Here's a look at high school track from yesterday.

WIA regionals were held hosted by Kikapoo High School, the top four advance from

Ithaca, Weston, the four by eight was third.

John Hash, Brace and Garcia Bolin, Deakin, MacDotto, and Sam Jones.

Also, Clayton Lee was first in the 1600 with a time of 448 61.

Sam Jones advances, taking third in the 800 and Clayton Lee with a 3200 first place

finish.

He moves on, Brace and Garcia Bolin just missed with a fifth place in the 800 yesterday.

Also at Kikapoo Riverdale schools were involved and among those that are advancing, they include

Riverdale's four by eight relay team.

They took a total of first place with a 1015 57, Riley Beers, Olivia Meece, Mallory Meece,

and Melanie Williamson ran that for the Chieftains.

Also yesterday for the Chieftains, it was Riverdale's four by one girls relay moving

on with a fourth place finish, Haley Schneider, Kaley Carter, Gretchen Buchholz, and Mary

Medina ran that for the Chieftains.

Kaley Carter was second for Riverdale in the pole vault yesterday and advances on to

the sectional and Olivia Meece was third, Mallory Meece fourth in the 800.

Kikapoo LeFarge had the top team score for girls with 126 and the second best team score

for boys with 111 and the Panthers were led by tyranny aren't with a first place in

the shot put yesterday.

Arlen Walter was third in the boys triple jump event.

Also yesterday Avea Young was second in the 100 meter dash for Kikapoo LeFarge, Jewel

Klein saucer with a big day taking fourth in the 100 also she was a part of the four by

two relay team which finished first.

Also Avea Young, Chloe Walter and Katie Rando ran that for Kikapoo LeFarge.

Jaden's Nagle was first in the 400 yesterday and advances on to the next level.

The Kikapoo boys four by one was fourth, Dwayne Carter, Braden Lindner, Dylan Hammersbock

and Sam Edel.

Adorick Aggie advances in the 200 with a first place finish at a time of 2271 for tyranny

aren't advances in the discus throw as well finishing third Kikapoo LeFarge boys four

by four finished in first place.

Adorick Aggie was first in the long jump advancing in that event as well from yesterday's

Kikapoo LeFarge regional.

Brecken Miller in the 800 took second and the Kikapoo girls four by four was first with

a time of 407 88 Katie Rando, Anika Waslik, Kendall Andelsek and Jaden's Nagle are a part

of that group.

The Richland Center girls finished fourth and the Richland Center boys sixth at the

Plattville regionals yesterday.

Here's a look at how some of the team members fared and those that are advancing to the

sectional leader this week.

So Le Ewing took second in the long jump, Devon Woodhouse first in pole vault, Madeline

Huber was first in the shot put with a 38 five throw.

Also yesterday it was Ryan Sandler of Richland Center finishing third in the 1600 again the

top four advance in the boys four by two relay, Fletcher Harper, Kevin Hernandez, Mason

Jalenek and Robert Budden finished third.

Also it was Richland Center Grayson Banker taking third in the 300 meter hurdles, Charlie

Bailey second in the 200 advancing to the next level.

It was also Pearl Fred's finishing just outside the top four with a fifth place in the

3200 boys four by four first place for Grayson Banker.

Devon Hernandez Fletcher Harper and Robert Budden Madeline Huber was third in discus throw.

Danica Paul's second in pole vault.

Also Ryan Sandler fourth of the 3200 advancing to the next level, Grace Fretz of the Hornets

was third in the 800 Robert Budden first in the 800 with a 202 97.

It was a great first place finish as he advances to the next level.

And the Richland Center girls four by four relay team is moving on after finishing second

yesterday, Lacey Albaugh, Riley Banker, Charlie Bailey and Grace Fretz.

River Valley's girls and boys teams finished eighth at the regional in Plattville.

And among those moving on to the next level, Gina Klein was third in the 100 meter.

It was also Wesley Hatfield finishing third in 8 and Hill fourth in the 100 for River

Valley.

Molly Moss second place in the 400 meter dash.

And a client fourth in the 200 meters, Wesley Hatfield advances to sectional with a fourth

in the boys 200 meter run.

Brielle Grant fourth in the 3200 for River Valley.

