Then Dean Hoegger, Executive Director & Board President with the Clean Water Action Council, and Charlie Frisk, Vice President of the organization, are in to help celebrate the 40th anniversary of the council. The Clean Water Action Council of Northeast Wisconsin is a nonprofit corporation and was organized to promote a safe, healthy, and sustainable environment in northeast Wisconsin, to educate and inform members and the public on environmental issues, and to take action on behalf of members and the public to protect the environment and human health. Dean and Charlie reflect on transforming Green Bay's Fox River from a polluted mess to a fishing haven.
