We have two games of the 2024-25 Richland Center Church League volleyball season where
played Monday and Tuesday nights at the Richland Center Community Center.
In the A division, the results are Vocal Bible 1 defeated Bethel Lutheran 3 games
to none, and Richland Baptist Temple 1 blanked three Methodist 1, two games to none.

In the B division, Vuele Wesslin won defeated Church of the Nazarene 2, two games to none,
Grace Community 2, Downed Hidden Valley Community 2 games to one, a Vocal Bible 2 topped Richland
Baptist Temple 4 by two games to one, Boscobel Assembly of God, Vuele Wesslin 2, two games to
none, Richland Baptist Temple 2, Downed Baptist Temple 3, two games to one, three Methodist
2 topped Grace Community 1, two games to one, and five points to Lutheran defeated Church
of the Nazarene 1, two games to one, games will continue next week, Monday will feature
at 7 p.m., five points to Lutheran against versus Hidden Valley Community, 745, it will
be a Vocal Bible 1, taking on free Methodist 1 at 830 p.m., it will be Grace Community 2,
taking on Church of the Nazarene 2, and at 915 Vuele Wesslin and one will face Richland
Baptist Temple 4. On Tuesday, it will be at 630, it will be Richland Baptist Temple 3 versus
Vuele Wesslin 2 at 715, Boscobel Assembly of God will take on free Methodist 2 at 8,
it will be a Vocal Bible 2 versus Richland Baptist Temple 2, and then at 930, or actually
at 845, it will be Saint John's Lutheran versus Bethel Lutheran, and at 930 Grace Community
1 will take on Church of the Nazarene 1, and Richland Baptist Temple 1 will have a buy. For

Also, State High School Football Tournament Action starts tomorrow, and that will be at Camp
Randall Stadium in Madison. Tomorrow's Games will feature at 10 a.m., it will be Division
7 at Gerr versus Potosi Castville at 1 p.m., it will be Grantsburg taking on Lomira in Division
6. At 4, Division 5, it will be Stratford taking on Wright's Town, and at 7 in Division 4,
it will be Baldwin Woodville facing Racine Saint Catherine's, and then on Friday at 10 a.m.,
in Division 3, it will be Catholic Memorial facing Notre Dame, and at 1 p.m., it will be
in Division 2, it will be Rice Lake taking on Slinger, and at 4 p.m., in Division 1, Bayport versus
Muskego. Purdue was going for a 40th Strait victory in non-conference games when it stumbled
against Marquette last night. The 6th Ranked Boilermakers dropped a 76-58 decision in Milwaukee,
Marquette stays undefeated after five starts. Stevie Mitchell led the scoring with 21 points,
and Senior Cam Jones had a triple double with 17 points and 13 rebounds and 10 assists.
The Golden Eagles were never seriously threatened in the second half. Marquette has another
stiff test on Saturday as they go on the road and face Georgia. The Brewer's Pat Murphy has been
named a 2024 National League Manager of the Year. Murphy is the first Milwaukee manager to win
the honor. Injuries and trades have decimated Milwaukee's pitching staff and still the team won
its third National League Central Division title in the last four years. Murphy led the Brewer's
to a record of 93 and 69 in his first season as manager. Another first year manager, Cleveland
Stephen Fault won the same award in the American League. When two teams carrying five and five
records beat Saturday in Lincoln, Nebraska, a bold game could be in the balance. If the badgers
didn't already have enough incentive comments from Nebraska freshman quarterback Dylan Rialo
will will add to it. Riala has guaranteed a win over Wisconsin this weekend. He told reporters
when the Huskers win against Wisconsin, this team will be in the postseason. The UW football program
has played in a bold game in each of its last 22 seasons. Much has been made about the stakes for
Unbeaten Indiana in Saturday's top five showdown with Ohio State. Don't forget what this game
means for the buck guys. Ohio State has had won a Big Ten Championship since 2020. That's also
was the last time the buck guys made the college football playoffs. Ohio State has had its last
three seasons ruined by Michigan in the final regular season game. Imagine the noise in Columbus if
Indiana is the spoiler this year. Buck guys coach Ryan Day says every game has been a must-win
situation for his team since its loss to Oregon. And two time Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning,
prolific tight end Antonio Gates and dominant pass rusher Jared Allen are among the 25
modern era candidates for the 2025 pro football Hall of Fame class. The Hall announced the semi-finalists
yes today after the selection committee cut down to a list of 50 nominees made by a newly
created screening committee. The list includes six players in their first year of eligibility
and 10 players who were finalists last year. The full selection committee will reduce the list
of candidates to 15 finalists who will be voted on at the annual meeting before the Super Bowl
