Truth in The Morning · Thu Oct 29, 2026

Good morning, Milltown.

Tied for another edition of Truth of the Morning, right here on 1017, the truth, live from the American Family Insurance Studio in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, and we are world champions.

Aren't we homo-blow?

Yeah.

great morning, great morning, great morning.

How you doing and feeling Bailey?

I'm great Homer.

How are you?

I am blessed.

We are the champions.

You know, I know that there are a lot of people that wanted us to

get some more of that money here in Milwaukee.

Well, we got it all.

You know, they're like, no, no, bring them other games.

Black.

So the city.

Yeah.

And the other entrepreneurs can make that money.

Yeah.

But listen, my thing is get it done.

Get it done.

How do you say get it done?

Get it done.

That's that's I'm like,

yeah.

Yeah.

Let's not take any chances.

Not

at all.

Because wouldn't it be terrible if it would have went to where the last two games would have been here?

And we had the words, you know what I'm saying?

After winning and you

just have to do your best

all the time.

And when the W

happens, the W happens.

Yeah, I can't take no chance.

Yeah.

Well, we're not going to.

We ain't taking those.

Exactly.

Let's go.

That's it.

Let's go brewers, as they would say.

But yeah, that was an exciting, exciting win.

And it's also something that some people may not think about.

you now have and even for everybody, where were you

right

when the Brewers won the World Series in 2026?

Yes.

Now you have that moment.

But those of you who were up, some people, you know, I would be in.

I would be in.

I would see

you.

Some people.

I'm some people.

OK.

I woke up and I was like, oh, that's cool.

OK.

All right.

Yeah, I still got to get up.

I was sitting on the sofa with the surround sound, the Bose surround

sound.

Oh, the Bose

surround sound.

So it felt like I was right there in the stadium.

Yeah, it felt like you were at the game.

Yeah.

Okay.

And just enjoying and just saying, come on.

I was like, let's not do what we did the day before when we should have won, in my opinion, the day before.

I'm like, let's not get to the final, where we got to get the final outs and then they get the scoring.

Well,

I'm like, hell no.

You know, they had to, they had to let the other team win at least one game so they city can make a couple dollars.

I'm sure that's what.

Major League Baseball wanted or whatever.

Yeah,

that's that's what I'd be looking at to like yeah cuz y'all gonna you know try to make them seem like now now we need more revenue we But

that's my

what I know it's st.

Petersburg, Florida, but that's Florida really need more money.

No, I'm like no go for the jugular Go for the jugular.

I

saw I was watching Fox six one morning and they were saying how

There was a a place a pub tavern whatever that you know was all about the brewers

you know

had brewers fans welcome brewers fans and they ran out of beer

Miller beer to be exact Miller

ran out 100 they were 100 had to call in an emergency order for the next day

Yeah, and

as we go, we go, we go big.

Yeah.

You know, baseball and beer kind of goes together.

So I, you know, I don't drink, but yeah, baseball and beers.

They're chugging.

I've been drinking.

I've been

drinking.

Oh,

yeah.

I mean, you know,

it's a, you know, well,

the Brewers are the Brewers.

Yeah.

Brewing is what they do.

And, you know, so it's a beer thing.

Absolutely.

Yeah, absolutely.

So yeah, but, uh,

Uh, the parade will be downtown tomorrow morning.

Tomorrow morning.

10 a.m.

Such a standard time.

Uh,

uh, I, I predict that people will start camping out tonight.

Probably.

Well, you know, you could probably go right outside here and see.

Yeah.

Cause it's going to start on Vell R. Phillips.

They keep saying fourth street on the news and all of that, but that's Vell R. Phillips.

And I just say put some respect.

Put some

respect on our Phillips name.

That's

where it starts.

Yeah.

Velar Phillips in Wisconsin Avenue.

That's where the parade will kick off.

Yeah.

And right where we are.

We write in the mix.

Right.

If we want to stay here

and watch the parade, we really could.

Sherwin could actually do his live show in the window

in the window.

Yeah.

Over there

to the wall.

Yeah.

Harvey wall bangers.

You know what I'm saying?

So yeah.

Okay.

