Finally, he stopped.

A little bit of Richie Yerkovitch in the CD there.

I don't know if the machine needs a good head cleaning.

You know, you put a disc in and it takes all the grime off.

Let me take a look at that disc once.

I want to see if there's anything on the back of this scratcher.

What actually causes all the mayhem lately.

No, there's nothing on there.

I don't understand it.

But anyway, a little bit of Richie Yerkovitch.

We're going to go ahead and do some more music.

Here's Ray Dorschner in the band for all you folks that can have off on this coming Monday for Labor Day.

Not everybody gets the day off.

Some of you

do.

The End

you

Little Bill Ray Dorschner and the man from Monash, Wisconsin, and the holiday hula-ribe.

Happy Labor Day for all you folks out there.

I suppose some people would have thought that Labor Day is for all the women expecting babies, but it's not.

It's for all the people out there working, all the manual laborers and the white-collar and blue-collar employees out there.

The good folks at Kaycrete will like you to know that they are going to be here right straight up until the end of November, providing you with quality

flatwork concrete in other words if you need a new sidewalk put in replace the old one tear out the broken up pieces or put in a brand new sidewalk a driveway no matter what size a patio for cooking or sitting outside instead of on the grassy muddy area or you put in a big concrete pad for all the livestock in the back of the barn

or wherever, or even a concrete feedlot.

If you have a big farm and you want to put the halage and corn silage on concrete and store it that way.

Good people there at K-Crete on Olden Road here.

920-279-8854 is their phone number.

Get in the call.

279-8854.

It's K-Crete for all your concrete.

Give Dylan a buzz.

Also on our shoulder, they got Mr. and Mrs. Peace eatery with us.

They want to wish you all a very happy Labor Day.

They will not be open on Mondays and Tuesdays, even though it's a holiday.

Some people take off, but they always have off on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Mr. and Mrs. Peace, get on over there today.

It's Saturday, serving from 7 in the morning.

They've been open for 11 minutes almost already today, from 7 until 2 this afternoon, and also tomorrow as well.

When you come inside, check out the pastry display case that Kathy and Jackie have filled up with all those tasty treats that you can purchase and take home.

Especially if you're having a party on Monday for Labor Day, pick up something good to serve as dessert.

It's at 1100 West Pondland Street.

Try them pork chops with meatloaf and gravy and all the different things they make.

Potatoes and gravies and meatloaf and

pork chops, they make all the different things that you can enjoy for a noon luncheon or anything from breakfast all day long from seven to two.

And Joe would say to his buddy Eddie B, let's

celebrate.

Like we did last year You brought your friends, I brought mine We had ourselves a good old time Hope to celebrate and all together

The good times that we had People jumping up and down It was a brand new fad The song the band was playing Had a happy snappy flair Folks were singing, dancing Celebratin' everywhere Let's celebrate again Like we did last summer Let's celebrate again Like we did last year

Then to sunshine Take your partner by the hand And get out on the floor It's time to hold the celebrate Just like we did before Let's celebrate again Like we did last summer Let's celebrate again Like we did last year You brought your friends I brought mine We had ourselves a good old time Hold the celebrate and all together

Eddie B and the band all the way from Chicago.

Don Schleitz and the boys from Kiwani with the Star Wars.

classic from Kiwani County, Don Schleiss in the band, and one entitled The Star Walls.

If you are an early riser, get up early, you know before six o'clock, you notice that the sun is staying in bed a little longer each day and decides to retire early.

In other words, we're losing several minutes every day as fall rapidly approaches.

The first day of fall is this month on the 22nd.

It's going to come up pretty fast.

The good folks at Brewer heating and cooling want to congratulate all you folks out there that have worked so hard all year long and all get to enjoy Monday off to celebrate Labor Day.

In the past years, our little band, the Tupadan family band, and the polka lanterns used to play for Memorial Day, July 4th, and even Labor Day festivities someplace.

But now that things have changed, just like the weather and temperatures,

I don't have to worry about that so much.

Not even my furnace kicking on when it gets really cold outside.

