Boston led 37-20 at halftime on the way to a victory over Richland Center's 69-42.
Boston's all time scoring leader in school history, Brock Massey added 23 more to his total
as he nears 2,000 career scoring points in his Boston Boscabel career. 13 for Cody Kamisky last
night. As Boston rolled to the victory and improved to 7 and 7, the Hornets fell to 2 and 15.
Richland Center was led by West Bosworth with 11, 10 points for Liam Fingerson, 7 by Jaden Shep,
4H for Garrison Weiss and Brady Dosh, 3 for Tyler Woodman, and 2 by Hayden Bindel. The Hornets were
9 of 16 shooting from the free throw line. They made two three-pointers. Boston was 6 of 9
free throw shooting and they made a total of 9 three-point shots. Boston won the JV game 45-36.
The Hornets returned to action on Thursday night when they will be taking on Dodgeville,
while Boston returns to action tonight against Barrow Bull. In boys Boscabel elsewhere,
Weston was a winner over 1-1-1 center, 41-27, Garrett Jennings and Isaac Jennings,
8 scored 10 points. Trevor Westfall and Garrett Granger each had 8 for Weston, as they
claimed victory over 1-1-1. Lancaster 74-37 against Phenomore, it was Sock Prairie 69 River Valley 52.

Boston goes to Wisconsin Dells, Wozika Stuban at DeSoto, Bellville at Lancaster,

Readsburg at Stoughton, Riverdale at Phenomore. Boscabel visits Darlington,
Southwestern at Iowa Grant, and Cubicity have been a little point. In boys basketball,
Riverdale is at Highland, River Ridge at Boscabel. Also Bellville is taking on Southwestern,
and will be West Salem at Varroqua, and Westby at Luther. Royal at Cashton, Nacita at Bangor,
Hillsboro at New Lisbon. Dodgeville travels to Bartavelle in Boys Basketball, Kickaboo at North
Crawford, and LaFarge at DeSoto. There's wrestling action tonight, the Cooley duels at Westby,
featuring Black River Falls, West Salem Bangor, and the host, Norseman. Lodi, Mineral Point,
and Bellville, Monticello, New Glarris, are meeting at Mineral Point, and Richland Center,
home to a quad this evening. Actual beginning at 6 o'clock, when Richland Center
vessels Hillsboro and Ithaca, Weston will take on Riverdale. In the second match,
Richland Center vessels, Ithaca, Weston, and Riverdale against Hillsboro. And in the third
duel, Richland Center vessels, Riverdale and Ithaca, Weston will take on Hillsboro.
Love coverage tonight on WRC Radio, the Riverdale Chieftons come in with a strong club,
and here is Coach Jeff Campbell, their coach. The rule got put in place a couple of years ago,
here being able to do this, of keeping a local quad together like that. And we always wanted to
keep the traditional duel meet with Richland Center. And then the ability, now the last few years,
we've been able to wrestle, Ithaca Weston's been great, and then bring Hillsboro in, and
it's a nice central spot. Nobody has to travel real far, we'll rotate it from place to place
every year, and hopefully something we can kind of continue to keep going year after year,
and we'll all see each other. You know, it bits and pieces throughout the tournament series,
so it's kind of nice to get that here towards the end of the year.
Jeff Campbell expects some good matches. Yeah, there should be. We've hit head-to-head
with Ithaca and Richland Center and Hillsboro a number of times here earlier in the season.
At the center invite, with Hillsboro and those other two schools, and then at by-stay with
Richland Center and Ithaca Weston, so that we had a number of great matches individualized that
went down to the wire, and we look forward to having those again come Tuesday night.
With some cancellations along the way, Richland Center's team has been sidelined for a while,
especially the Hornet Boys. I said coach Silas Coleman if that concerns him.
It does a little bit just because they can get a little bit rusty, even though we haven't practiced
all that time. It's a little bit different than when we get into competition, but I'm hoping
that they can shake that off pretty quickly. As you look at the teams coming in here,
this is just a really good representation of the area wrestling teams, isn't it?
Yeah, I mean, two teams with pretty full rosters, and another team with eight or nine
guys on it that produce some pretty good wrestlers in there. I think it's going to be good
competition, and it kind of shows us where we stack up with that area competition as well,
so I'm excited to have everyone here. Now, this Riverdale team is having a nice season,
aren't they? Yeah, it seems like every tournament that we go to are there. They always seem to have
quite a few guys wrestling those later rounds, and you know, when you're in a russle one of them,
they're going to be pretty tough. Hornet Wrestling coach Silas Coleman, whose team hosts the quad
tonight, Ithaca Weston will be there. As mentioned, should be a good meeting for all the teams involved.
Hornet Girls wrestled well over the weekend, says coach Coleman.
Yes, I'm a Haiti wrestler really well, and came off in first place for us, and then Maddie Muller.
I'm also a wrestler really well, came off in the second place.
For Ithaca Weston, they're coming off a good outing last week, and a triangle they're hosted
by River Valley. Here's co-head coach Troy Clary.
It depends when we needed to. We had some really tight matches,
never had so many tight matches in one duel before, and we ended up coming on top of all of
them, so that was really beneficial to the team score, and in each duel, we had one kid step up
that thought we were going to lose or gain more team points, and they asked and
then it did a good job with our Mason salty against River Valley, and that was a close match,
and Derek friends and also had a tough kid from middle to the end of the blues,
and it saved team points, so that's all important in a duel meet.
The meets come up here on Tuesday night. Pretty important you get this in.
These would be some good tune-ups for the upcoming postseason, wouldn't they?
It will be, especially with a cancellation that we've had, the kids are lacking some competition,
some matches that they would have had, and so it's very important we get this match in because
the window for remakes is getting pretty tight. River Valley is having a good year, aren't they?
They are. Their numbers are up there, and that always helps, but their quality is also there.
They've got a program that has really been rebuilding in the last couple of years,
and I could tell with their middle school program and their youth program that they're doing all
the right things to make a successful high school team.
Richland Center, I know you see them from time to time through the year, but they've got
better numbers too, don't they? They have their numbers. I think I heard they were over 20,
you can always work with numbers, so yeah, they're also rebuilding as well.

