Snap benefits are dropping into accounts as we speak, according to those who received them.
That's what Governor Tony Evers said would happen last night.
Evers made the announcement following a federal judge's ruling that the Trump administration
must release November snap payments to the states.
Evers said it never should have come to this and blamed the Trump administration for refusing
to use all legal funds to prevent millions of Americans from losing access to food,
calling it contemptible that kids, families, and seniors had to go hungry.
Vice President JD Vance called the ruling absurd during an unrelated press conference last night,
blaming Democrats for the shutdown. The announcement comes on day 37 of the government shutdown,
the longest in US history. Brewer's fans can get a head start on planning for next year's games
in Milwaukee. The club announced their home game starting times for the 2026 season.
Night games between Monday and Friday will start at 640. Most day games will get started between
1240 and 110, with the exception of two 310 games. The brewers will get their season started on March
26th at home against the White Sox. The brewers have extended their broadcast and streaming
right-steel with FanDuel Sports Network. You won't be going up with the spirit in the skies much
longer. Spirit Airlines just announced their ending flights out of Milwaukee early next year.
The airline says it's adjusting its schedule to focus on stronger markets and a smaller fleet.
Service at Mitchell will stop January 8th. Green Bay Flyers can get direct flights to Orlando from
several airlines out of Austin Strabble Airport. But the spirit flights from Milwaukee were
often a much cheaper option. The airline says customers with tickets will be contacted about
refunds. Don't stop believe in now. Journey's coming to Green Bay. It'll be a show of timeless hits
and heartfelt farewells as the iconic rock band wraps up a half century of performances with
their final frontier tour. Lead guitarist and founding member Neil Shone is the only original member
of Journey left with the band. Although Arnell Pineda, whose soaring vocals are pretty close match
to Steve Perry's signature sound will be singing this summer, the rock and roll Hall of Famers
will be at the rest center Sunday June 21st. Tickets to the general public go on sale a week from
today Friday November 14th. You may never feel better about spending 15 bucks for a burger at
Lambo or not buying one. A local nonprofit is looking for volunteers to help package hundreds
of pounds of food left over from Packers Games into meals for those in need. Rooted in ink
is hosting an emergency cooking for the community event today until 4 p.m. The group works to
recover food from Green Bay area restaurants and businesses before it goes to waste. They use
it to put together individual meals for Green Bay area families then distribute the meals to food
pantries in the area. The meals are prepared by professional chefs and volunteers and can be
frozen to preserve freshness. The group collected more than 200 pounds of unused food from Lambo
after last Sunday's home Packers came. In 2020 more than 850,000 tons of surplus food was wasted
in Wisconsin according to the group's website. Today's event is being held at their office at
Trinity Lutheran Church on South Broadway. You can sign up to help on their website. Wisconsin
Public Service is teaming up with local law enforcement across Northeast Wisconsin to warn people
about a spike in utility scams this week. They say scammers are aggressively contacting WPS
customers throughout the area by phone, threatening them with disconnection unless an immediate
payment is made or asking for account or banking information. WPS says some customers have been
scammed out of more than $10,000 this week. They say scammers are targeting businesses or
religious organizations as well as residential customers. Law enforcement officers say to watch
out for these red flags, threats to turn off energy in a short amount of time. Demands for
immediate payment, often with a prepaid credit card or an unusual payment method like cryptocurrency.
Scammers may even show up at your door but refuse to show ID. Police say if you suspect you're being
scammed, hang up or close the door. It's not rude, it's safe and you can always call WPS if you
have questions about any call, email or text you've received. With news at the top and bottom

Back to the future with fickle, hi, I'm Mike Clemens with sports college football Luke fickle. We'll
be back next year as the Wisconsin Badgers head football coach that from athletic director Chris
who said the focus will be more on funding the program, not firing coach fickle. The Badgers host
the number 24 ranked Washington Huskies at Camp Randall Stadium kickoff tomorrow afternoon at 330.

the Packers into proposing a ban on the Philadelphia Eagles famous Tush push play, not Matlow Flour.
