There was no Packers home game at Lambo yesterday, but the stands were still a buzz of activity.
Green Bay honored America's Fallen Fire Heroes with the 9-11 Memorial Steer Climate Lambo.
Twenty-four years ago, hundreds of heroes climbed the World Trade Center and never returned.
Over the weekend, people in Green Bay completed the climb. Those brave heroes began on September 11, 2001.
Each year, people are invited to Lambo to climb 110 stories, the height of the Twin Towers. All proceeds go to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
A former Green Bay school board member was charged with two felonies last week for allegedly getting elected to the board while not being a resident of the district.
Kyle Lee resigned last May after a Green Bay press Gazette story appeared to provide evidence Lee might not live in the school district then or when he campaigned and won his board seat in spring of 2024.
State law requires a school board candidate to be a resident of the school district for at least 28 consecutive days before filing their declaration of candidacy.

An online petition is circulating criticizing the recent move by ABC to pull Jimmy Kimmel off the air after he made remarks in his monologue regarding the suspect in the Charlie Kirk killing.
The petition cites First Amendment protections saying the right to openly critique and question one's government is a cornerstone of democracy.
It goes on to say that the Trump administration's censoring Jimmy Kimmel has grave implications for the future of free speech and democracy.
The petition is circulating all around social media and posted online at care to the petition site.
The fall agricultural tourism season is underway and farmers are asking lawmakers to consider to tourism related measures next month. Terry Barr explains.
One proposal would allow farmers to again host up to three paying campers without a license.
Lawmakers asked the rule in 2017 supporters say it's needed now for extra income.
This would allow farms to allow people to put a tent up in a pasture and experience stargazing still overnight in the pasture and have rustic camping or bring in a self contained trailer and park that on the farm.
When they're overnight for farm stays pick up the eggs in the morning have a farm breakfast.
Sheila Everhart is with the Wisconsin Agricultural Tourism Association. She says they'll also be pushing for an exemption from act 73.
This newer law reclassifies wedding barns as public spaces allowing just six events every year and requiring a liquor license.
Lawmakers are expected to take action on both measures in October with news at the top and bottom of the hour.

On your entertainment beat, I'm Pete Schwabba. There will be some new characters in the second installment of the Wicked feature film franchise.
The Wicked 2, more specifically, Wicked for Good trailer just dropped and it features Dorothy, the scarecrow, and Tinman.
Universal says this is the final trailer before the film's release November 21st of this year. Wicked for Good is a follow-up to 2024's Oscar-nominated Wicked.
If you're looking for a new sports documentary, you're in luck.
Clemente is the story of one of the best baseball players ever whose career in life ended way too soon.
It is now available for streaming on the history channel and explores baseball great Roberto Clemente's life on and off the field from his early struggles to becoming one of the best players in the game, as well as one of the most beloved.
Clemente died in a plane crash in 1972 while delivering aid to Nicaragua.
The film is executive produced by basketball great LeBron James and film directing great Richard Link Letter.
Jimmy Kimmel made an emotional return to his talk show Jimmy Kimmel live Tuesday night.
The host delivered a 17-minute monologue where he still did not hold back against the FCC or the Trump administration,
but did clarify he never intended insensitivity toward Erica Kirk or the Kirk kids, even tearing up a bit throughout the monologue after an emotional few days.
His biggest line of the night was probably after he played a clip of the president saying Kimmel doesn't have good ratings.
When the camera went back to Jimmy, he said,
do tonight and the crowd stood and applauded like it did several times throughout the monologue or when he hugged Guillermo.
Overall the night was a big slapback at government overreach with the host citing support from conservatives like Ben Shapiro, Candace Owens and Ted Cruz, even Joe Rogan, not so courageously backed Kimmel after finally feeling it was safe to do so.
It will be interesting to see how long the love lasts, but for now Jimmy Kimmel is happy to be back.
Week 39 of the box office is upon us and there is a much anticipated film opening in your local theaters.
Paul Thomas Anderson's mystery thriller with a dose of comedy,
one battle after another is crushing reviews receiving 98% on Rotten Tomatoes with most of the reviews already in.
That score will not change, but it will be interesting to see if audiences like it just as much as critics.
The film stars Leo de Caprio, Regina Hall, Tiana Taylor, Sean Penn, and Benicio del Toro.
There's some good old fashioned family fun available to watch as well, with G-rated Gabby's Dollhouse, based on the TV series.
The film stars Gloria Estefan, Nightlight Pal, Thomas Lennon, and the hilarious Kristen Wigg.
Just a few reviews at this point, but they are all positive.
And if you're in the mood for some horror, check out the strangers chapter 2.
The first one was absolutely terrifying.
The film is getting panned by critics, but oftentimes that does not stop forgiving horror fans.