the pistons in the last three days. The pistons had a brief lead in the fourth period before losing
122, 113. Yana's produced 31 points, 17 rebounds, and 10 assists. Chris Middleton contributed
another 26 points as Milwaukee claimed a win for the fifth time in the last six games. Detroit
was on top 9695 with 924 to go. The Bucks are back in action Wednesday when they host Cleveland.
Men's basketball teams from Wisconsin and Minnesota meet for the 212th time tonight in a border
battle and a Big 10 conference showdown. The badgers have taken the last six meetings and 15 of
the last 17. One of the driving forces behind his squad strong start is UW freshman John Blackwell.
He was named Big 10 freshman of the week for the third time Monday. Junior Max Klesmit had the hot
shooting hand in the last few games, averaging 19 and a half points a game recently hitting 70%
of his three pointers. The gofers enter the game with a 12 and 6 record, but they have lost three

The 17th annual Wisconsin vs. Minnesota border battle was held in St. Louis Park, Minnesota
on Saturday. But this edition of the event was wonderful for the Badger State.
Teens from Minnesota won the first seven games of the day, most and blow out fashion,
with homestead getting a victory for the good guys in the final game of the event.
Taking down host Benille St. Margaret's 80 to 64 behind 39 points from senior Tim Franks.
There were other players who put up impressive performances last week.
Walatos and West Jr. Kai Rodgers had 13 points, 14 rebounds and 10 blocks and a 71-63 win
over Sussex Hamilton on Wednesday. He followed it up with 25 points, 17 rebounds and six assists
as the Trojans down Bookfield East on Friday. Third day, it was another greater metro conference
Hooper that made headlines. As Brookfield's central senior Jack Dirty connected on 11 of 13
three point attempts and finished with 44 points overall. In Girls Basketball,
New glare at senior Lindsay Shadowwall joined an exclusive club by securing her 2000
career points last week, scoring 33 and a win over Cambridge. She celebrated with a career
