Yesterday, American Legion baseball continued for the Vroqua Legion 18 U team.
They defeated Stoddard Legion by a score of 14 to 3.
The Brewers got home runs from Willie Adamus and Jackson Cheerio in Mondays 3-1 win over the Toronto Blue Jays.
Just as important were the seven outstanding innings by starter and winner Colin Ray.
He allowed just three hits and no walks while earning his fifth victory.
Trevor Miguel claimed his tenth save and Adamus drove in two runs.
Rookie Carlos Rodriguez scheduled to start today's game at American Family Field for Milwaukee.
Manager Pan Murphy talked about home runs helping when they come.

Former Los Angeles Lakers head coach Darvin Ham is returning to the box as the top assistant.
Ham turned down a similar offer from Phoenix head coach Mike Bootenhozer.
The two worked together in Milwaukee.
Ham was previously an assistant with the box for four seasons.
He reportedly has important relationships with several key Milwaukee players, including superstar and two time NBA MVP.

The Boston Celtics had the NBA finals in mind when they went out and acquired Drew holiday.
Boston shook up its core last off season when it traded their point guard as well as a part of a deal.
Then after Milwaukee traded holiday to Portland for Damien Lillard, the Celtics pounced on that parting ways with former NBA six man of the year.
Malcolm Brogdon and big man Robert Williams the third to get holiday.
The hope was that bringing in a true point guard with a championship pedigree could be the Celtics missing piece.

The Packers have announced that this year's annual family night event will be held Saturday August 3rd to get to become available June 26th.
Plans for the evening include the team taking the field to warm up at 7 p.m. then practice starts at 7.30.
A fireworks presentation will follow the practice.