Yeah, that was a baseball thing.

Yeah.

Okay.

But yeah, you probably know it a drink, but you know, Harvey wall

bangers.

I've heard of it.

Yeah.

So but no, Sherwin actually, you know, and, and I hope that that is something that may be in the works to where as he can just do set up live right there in the front.

even outside if necessary.

That'd be great.

That'd be amazing.

Absolutely.

Now, you might need a tent because they're saying it may be raining.

Oh, okay.

But when you got something this exciting, people don't care.

I mean, you're talking about some people that wear no shirts in the dead of winter.

Yeah.

With below zero temperatures.

You're a hacker's

game.

Yeah.

But

yeah, they go to.

the

artica and stuff like that.

The

brewers are the guys of summer, right?

Yeah.

And article is not on my list of saying, yeah, I can't wait to go there.

So I can be cold again.

But yeah, they're going to come out rain, sleet or snow.

Yes,

they're coming out.

Yes, they are.

And yeah, and it's a shout out to

For one for a big Frank and all the other yeah their brewery songs

Absolutely,

I definitely have been playing those yeah, because the excitement was in the air absolutely We you know, I believe that there was the angel in the outfield Oh

absolutely,

you know without question.

Yeah, so so yeah, I think Everything was aligned.

Yeah, you know what I'm saying breaking the

a team record of the wins, you know, over a hundred something wins

and

all of that.

So it's like everything was lining up.

And they got close.

They've done really well these last

years.

So it was

time.

It was definitely their time.

Yep.

Absolutely.

Absolutely.

Congratulations to them.

And you know what?

I can't wait for the parade.

And, you know, it's it's a good feeling around Milwaukee right now.

You know,

good feeling.

I'll record the parade.

You record it.

Yeah, you know people that weren't brewers fans or weren't baseball fans are now fans, right?

Right.

Yeah, you see my picture.

Yeah, I'm Facebook.

I post on

my Brewers Jersey.

Yeah, that was not a I y'all that

was definitely a

great photographer me.

Yeah, so I got my picture with Bernie Brewer.

Okay.

Okay.

But yeah, so I'm

looking forward to using my picture with Bango again.

Oh he's back.

He's back.

He's back.

He got

defaced.

Sherwin Hughes defaced Bango.

Isn't that terrible?

Yes.

But he's back.

I love you, Bango.

Yeah, yeah.

Y'all

don't

know, Bango been through it in this studio, boy.

I tell you.

Yeah.

Bailey.

Yes.

And the Bucks played last night.

Did they win Xavier?

Did the Bucks win?

No.

But the Brewers did.

The Brewers did.

Yeah.

And the Deer District was

cracking.

It was cracking.

How is it cracking?

And it went, the Deer District was cracking over the Brewers and

not.

That's all right, that we all together here.

Yeah, we got to find out, you know, a great morning to everybody on our YouTube page.

Southside Nico, since here Ronnie Ray Real, Jeff.

Let's see.

Shout

out to Jeff.

Good morning to you.

Thanks for welcoming me back.

I appreciate

that.

Sir Chauncey, Will D9, Jasmine Jazz West, and everybody that is checking in early.

Oh, Dr. Author and Dr. Clarissa Lawrence.

Let's see.

Southside Nico said let's go Brewers.

Let's see.

Venus Jones said, great morning, everyone.

So tired this morning, but it was well worth it.

Congratulations to our World Series champions, the Milwaukee Brewers.

We got Blake Gump on the line.

We're going to go to him before we take care of some bills.

Sir, trying to say kudos to the Brewers, but, but is it only me that noticed that other than, uh, Geron Jordan, there was not one single colored person shown via WICN news and or likely other local news post game coverage.

Uh, we'll deny and say good morning.

Crazy.

It seems like this team was starving for a championship, but the others, others were just hungry.

Go brewers.

Um, let's see.

I think that's our brewer commentary.

Um, so yeah, so let's go to Blake Gump.

Blake Gump.

Great morning.

Love you.

Appreciate you.

Uh, what's your truth?

Good morning, brother.

Good morning, Bill.

Good morning.

Champs was handing.

That's how we do it.

