Filmy has a look at tonight's high school sports lineup.

The Richland Center soccer team is hosting Dodge Point this afternoon and evening and

it is senior night for the Richland Center soccer team.

They'll get underway with varsity action around seven.

The Richland Center volleyball team is hosting a digging for Pink Knight tonight, Dodge

Villas also their opponent, River Valley with homecoming volleyball at home against Prairie

Dushin and Wisconsinites Barnabelle is playing at River Valley and soccer.

That matches underway cross country action tonight and invitational at Prairie Dushin

for several teams, including Riverdale in the Ridge and Valley volleyball action for

Weston.

It was EcoStuban and Kickip who is at North Crawford, Ithaca is home for a match against

his Soto.

Riverdale is entertaining Iowa Grant, the varsity match will be beginning in the six

o'clock hour.

The Cheapens are coached by Jesse Kinney who talked to us about Iowa Grant.

We both seem to have struggled if we're looking at records so far this year.

So I think it'll be a really good match.

And last year this was, you know, a five-set match, I'm pretty sure, at both places when

we went to Iowa Grant and when they came to us.

So, you know, it's one of those things where I feel like those are the teams that just

rise up to play and like kind of like fast about like no matter who's really on fire that

year, you're going to play your best match against them.

So it's going to be a battle.

The pre-match show is coming up shortly.

Later on tonight Riverdale and Iowa Grant are featured in match up on WRCO Radio Sports.

I'm Filney.

And in a game heard earlier on WRC, 107.7 and AM 1450, Aaron Sivali pitched six scoreless

innings in his last start before the postseason.

And Joey Ortiz was a home run short of the cycle as the Milwaukee Brewers defeated the

Pittsburgh Pirates fight at two.

Sivali allowed three hits, struck out five and walked one.

He is six and one with a 2.57 ERA in his last nine starts.

Ortiz, a rookie third baseman, tripled in the third inning and came home on Bryce

Toreng's ground out to open the scoring.

Milwaukee will be hosting the NL Wildcard series beginning on Tuesday.

The Pirates lost for the ninth time in 13 games.

And before that Wildcard series, the Brewers have one more series to go to finish out the

season.

And that'll start tomorrow.

It'll be a three game series at home against the New York Mets.

And you'll be able to hear the broadcast of that game on WRC, 107.7 and AM 1450, the

first game of the series tomorrow night.

And first pitch will be at 710 with the pre-game starting at around 635.
