There was no Packers home game at Lambo yesterday, but the stands were still a buzz of activity.
Green Bay honored America's Fallen Fire Heroes with the 9-11 Memorial Steer Climate Lambo.
Twenty-four years ago, hundreds of heroes climbed the World Trade Center and never returned.
Over the weekend, people in Green Bay completed the climb. Those brave heroes began on September 11, 2001.
Each year, people are invited to Lambo to climb 110 stories, the height of the Twin Towers. All proceeds go to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
A former Green Bay school board member was charged with two felonies last week for allegedly getting elected to the board while not being a resident of the district.
Kyle Lee resigned last May after a Green Bay press Gazette story appeared to provide evidence Lee might not live in the school district then or when he campaigned and won his board seat in spring of 2024.
State law requires a school board candidate to be a resident of the school district for at least 28 consecutive days before filing their declaration of candidacy.

An online petition is circulating criticizing the recent move by ABC to pull Jimmy Kimmel off the air after he made remarks in his monologue regarding the suspect in the Charlie Kirk killing.
The petition cites First Amendment protections saying the right to openly critique and question one's government is a cornerstone of democracy.
It goes on to say that the Trump administration's censoring Jimmy Kimmel has grave implications for the future of free speech and democracy.
The petition is circulating all around social media and posted online at care to the petition site.
The fall agricultural tourism season is underway and farmers are asking lawmakers to consider to tourism related measures next month. Terry Barr explains.
One proposal would allow farmers to again host up to three paying campers without a license.
Lawmakers asked the rule in 2017 supporters say it's needed now for extra income.
This would allow farms to allow people to put a tent up in a pasture and experience stargazing still overnight in the pasture and have rustic camping or bring in a self contained trailer and park that on the farm.
When they're overnight for farm stays pick up the eggs in the morning have a farm breakfast.
Sheila Everhart is with the Wisconsin Agricultural Tourism Association. She says they'll also be pushing for an exemption from act 73.
This newer law reclassifies wedding barns as public spaces allowing just six events every year and requiring a liquor license.
Lawmakers are expected to take action on both measures in October with news at the top and bottom of the hour all day and on demand any time at WGBW dot FM.

The brewers lose on the late show. Hi, I'm Mike Clemens with sports baseball. The Padres beat the brewers late last night five to four in 11 innings out on the West Coast in San Diego with the win.
The Padres able to secure a spot in the postseason brewers manager Pat Murphy asked after the game.
What did he think about his guys effort battling into extra innings even though they've already won their division.
Fantastic when it was great. It was great. We did so many great things and proud of our guys for not just showing up and saying,
well, we've close the by we won the division and showing up and playing as hard as they did that that touched me.
I mean, I really thought it was special. I know guys are disappointed we didn't win. I am too NFL.
The Packers getting ready to play the Cowboys this week on Sunday night football Green Bay, the Vikings and Lions.
Now all with the record of two and one after Detroit beat the Ravens last night 38 to 30 on Monday night football with sports on Mike Clemens.
On your entertainment beat, I'm Peach Waba with all the negativity and polarization in the news lately.
It appears that TV viewers just want to watch people dance dancing with the stars premiered last Tuesday night and pulled big numbers with almost six million viewers.
That's a big improvement over last season. There was also a big uptick in the votes cast by viewers with 21 million total for an increase of 163%.
The real reason for the rising viewership according to critics is star power.

It is an absolutely brilliant show, both funny and informative. Fresh off his Emmy win for outstanding scripted variety series and outstanding writing for a variety series.
John Oliver went after Nextar and Sinclair for co-seeing up to the FCC during the episode. Oliver, self-deprecating as always, said he fully expects to be deported back to the UK.
The Dawson's Creek reunion was missing one of its biggest stars Monday night at a planned event to raise money for cancer. James Vanderbick was supposed to be part of the read as he was the man of honor.
The varsity blues star was diagnosed with Stage 3 coloractal cancer last November, so Dawson's Creek castmate and friend Michelle Williams put together a table read of the pilot script that included original cast members, Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson.
Vanderbick ended up having to bow out due to stomach pains but had a pretty heavy hitter as an understudy in Lin Manuel Miranda of Hamilton fame.
If you're a Tom Holland fan, your Spidey senses were probably tingling over the weekend. The actress suffered a concussion on the set of Spider-Man brand new day.
Variety reports that Holland was injured while filming in Glasgow, Scotland for the film that is set to be released next summer.
This is the first time Holland has put on the Spidey suits since 2021's Spider-Man No Way Home. I said the word Spidey way too many times.
Demon Slayer Infinity Castle has repeated as champ at the box office from last weekend. The film held off Newcomer Him, the Jordan Peel-produced thriller that stars Marlon Wayans and Terequathers.
Him opened with just over 13 million, about 4 million behind repeat champ Demon Slayer, which pulled in 17 and a half million in its second week.
The conjuring last rites opened at number three with just under 13 million in its third week, bringing its total to 151 million.
Rounding out the top five were Downton Abbey and The Long Walk, which both pulled in 6.3 million.
Two newcomers failed to crack the top ten and one head major star power in Margot Robbie in Colin Farrell.
A big bold, beautiful journey couldn't overcome bad reviews and was a box office bomb with $3.5 million at the gate.
The senior, starring Michael Chickles, had great reviews but only managed $2.5 million at the box office.
