Alex Lasry

Ready. Set. VOTE! (Hour 2)

November 4, 2024

Guest: Alex Lasry

Alex Lasry, member of the Democratic National Committee joins us for his reflections on these last days of the campaign. Dom and Alex chop up the incredible Wisconsin Dems ground game this cycle. And they're not done yet. If you've got anything left in the tank, you can throw in some last minute volunteering their way here.

In their closing arguments, the two candidates for President differ vastly. Harris visited a church on Sunday to deliver a message of hope and unity. Trump railed against his long list of enemies and said he shouldn't have left the White House after losing the 2020 election.

Three headlines and a lie: “Pro Life” Edition (Hour 1)

February 23, 2023

Guest: Alex Lasry

Three of these headlines are real, and one is fake. Can you spot the odd one out?

  1. "Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves unsure whether providing mothers health care would help their health"
  2. "Lawmaker censured for asking if fatal child abuse saves taxpayers money"
  3. "Sweeping abortion bill will be heard in Senate, sent to ag committee"
  4. "Kopp’s Apologizes For Pro-Life Cupcake Day By Offering Free Scoop For Every Abortion"

Then for the second half of the hour, Milwaukee Executive and former US Senate candidate, Alex Lasry, joins to talk about his new PAC, Next Wisconsin, what he learned from his campaign and why Milwaukee should host the All Star Weekend.
