to families caring for differently-abled loved ones.
