I recently got a newspaper article that Joni sent me from over near Fairburn, Tom and Joni, sent me an article dealing with Union Star cheese and my buddy over there, Johnny Medse, who runs the cheese factory there, the Union Star Dairy, and you know they have delicious cheese varieties.
It's been a family business for over a hundred years.
And although they're not open on Sundays, you still have an opportunity, Monday through Saturday, to get over there and pick up some delicious cheese at Willow Creek Creamery, just north a few miles from Berlin North on Highway 49.
When you get to Highway 21, four-way stop sign, turn and go east, about the length of a football field, you'll be right there in the driveway.
Delicious cheese.
Now one thing I remember, my little buddy from Winniconte, Tommy Zilgoz, told me about hickory nut, monster cheese, and I haven't had that in a while, I forgot all about that.
So the next time I go to Willow Creek, I'm gonna pick up some of that hickory nut, monster, and it's produced with locally sourced hickory nuts, right in the monster cheese.
I remember getting some of that and it was really good.
I gotta get back on that bandwagon.
Their age cheddar is five year age,
with a rich, sharp flavor without being overly dry.
The taste is worth the wait.
I guess y'all.
You know, the award-winning, they got an award for the red willow cheese, too, that was developed by Johnny Metzeg, with each wheel being aged for 20 to 25 days to produce a subtle, meaty, and yet savory flavor profile.

If you've been listening to the show quite regularly, you've known that Corky and I, our taste buds have changed, and we've both gotten on this German potato salad cake that the Ivy grocery store here in Rippon, they make it from scratch.
And I'll tell you, it is some really delicious potato salad.
German potato salad, just like my mom and grandma used to make.
And when it takes me back to those years of my youth, I like to stay with that until I get really tired of it.
But so far, I love the German potato salad.
What do you do as an individual when you get so heated up and stressed out and the weather is so warm outside and you come in or you're inside the house and you want something, just a little treat to kind of cool you down a little bit.
You might go for a cold icy glass of water.
Maybe a soda or a beer or something to settle you down.
For myself, Cork and I like chilled watermelon.
And we've gotten some delicious watermelon, seedless watermelons from our local Hivey grocery store.
So I want to put a plug in there for all the boys and girls that work in the produce section at our Hivey store.

They got all these different things for you and your family.
When you go for your one stop shopping once or twice a week, make sure you stop over in the produce section.

Oh, I know that you'd give your nicest room to such an honored guest, and all the food that you would serve him would be the very best, and you'd keep assured him that you were glad to have him there, that serving him in your house was joy beyond compare.
But would your family conversation keep up its normal pace?
And would you find it hard each mule to say a table-graze?
And what about the songs you sang, the books you like to read?
Would you let him know the things on which your mind and spirit feed?
Would you be glad to have him meet your very closest friends?
Or hope that they'd stay away until his visit ends?
Would you take him with you everywhere that you'd planned to go?
Or maybe change your plans for just a day or so?
Would you be glad to have him stay forever on and on?
Or sigh of great relief when finally he had gone?
You know, it might be interesting to know the things that you'd do if Jesus came in person.
