Our young friend Beckett K. from the podcast Up Next With Bex joins the guys to talk a little bit more about his podcast, tonight's Packer game, and his interest in Toys For Tots and helping the less fortunate in our communities. In fact, for his birthday, he asked his friends/family for donations – money and/or supplies for the homeless shelters. This is just another reason why we're so impressed with him! Speaking of impressive, Jim and John's own "fitness coach," Kathy Bratz, joins us to talk about her personal fitness journey she has been on. She has lost 235 pounds over the past two years. No "diets" or medication for fad ideas. "Movement and Moderation" is her advice. It works!

Kathy Bratz joined us last week to talk about the need of help for her elderly father who could use some help with some small projects around the house. We find out through the conversation that she's lost 200 pounds in the last 3 years or so. As always, the guys find her story interesting and inspiring so we invited her back on the air. Her theory is "Moderation and Movement", which may be a tough cookie to crumble for the guys. We'd love to have Kathy on from time to time to see if the guys can keep on track.