Man, when the shirt comes out, it's going to say 2026 World Champs is going to say 4-1, 4-1, game five.

That's going to be beautiful.

I don't know who's going to do the t-shirt, but that's going to be a good seller.

I was 10 years old.

We was living in Parkland.

I watched them clings dependent.

I watched St.

Louis embarrass us.

Let's go.

Let's be safe.

Let's show true sportsmanship like they've done all year.

Let's stop talking about color.

We are one.

Goma Walker.

Let's have a safe weekend.

Let's enjoy this.

Thank you.

All right.

Also, I want to give a great morning to all of the bandwagon people that don't even like baseball.

That's me.

Oh,

I'm sorry.

No, I do like baseball, though.

I have taken my son to several games.

Miller.

I mean,

you my comment.

I am

a bandwagon.

You could call me that, but I'll say I do like the brewers and I've been I've been to more brewers games and have taken my son to more brewers games.

Mm hmm.

Yeah, then he's never.

Well, if he went to a Bucks game, he didn't go with me because I

ain't there.

Sorry.

Kawanda said about Blake Gump's story for a story every

single time.

I

told y'all every time.

Every time.

The autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman.

He was there.

He was the one that turned the faucet for her to drink.

Did he have his hands come

off?

I'm not going there.

I'm trying to make sure I don't hit my gavel this morning.

Tracy Hayes, thank you for the super chat.

Great morning.

Love you.

Appreciate

it.

Oh, shout

out, Tracy Hayes.

Thank

you.

You gotta give me, take care of some bills.

Uh, Bailey, get beneath me.

You know how they say devil?

Listen, welcome back to all of the bandwagon.

I did.

I'm not going to hit my gavel this morning.

I do.

I'm

not.

I'm not.

I'm not welcome black.

Well, that's why I can't do that.

Yes,

you can.

It'll

make me feel more at home.

We got to take care of some bills.

You're listening to the award winning one on one seven in the truth.

Really?

That's what we doing?

Wow.

Really?

That's what we doing?

What's the name

of that?

I forgot that.

I mean, if it's nothing else, it's definitely catchy.

For whatever reason, whether you think that it's a terrible song or not, it is very catchy.

And I'm not bad that it is also getting spotlighted.

The highlight is on it.

Uh, because

don't play that one again.

Let's let's find a different one.

Oh, we got a big

for a big thing, but I

mean, we don't

play.

I'm

going to be like,

oh,

it's on the playlist forever now.

Yeah.

See, it sticks in

your head now.

We can even get the proper Roddy one.

There's a there's a opera singer that does

one.

I'm just saying, they asked you.

You got that, baby.

You got that.

Do it

again, baby.

Absolutely not.

Come on.

You have a great voice.

Yes, let's throw the flowers.

No, no,

no.

Dozens of roses.

None.

You got this.

I'm okay.

Yeah.

Oh, you're okay.

What about

Wacky Brose?

Wacky Brose.

That right there is what.

Wacky Brose.

But it's the

annoyance of it.

That makes it catchy in my opinion.

Okay.

That's why that's why I

like it.

Sounds like, you know what I'm saying?

It's like if chipmunks could

talk.

It's the chipmunks Brewer's song

Okay,

what is the actual name of the artist Xavier and great morning to our producer Xavier His name is phonem phonem.

Okay.

Yep.

So no walkie-talk I'll phone them.

I guess how they do it.

Oh, no.

Yeah.

Oh, no.

Yeah.

Oh,

no.

F O E N E M. Yeah.

Oh, no.

Yeah.

Oh, no.

Wacky Brewer's

Wacky Bruce, you know what that sounds like.

I'm gonna

tell you I was trying to figure out what that sounded

like

And from here on, I will get to the formal for a big break.

But you know who who or what that sounds like, Bailey.

And when I say it, Truth Nation, if y'all get it wrong, I'm going to feel bad.

What does it really sound like when he's saying that in that tone?

A parakeet that it that can talk.

or Macau.

You get what I'm saying?

A Macau, whatever.

The birds that can talk.

It sounds just like that.

If you think about, Polly wanna cracker.

Polly wanna cracker.

That's the sound of those talking birds.

