Our “Motherhood Monday” segment looks at what can happen when a quality school district becomes infected with politics. Some things are eye-catching—like rejecting free school lunches for kids. Some things are odd—like banning a song about rainbows. But the more troubling “canaries in the coal mine” take the form of teachers leaving the district because education is being replaced with right-wing indoctrination. We’ll talk to one of them.
