Brighton Locke threw for 359 yards and connected with Trek Kalina on two of his three touchdown passes.
As Wisconsin trounced Perdue 52 to 6 to continue the Badgers' mastery of this series.
Toei Walker rushed for 94 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries.
As Wisconsin snapped a two game skid and beat Perdue for the 18th straight time.
Perdue last defeated Wisconsin in 2003.
Locke went 20 of 31 and set single game career highs in touchdown passes and yards passing.

And the Green Bay Packers have suspended white receiver Romeo dobs from Sunday's game with the Los Angeles Rams for what they describe as a conduct detrimental to the team.
Dobs hadn't practiced through state or Friday, the Packers said at the time that he was dealing with a personal matter.
Dobs has 12 catches for 169 yards and no touchdowns through Green Bay's first four games this season after he had 59 receptions for 674 yards and eight touchdowns last year.