Play it again.

I'm sorry.

Last time.

Polly wanna cracker.

Okay.

No walkie-poohers.

No walkie-poohers.

No walkie-poohers.

No walkie-poohers.

No walkie-poohers.

Okay.

You get

what I'm

saying?

Like, if you hear...

Xavier, do you think that's what I heard you hit the bell?

Do you think that's an accurate description of how talking parents or the talking birds are?

Yeah, this is my favorite song out right now.

What are you saying?

Okay.

He's a really angelic voice.

You know what?

I'd like to hear.

Marlon Locke has a song.

Yeah, it's been put up there.

I've heard, I listened to all of

them.

Milwaukee, go get it.

I'd like

to hear that one.

Oh, I can

burst.

No.

I can burst.

No.

I see you and I'd see you too.

Oh, I keep

yours.

Oh, I keep yours.

Oh, I keep yours.

It's going to be stopped with you, Bailey.

I know you don't want it to be, but you are going to be annoyed in your head with that song now.

Why are you just putting that on me?

Because it's going to happen.

It's people in true nation right now, as much as they may say, I hate that.

They're going to find themselves.

Pointing it out.

Have you heard that one of me saying, well, I keep yours.

And it's got you.

And that's that's what I'm saying.

It's that weirdness of it that gets you.

It sounds like a parakeet or a macaw, whatever the names of the other birds are to talk.

I totally agree with you.

Yeah, it does.

It does.

Bailey's looking like really it does.

So anybody that knows about the parakeets, think about it.

If you really think about it, I mean, take away from the fact that you may not like the song.

But it does it sounds like how the talking Paris Parakeets talk.

Yeah, okay.

Yep.

Mm-hmm.

I believe I Used to think that okay, I believe I can't sing You know what I'm saying, but

I believe you know, I believe you feel that

yeah,

I really

do

okay Yeah,

so we'll we'll get to Marlin like some Milwaukee go get it

for one for big Frank and he was down in the deer.

Oh yeah.

I saw a pastor.

I know for one for big

Frank got to go in there.

I like that song.

Yeah.

That's it.

That's amazing.

That's it.

Yeah.

At the request of Pastor Redonte Asher of the Infinite Church.

He made a post that somebody hit for a big break up and tell him to remix his hit song.

There it

is.

Uh

huh.

About the brewers.

Yeah.

He saw it and he went in the studio.

Look at that.

Mm-hmm.

There it is.

So now it's working.

All right, Bailey.

There are some things that, you know, happen.

Well, I was gone.

Yeah.

And we didn't get to get your opinion on it.

I just want to say for those of you that know, I went and laid my uncle to rest.

And I appreciate the love and the support that I felt while we were doing that.

My aunt, his wife passed.

Just three months ago and we laid her to rest and then I had to go back and Lay my uncle to rest and I just want to thank those of you that didn't know Because you know I usually keep these things you know private for family's sake because my family don't always You know partake in what I do they do their thing but so But I wanted to thank you all that knew for the love and support

is much appreciated.

It was kind of hard hit, you know, it's a lot, you know, within to lose so many family members within a year.

And so there you go.

And I condolences to you again.

Listen, Venus Jones said, right, Homer, you have that song

stuck in my head with

your voice right now.

OK,

I

know.

Oh, I keep yours.

I want to cracker.

I want to cracker.

It's there

now.

Yeah.

Did you know that Chris Brown's birthday is today?

Oh, is it?

Oh, that's great.

You happy?

Okay.

Chris Brown's birthday is today.

That's great.

Chris R. Brown from Milwaukee.

Chris Brown's

birthday today.

I ain't gonna say Chris Brown.

It's just my name, you know, so Chris Brown, Milwaukee, Chris Brown, happy birthday.

And may he be blessed with many, many more.

That's crazy.

It's so crazy.

I'm just saying, you don't have to call.

It's OK, Chris.

Chris, right here in Milwaukee.

He ain't been to the stadium.

OK.

So.

Chris Brown.

Chris Brown.

Happy, happy born day.

My D. Great morning.

Love you.

Appreciate you.

Oh, we got it.

Oh, we got to get ready to take care of some bills.