Those nights start to change a little cooler temperatures too, as they would, how would you say, smilingly say, comedily say, there's frost on the pumpkin in the morning now.

If you get up early, you'll notice there's a lot of dew on the grass and any furniture you have left outside.

Let brewer heating and cooling keep your home nice and toasty warm and stop the dew and the morning dew from forming inside your home.

Keep comfortable with brewer heating and cooling.

on North Douglas Street here.

The phone number there if you want to give him a call and set up an appointment to have a technician fix your furnace is 748-6494.

Really good people there.

Right at the Kent Huse Bowl the other day.

In fact he came out and looked at a project for me.

Great guy Kent and his staff Brandon and Kelly.

He says they're really really busy and that's good.

So many people turning to them for water solutions when it comes to reinstalling a brand new water softener because over time they start to wear out too.

Just like water heaters, the longevity of a water heater should only last probably 10 to 15 years.

Is your water heater older than that?

Maybe you can expect some problems down the road.

if you should, get a hold of quality plumbing right here in Ribbon.

748-4142, it's quality plumbing.

Kelly Kenton Brandon, water heater, the pressure tank, some pumps, I tell you, water, they got everything you can do to solve your water problem.

Putting in a new high-rise toilet, a new shower, shower head, whatever you need, they can do it all.

Make sure that it's done right the first time.

748-4142, happy Labor Day everybody.

This next song coming up is by Julie Lee and White Rose for all you folks celebrating wedding anniversaries.

Here you go Julie Lee.

Let's chase each other around the room tonight.

Let's play the games we played on our

Let's keep all our love at home and out of sight Let's leave everything like jealousy behind us And let's chase each other around the room tonight Let's chase each other around the room tonight

You just

How about that Julie Lee in the band from North Dakota?

We got Don Peachy in the band from Burnett.

Instead of squeezing your egg cording Squeeze me, squeeze me I need it more than your egg cording You know I love your music But before you begin your picking Make my heart lighter And please squeeze me tighter Than you squeeze your egg cording

Make my heart wider and please squeeze me tighter than you squeeze

Hey, good one by Don Peachy and the band there.

Why don't you squeeze me?

I would if I could, but I can't reach you guys.

If you do a lot of landscaping and outdoor work, modern rentals is a good place to check this time of the year.

In fact, any time of the year.

Butts in March and Funeral, home on top of the hill, are with us today.

I would like to take the opportunity to dedicate the day show to all of you folks that have lost loved ones recently.

It's difficult for me to stay on top of all the obituaries when my program is pre-recorded like it is.

And when something happens in your family, I want you to realize that I am there for you as soon as I hear about it.

Unfortunately, that's not for several days.

So the show today is dedicated to all you folks that have lost loved ones, the Budsene March and Funeral Home.

Chris, we have...

Rolanda and Marissa, good people on top of the hill.

You know, one of the greatest things, or several great things, about getting older, according to Joe Plozinski at Mr. and Mrs. Pease, you already know how it's going to turn out at your age, if something goes bad.

According to a study from the University of Southern California, regular exercise can turn your clock back 25 years.

That's how I feel sometimes.

And another great one here for you is, you don't have to stand when someone stops by your table to say hello.

How true that is!

Somebody comes by, you're at Mr. and Mrs. Pease, say hi.

You don't have to pop up and shake hands.

You can do it from a seated position at Mr. and Mrs. Pease.

Hey, you know what?

I think it's time for us to tell you about Kanawha's Chief Factory in Rogersville.

delicious cheese and they'll be open today till noon.

The Canals Cheese Factory been with us for many years now and I do appreciate their support of our old-time music.

You farmers out there that have dairy cattle know how important it is to have a great cheese factory to purchase your product.

The Canals Cheese Factory is part of the Star Dairy Corporation.

Danny and Teresa canals

Invite your whole family over today from 8 until noon located at N5722 County Trunk C that's south of El Dorado off of Highway 23 or east of Highway 26 south of Rosendale as you're heading toward Wapan.