Brielyn Taffes was fourth in the girls discus throw.

And Brielle Grant advances in the 1600 after finishing fourth.

Molly Moss just missed in the 800 finishing fifth for the RV Black Oaks.

Regular season baseball yesterday, the Riverdale Cheafdons pulled out a pair of conference

wins last night to close out the regular season.

They were both the same score and they both went eight innings.

Freshman Eli Campbell pitched five strong innings and with relief help from Ethan Cagle

and Chase Chitwood.

The Cheafdons would pull out a 2-1 win in eight innings over a minimal point.

With two outs in the eighth, Chase would double and Bevan Dennis would follow with a

single to right to drive home the winning run.

Henry Dron was two for three for the Cheafdons.

In game two, Riverdale got a great performance from sophomore Henry Dron who would pitch five

strong innings, giving him just four hits and a run.

Senior lefty Brandon Meece would pitch three hitless innings to nail down the victory.

Ethan Cagle would collect the game winner in the eighth when he doubled to drive in, Chase.

Henry Dron would go two for three in the game.

The night was also the final regular season home game for seniors Gavin Merribelli, Chase

Chitwood, Talon Chiles, Brandon Meece, and Gavin Crel, while had their last home at bats.

Mineral point then drove to Bosca Bell where they defeated the Bulldogs, 10-5.

Phenomore over Darlington, 12-11.

Dodgeville Edge, Richland Center won nothing in high school baseball.

Again, these were regular season games.

Brookwood ate two over LaFarge.

It was Peccatanica, 4-3 over Wisconsin Heights.

Cashton, Edge, Kickapoo, 5-4, and a 10 inning game.

DeForest over Readsburg, 2-0.

Girl Soccer, Plattville Lancaster, 8-0 over Richland Center.

Dodgeville, Mineral point, 3 goals to none.

Over Prairie Dushin, River Ridge, Seneca.

Church League softball got underway last night at Crosca Park.

The mission started the season by defeating Church of the Nazarene, 15-4.

Quintedric hit for the cycle, including a two run home run.

Elissa Gander and Andrew Thompson both went three for three for the mission as well.

St. Mary's top-grace community, 21-6.

Ryan Plymer pitched a great game and belted a home run to help his own cause.

Brandon Ewing had four RBI's.

The Knights of Columbus down to Richland Baptist Temple, 2-25-8.

Nick Perna had a home run in the win.

Darren Kepler, each based safely four times.

Nicholas Forer and Christian White were both two for two to lead Baptist Temple 2.

And Richland Baptist Temple won, etched Boschabell Assembly of God, 11-10 in extra innings.

Ira and Isaiah Coppernol each had inside the park home runs for Baptist Temple 1.

Ethan Hulse led Boschabell going four for four with a home run.

Travis Hudson and Ryan Langer were three for four.

Taylor Ashmore helped turn a triple play in the top of the six.

Church League softball continues next week, June 3rd.

At Quail Run, it was Peter Lawrence leading with a 37 on the course last night,

including a birdie on hole seven.

Neil Mahoney shot a 40-41s for Jim Cateravik and Rod Reitz and Pat Keegan and Rich Baroncott,

each had 42s.

Pat Birdied hole seven and Rich Birdied hole eight.

Other golfers with holes played under par, Erin Halverson, birdied hole one,

Dale Mortimer, birdied hole two, JJ Klatt with a birdie on hole two.

Also Brent Montrey, birdied hole two, birdying hole five was Tony Dordy,

birdying hole six was Ryan Poxstat and a birdie on hole eight for both Kate and Dilly and Jason Schultz.

And now the flag prize winners, Erin Halverson, the closest third shot at hole one,

Brent Montrey, closest second shot at hole two.

Merle Jones had the closest to the pin on hole three.

Jim Johnson, longest putt on hole four.

Ryan Poxstat with the longest drive in the fairway on hole five and the closest second

shot on hole six.

Pat Keegan had the closest to the pin on hole seven.

Steve Davis, longest drive from the white T's on hole eight and Brock Banker with the

longest putt on hole number nine at quail Ron.

The Brewers had to walk off win last night.

It sounded like this on the Brewer radio network, heard on WRC E one and one on Christian.

That double last inning off of her oldest Chapman was rolled over the third base bag.
