We'll start things off with just a couple quick sports announcements.
The Richland Center High School athletes will not be competing in sports today.
This includes the Boys Basketball Game at Kenosha, Girls Wrestling at Westby, and Boys
Wrestling at Weston.
Richland Center Youth Girls Basketball also canceled for today.

As for yesterday's sports, it was Perry Dushin taking on Richland Center in Girls Basketball,
WRCO's Phil Ne has more.
Perry Dushin won a Friday night girls basketball game, 49-43, over Richland Center.
It was a cold, wild, winter night outside, however the action inside heated up with the
team's exchanging leads in the first half.
The Hornets led 20-18 and half time and had a nine-nothing run that ended early in
the second half.
The team led by eight before the Black Hawks took a lead for good with around eight minutes
to play.
The Hornets kept it close before losing by six in the league game.
Richland Center was led and scoring by Ella Clements with 13.
Kylie Burns added nine, Jory Schultz and Ellevi Weiss both added six.
Taylor Wirt scored five.
Ava Martin made a three-point basket and Eddie Borg had one point.
Richland Center had six three-pointers with Kylie Burns making three of them.
The team was five for 13 from the line.
The Black Hawks were led and scoring by Claire Kennedy who had a strong performance leading
all game scorers with 26.
She made three three-pointers as did Cameron Napp who ended with nine points.
Perry Dushin was seven for 13 from the line.
Following the 49-43 win, the Black Hawks are now one and four in the Southwest Conference
and two and nine overall.
Richland Center continues to search for its first league win after five losses.
They are three and 14 overall.
They will travel to Lancaster on Thursday night.
Perry Dushin will host Cuba City on Tuesday.

Kickaboo defeated North Crawford 49-30.
It was mineral 0.52 Iowa Grant 38.
Albany Monticello defeated Highland 70-31 while Arcadia was the victor over
Verrocua 70-35.
Austin took down Royal 52-39.
In boys basketball, Weston and Dessota was canceled.
Bangor defeated Hillsborough 71-43.
Wantingbox center 54 Royal 28.
Cashton scored a 44-25 win over Nesita.
North Crawford defeated Melrose Mendoro 95-78.
It was Westfield 72 Wisconsin Dells 65.
Austin edged out Adams friendship 57-56.
And Gail Etrick Trimpleow defeated St. Croix Central 53-43.

The annual Ithaca Weston wrestling invitation will be held today at Weston High School.
Action is slated to begin around 9 o'clock this morning and there are 11 teams competing
for the Title I a year ago by the Holman High School Varsity Reserves.
First time entrance Oostberg and Riverdale finished second and third respectively and
last year's Ithaca Weston invitation.
Those top three teams return along with Parkview Albany, River Ridge, Verona, Richland
Center and host Ithaca Weston.
Returning to the event after a year's hiatus is Blair Taylor while new to the Ithaca Weston
invotational and appearing for the first time our Rhinelander and the Sock Prairie Wisconsin
Heights co-op wrestling team.
We have received word that Richland Center's wrestling team will not be making the trip due
to the weather to the Ithaca Weston tournament today.
There were six returning individual champions led by returning state champion Grant Matthews
of Riverdale.
The other five returning Ithaca Weston champs all placed in the state meet where Riverdale's
Brody Mies was a state runner up.
Liam Richards of Oostberg placed fourth and Carson Brummer of Verona placed sixth at
state.
In addition to Ithaca Weston champs from the Holman Varsity Reserves went on to place
in the WIA State meet where Nathan Henderson finished fifth and Rex Lancaster's sixth for
the Holman Varsity.
Other champions at last year's Ithaca Weston invite including graduating seniors Ethan
Haiti of Richland Center and talent child of Riverdale while among others placing second
were Lakota Brewer of Riverdale and Ithaca Weston teammates Ashton Bennett and Carrick Thompson.
Prior to the final round this afternoon approximately three o'clock five individuals will be
inducted into the Ithaca Weston wrestling Hall of Fame.
They include Wayne Osborne, Richard Waldsmith, Jim Chappell, Gary Anderson and Mike Drey.
Wayne Osborne was responsible for getting the wrestling program started at Weston High
School in 1960 while Richard Waldsmith started the Ithaca wrestling program in 1963
and served as a school's first wrestling coach.
Jim Chappell coached Weston wrestling for five years between 1964 and 1969.
The Anderson wrestled for Ithaca and later at UW Richland, he had a career high school
record of 60 wins, 20 losses and one tie for the Bulldogs graduated in 1974.
Mike Drey was a two time state runner up for Weston in 1989 and 1990, putting together
a career record of 74 and 14 wrestling for the Silver Eagles.
The induction ceremony for the Ithaca Weston wrestling Hall of Fame will be just prior
to this afternoon's finals at Weston High School.
Today's Ithaca Weston invitational begins around nine o'clock this morning at Weston High School.
