Let's look at tonight's football action.

Here's Phil Neen.

Kick-a-boo is celebrating homecoming this weekend.

Kick-a-boo will Farge plays Waniwak Weston tonight in Viola, De Soto at Belmont and Wisconsin

Heights at Monticello and eight player football.

In 11 player action, Varoque was at Luther and Westby at Aquinas, Readsburg at LaCrosse,

Logan, Boston at Wisconsin Dells.

In the SWAL, Phenomore at Cuba City, Lodai at Darlington, Southwestern East of Buches

at Middlewood Point, Benton Scales Mount Shoesburg at Bellville.

In the scenic loves cashton at Bangor, Brookwood at Hillsboro, and New Lisbon at Nacita.

And in the six rivers, River Ridge at Iowa Grant, Potosi Casfield was Ecosenica, and Boskabel

is at Riverdale for the annual Chieftain homecoming game.

Here is coach Jeff Johnson of Riverdale.

Uh, similar to Peck Argyle, they've passed the ball a lot.

They're multiple, so many different formations, but really when it comes down to it, they're

only running a few past concepts out of a lot of different formations.

We just have to adjust and play our game.

Riverdale hosting Boskabel kickoff time seven o'clock at Pickering Park.

In the Southwest Conference, Broadhead Judah at Lancaster, Prairie Dushi at New Glarris.

River Valley is at Plattville.

Here's River Valley coach Tyler McLean.

For most of me, look at their offense, they can score.

They got a lot of good athletes on that side of the ball.

The U-Lies are very well offensive.

They can put up a lot of points defensively.

They've shown some moments of some excellence as well, but they've also given them some points

as well.

They've been in a lot of shootouts.

Again, we're kind of just expecting to do a hard job both offensively and defensively,

defensively trying to sort that out as much as we can, and offensively just putting

up as many points as we can.

And tonight in Richland Center, the Hornets play host to Dodgeville.

Coach Andrew Troxel has preached all week long about focusing on the game.

I mean, that was the best part of it to be done on Monday.

We had the business back.

You know, there's a lot of activities going on throughout the school and around the community.

And even of the day, though, the end of the week is about a football game.

You know, that's when people come to sleep.

And so we need to make sure that those distractions aren't a barrier or a give it our ability

to execute North England, offensively and defensively.

Kickoff time has slated for seven o'clock tonight at a virus rip field.

Vittesnik Power Sports pregame show begins at 635.

Then it's Dodgeville at Richland Center tomorrow, North Crawford plays at Highland, Black

Hawk Warren at Peca-Tonica Argyle, and we'll have coverage on the radio featuring the

Ithaca Bulldogs hosting Royal for the annual Bulldogs homecoming game, which kicks off

at 2.30.

I am Phil Ne for WRC Osports.

A three to one cub win over the San Diego Padres means the Brewers will meet their rivals

in the National League Division series starting tomorrow.

This is the third straight year of making it to the postseason for Milwaukee.

The teams were nearly even during the regular season, with Chicago taking seven of the

13 games.

So a young award candidate, Freddie Peralta, will get the start for the Brewers to open

the series.

And you'll be able to hear the broadcast of that game tomorrow on WRC, 107.7, and

AM 1450.

Pregame will start at around 12.30, and first pitch will be at 108.

Milwaukee's Brandon Woodruff won't pitch in the NL division series as he recovers from

a right, left strain.

The Brewers aren't closing the door on the possibility that he could return later in

the postseason.

Brewers manager Pat Murphy made the announcement today while emphasizing that this is

completely unrelated to the shoulder injury that prevented the two-time all-star from

pitching at all last season.

The last issue caused Woodruff to go on the injured list on September 21st, the NL Central

Champion Brewers faced the Cubs in the best of five NLDS that starts tomorrow.

And the Badgers will try to take down heavily favored Michigan tomorrow in a Big 10 conference

game at the Big House.

Wisconsin is a 17.5-point underdog.

Coach Luke Fickle's team has the top rushing defense in the country, allowing just 50 yards

per game.

The Wolverines are averaging more than 253 yards on the ground.

Even though they are the underdogs, the Badgers have actually beaten Michigan six times

in the last 10 meetings.
