In a game heard earlier on WRC 107.7 and AM 1450, Paul Skennis struck out 11 in seven note hit innings and another dominant performance and the Pittsburgh Pirates beat the Milwaukee Brewers want to nothing.

Skennis threw 99 pitches in his 11th Major League start.

65 were for strikes.

The All-Star right-hander walked one while lowering his ERA to 1.90.

Colin Holderman replaced Skennis and surrendered Oledov single to Jake Bowers for Milwaukee's first hit.

The Brewers loaded the bases with two down in the ace but Holderman escaped the jam when he struck out William Contreras swinging.

Our Dolas Chapin handled the ninth for his fourth save finishing a two hitter for Pittsburgh.

And the Milwaukee Brewers will be playing their last series before All-Star break this weekend starting tomorrow evening and the Brewers will be hosting the Nationals.

Tomorrow night's game will have a 7-10 pitch start and you will be able to hear that broadcast tomorrow evening on WRC 117.7 and AM 1450.

It's a pregame starting at around 635.

The Pfizer forum has more hockey in its future.

The venue will host its second NHL game in recent years in October as the Black Cocks take on the St. Louis Blues in a preseason matchup.

The game part of the Black Cocks home away from home series follows the team's 2022 contest against the Minnesota Wild,

which was the first NHL game in Milwaukee since 1993.

The tickets for the October game go on sale tomorrow.

University Wisconsin athletics is a big business in Madison Badgers sports and we're good for $150 billion in revenue during the last fiscal year.

USA Today has compiled the dollar figures and Wisconsin comes in 22nd among all colleges.

Ohio State was number one last year with gross revenues of $251 million.

Texas trailed that narrowly at $239 million.

A $7 billion dollar television deal just worked out by the big 10 conference means those revenue figures will only go higher.

Former Packers quarterback Aaron Rogers still wants I reunion with one of his top targets.

Wide receiver Devonte Adams confirms that the future Hall of Fame passer wants him to move from Las Vegas to New York.

Adams made the comment during an appearance on FanDuelTV.

He and current Green Bay running back Josh Jacobs became good friends when they played together with the Raiders and Jacobs says the idea isn't dead, at least for Rogers.

Adams says he's staying in Vegas but Rogers keeps trying.

The US women's basketball team will be trying for its ace consecutive gold medal in Paris.

The Americans have not lost an Olympic game since 1992.

During their dominance, the Americans have seen the rest of the world close the gap.

In their run at the 2021 Tokyo Games, the teams had the lowest margin of victory since the gold medal streak started.

The US isn't a pool with Japan, Belgium and Germany.

Ladies' team were silver medalists in 2021, Group A features Serbia, Spain, China and Puerto Rico.

Group B is comprised of Canada, France, Australia and Nigeria.
