Tuesday night win over Bosca Bell.
We played really well.
I mean, we had a little bit of a moment where we were down, but we fought back and did everything
that we needed to down the stretch.
It was a nice, complete game, everybody stepped up, the people that we served in did what
they needed to do and like Trump started us and then we were able to maintain it down
the stretch by making our free throws, getting those rebounds and it was a nice, complete
team win.
In the conference right now, is there any chance for the Bulldogs?
Would you have to win out?
We need to win out and decent amount of help.
So we're really playing for a better seed and even to try to get higher in our, just
in the conference, it'd be nice to be able to finish second, but we still have a chance
for first, but it would be pretty tough.
You play Kikapoo and what do you know about them after having faced them once this year?
We know we have to take care of the Bull, that's how they really thrive on the offensive
end is that they turn turnovers into points.
So if we take care of the Bull, take care of getting the rebounds both offensively and
defensively, we have a really good shot and that's what we did the first time and hit
some timely shots.
And we hope to have that same type of success against them.

I talked to co-head coach Dan McEvick about his team and how they affaired recently, including
the dual day, which was hosted by Lancaster last Saturday.
We ended up going one and four on the day.
We didn't have our full roster.
We actually had about three or four JV kits filling in and obviously missing Noah Racky
was a big piece to our dual team and not having him was a lot.
I mean, he's a 12 point swing because we asked him to pin everybody that he can and if
someone goes out there and gets pinned, then that's a 12 point swing.
The British team looked really good and they handled everybody.
Dodger, you know, their first few weights are really, really strong and they do a great
job of filling in with some upper waist to keep the points where they need to be to win
and that's how they got second and Lancaster and Platteville and us tied for the bottom.
The British on Saturday did a good job with matchups against us to take one from us as
well.
Otherwise, I mean, they were all really competitive dual.
Prairie Doshin, the team to beat this weekend or boy, you can't count anybody from the
swall, either, can you?
Yeah.
Those swall teams are solid.
Iowa, Grand Island, Interpoint's always stuck to you, but then you also have Fennimore
in there and it's going to just absolutely be chaos this weekend.
I really don't know what's going to happen.
You just know that the competition is always strong and we look at it as just go rest
a little match and see what happens and we make adjustments.
We've had this the last few years where we come into conference and you know it's going
to be a brutal day and you just do what you can and learn from it and move on and get
ready for the following week.
And obviously your goal is to win the tournament, but if you do, you did a lot because there's
some very strong competition.

We'll have coverage of the SWAL SWC clash along with the scenic Ridge tournament coming
up on Saturday at Kickaboo High School.
The WIA Board of Control authorized the tournament series format to accommodate a fifth division
of girls volleyball in 2024.
They approved plans for a student leadership program as well at their January meeting yesterday.
The Board approved four recommendations originated and advanced by the volleyball coaches advisory
committee, including two that revamped the tournament series, expanding the five girls
divisions in the fall to accommodate the addition of four teams and three games.
The state tournament will expand to Wednesday afternoon and evening with the boys volleyball
quarter finals.
The boys semifinals will be played Thursday afternoon with a championship game schedule
for Friday night.
The girls division five in the division four semifinals are scheduled for Thursday at 9
11.30 respectively.
And the girls division one quarter finals to be played Thursday at five and seven thirty.
The girls division one semifinals will be held Friday at one.
The girls division three and two semis will be played Friday at 80m and 10.30 respectively.
The girls championship Saturday will begin with the division five at nine followed by four
at 11.30, division three at two, division two at five, and division one at seven thirty.
Bowling scores from the Merchants League, Phoenix Center had a 3026 series, premier co-op
a 2807 and Badger State duct cleaning a 2802.
Top game, Phoenix Center 1112 and 1015, premier co-op had a 971 and Badger State duct cleaning

Boston College head football coach Jeff Healthy will be the Packer's new head coordinator

to coach in the NFL, but the changing face of college football reportedly led to his
move.
He takes over a green Bay defense filled with a young and talented group of several
first round draft picks.
Matt LaFlore has been Packer head coach for six seasons and Halfley will be his third
defensive coordinator.
Damien Lillard got the tribute and all the love his former team got the game, though.

Lillard scored 25 Milwaukee has lost two straight games under new head coach, Doc Rivers
and has dropped three out of five since firing Adrian Griffin.

know they're more locked in at playing at the crib so you know we just got really locked
in defensively you know last year we had a I think a 20 point lead and you know we let
them come back in the game and it's just from little mistakes that we did you know
Lane Tom and I got get loose you know let him get hot and that's what really sparked
their energy and then they got going and it just seemed like they were pretty much
hard to stop.

On Wednesday, the WIA Board of Control gave final approval to a five division girls volleyball
plan that will increase the number of divisions and expand the combined boys and girls volleyball
state tournaments from three days to a four day affair.
With the change, division one, which will remain eight teams for girls compared to four
for the other divisions, will hold quarter finals on the Wednesday afternoon and evening
of the state tournament.
The boys volleyball state championship game will now take place Friday evening, with all
five girls title matches held on Saturday.
The Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association announced the six finalists for the Miz Basketball
Award on Wednesday, which goes to the top senior girls basketball player in the state.
The finalists are Tegan Melania of McFarlane, K.L. Peterson of WAPAN, Taylor Stremelow of
Verona, Ali Zabel of Nina, and teammates Trista Feda and Gracie Grasch of Notre Dame.
On Thursday, the boys finalists for Mr. Basketball were announced by the WVCA, the group includes
to pre-fletcher junior of Carmen Northwest, Tim Franks of Homestead, Nick Janowski of
P.W.A.K. to Kwan Johnson of Pius, Kahn Kanipal of Wisconsin Lutheran, and Amari McCotry from
