You know, I get the stew meat from Bex, you know, maybe five, six pounds of stew meat, and I add all my concoctions, and I make portobello mushroom gravy over beef tips.
The beef tips are so tender, when I get done, you can cut them with a toothpick.
you put that beef tips with gravy and mushroom over mashed potatoes with a vegetable on the side or I even put some of that beef tips in a frying pan with some shredded frozen potatoes and I like to duplicate years ago if those of you remember Brown's family restaurant they used to have that roast beef hash in the morning Sunday mornings after church we used to go there with the whole family and that was delicious and I try to make my own
Maybe not totally the way theirs turned out, but pretty doggone close.

That was recorded live at the Cinderella Ballroom in Appleton before the tour of the building down.
The Tupadan Polklanders, yours truly, our band had the honor of playing for the very first, or rather the very last dance at the Cinderella before the Bulldozers came in Monday morning and tore it down.
Yeah, that was a sad, sad day for many people that loved the Cinderella.

That's where I met Korky.
Yep.
And everything went downhill from there on.
And this is what I told Korky when I met her on the dance floor.
We were playing a double, the Dick Rogers band with Alvin Stachinski for Harold Otto's birthday party.
Harold always had two bands playing for his dance, and the public was always invited to turn out.
Anyway, Korky showed up there with her family, and I ended up meeting her.
Like I say, the rest of the story is still going on.

Sunday is the Lord's Day, Dave says, and also family time.
He's very conscientious about his family, his lovely wife and of course Maria's wife and of course the two kids, two daughters and they're getting old too.
And once in a while when they get busy you might even see some of them scampering around inside the brewery every Friday late afternoon and Saturday afternoon if you like.
David or one of his staff will give you a tour of the brewery.

Tester there and stay overnight, you know, sleep right there and sample the beer and make sure it's all good.
They're open Wednesdays, Thursdays from 11 to 9 and let's hear on Saturday, Friday and Saturdays from 11 to 10.
So just keep in mind they're closed Sundays and Mondays at the Canoes brewery.
They got a big ballroom upstairs.
It's beautiful.

It's handicap accessible.
You can get 300 of your closest friends there.
