And girl's basketball action from last night we have a handful of games to tell you about.
The so-to-defeated Ithaca West in 82-38 was Acastubane 44-27 win over Belmont.
Broadhead overturner 50-46. Columbus 53-Belville 38.
It was lost in 48 Readsburg 37.
Bearaboo overcoma 63-49.
And Adam's friendship defeated Westfield 69-68.
In boys' basketball action, Richland Center and River Valley was our SWC conference matchup
of the night on the radio. Phil Lee was there. Richland Center opened the Southwest Wisconsin
conference with a Friday night 56-52 win over River Valley.
The Hornet Boys took the lead for good with a minute 45 left in the hard fought seesaw
battle. The Blackhawks led by 12 points twice in the first half. Richland Center went on an
eight-nothing run at the end of the firstanza and trailed by four and a half time.
River Valley was up by five with three minutes 30 seconds left before the Hornets came back
to take the lead and win to improve to two and two on the season. One to know in the conference.
River Valley fell to two and two and oh and one to start the league. Hornet Jr. Jaden
Shepp led all scores with 21 including four three pointers. Senior Brady Dosh added 20 including
four points in a five-second span with a game on the line after a basket and a steal of an
in-bounce pass that led to another basket. Liam Fingerson had seven. Deacon Hies had five.
Kaisen Schwitzenberg two and Conner Stolz had a big free throw late in the game. The Hornets were
10 for 19 from the line. The Blackhawks Keegan Hieser had 13 for River Valley. Jackson Fatcher and
Lucas Klein both total nine. Some Nerknock Reiner had eight points. Quincy Blakely scored seven.
Trevor Henkel added four and Kaden Plumley scored two. River Valley made five three pointers
and went nine for 13 from the line. The Blackhawks JV won the early game 32-27 over Richland
Center in the JV1 contest. Following the 56-52 varsity win, Richland Center will prepare to host
Prairie Dushin on Thursday night while River Valley will play Readsburg in a non-conference

basketball, I was a win for North Crawford over LaForge 92-54. Leading the way for North Crawford,
Colin Jacobus put in 24, Theo Par added 15 for LaForge. Seneca and Kikapu did battle and was
Kikapu with a 70 to 58 victory. The leading scores, Jackson Conner Jack with 19, Hunter Hagen sick
added 12. It was DeSoto over Ithaca 48-46 on the Bulldogs home court,
Phenomore over Riverdale 68-39. I will grant down to basketball 70-30, Lancaster 79-Vill 78.
Pladville 102 Prairie Dushin 60, Bartavelle a big win over Highland 91-40.
Wasika Stuban 67-48 over Weston. It was a win for Royal over Nassita 52-31.
Hillsboro 74-Wonneywalk 50. River Ridge 54-40 over Albany.
Gay electrocumplow defeated Westby 81-52. Gashed in 62, Brookwood 57.
Darlington a win over Cuba City 79-53. Mineral point 47-45 over Southwestern.
Benton 61-Black Hawk 55. Bangor a 77-53 win over New Lisbon.
Belmont 73-Pecatonica 71. Salk Prairie got by Mount Horib 82-80. McFarlane picked up the win
against Breedsburg 68-47. It was a win last night from Anona Grove over Baraboo 61-44.
Boston a 78-53 win over Watoma and Aquinas 73. Sparta 37.