Yeah.

It's Chris Brown's birthday though.

Yeah,

it is.

Okay, so sorry, Chris Brown.

Bailey lost her excitement after she found out.

You're Chris Brown from the walkie So All

the

things all the things is out, but I ain't hit the gavel today But we got to get ready take here some pills when we come back.

We'll give Bailey a chance to

uh, speak on a situation that we have been talking about, uh, with the six year old shooting his four year old sister and 16 year old being charged in juvenile court and the mother, you know, y'all know the conversation.

We'll talk

about it.

She

shot a Bailey's

church chipmunk tune and he's laughing about it.

It's hilarious.

And

it does.

I guarantee you, but it's stuck in so many people's minds now.

And that's how it

works.

That's

how it works.

The power of suggestion.

Lauren Taylor said, I still have my candy bar rapper from the 1982 Brewer bar.

Oh, OK, great.

So they had.

They

had

a candy bar.

Yeah.

Okay, that's cool.

That's exciting.

We ain't got them now though.

What happened?

Well, you don't know what all we're going to get now because they won.

You know, you got to wait till they.

Well, one of the things they do in advance is they always have t-shirts and hats for both teams.

Right.

And the ones that.

They don't use, I think they send them to like third world countries or something like that.

Oh, okay.

So somewhere there's people that got shirts of a team that never won the Superbowl World Series or the NBA champions.

Right.

Right.

But they got the one for the other team.

Right.

Because it's like, we ain't letting all this go.

But sometimes they hate dispose of them and shred them up.

Right.

Now they

said that there's going to be different shirts out here for the parade.

There's going to be different shirts given out.

Yeah.

Well, you know, listen, if you're lucky enough to get one, pookie, little man, man, and

well, they

already got the

shirts.

Listen, they already been

out.

Yeah, they got they

out like on 76 right there on the

court.

Absolutely.

Absolutely.

All the way down.

Good hope.

They all they all over the place.

I didn't see them.

Yeah.

And that was great because that was a great move because I see it just before I left on Friday morning.

This is a great time to have all they beat me to the punch.

They knew it.

Listen,

this is the best time to have your little shirts out.

Homer blow suggestion, people.

Watch yourself

now.

Homer blow suggestion.

When you're riding up and down the street and you see some of those T shirt stands and you wear a extra

large.

You better get a two X.

Oh, yeah, because they might be a little small.

Them shirts were made in in tariff country.

Oh, OK.

Them T move shirts.

Oh, they T move shirts.

Them

shirts.

OK.

You go ahead and get that extra lines and put it on and be a blood pressure cup.

You're going to be a human blood pressure cup.

If

you put it if you put it on, okay

I'm

getting my two authentic jerseys and the rest are coming from the dude

Make sure you order a larger size than what they're selling so you go

You better get a five, thanks.

Mahadi said, bootleg hit different.

Hey Bailey, you see it?

I got the first shirt.

You smoke a lot?

I don't even smoke.

But look at me.

Oh, see?

Be like, don't raise your hands up and give me a high five.

I can't.

It's about the best I can do.

I'm just saying

oh my goodness be like you know how they had a picture where say what you ordered and then it showed a woman trying to wear it.

Yeah,

I mean like what you got.

Oh, yeah, so yeah, just just make sure you

You're careful when you find that other

merchandise.

Yeah.

Yeah.

You might want to just, you know, I'd rather have a seamstress take it in.

Right.

Right.

Blood pressure.

That part.

Go for it.

And if you can order the authentic, that'll be more

valuable.

You might want to get

the.

But yeah, if you don't, if you got the, you know, the, hey, I got shirts for sale because I'm not knocking people's hustle.

Yeah, no, not at all.

But I'm just saying, get a larger size

for your cutting.

You know, they be like, oh, they run large.

Hell, no, I don't believe everybody when they telling you a gilding or a Haines,

man.

You

know what I'm saying?

If that if that they say hoppings instead of Haines and they say Gilmore instead of gilding.

Uh-uh.

Yeah, it probably ain't gonna work out for you.

Probably not.

Yeah, so I'm just saying beware.

You're only gonna get it, you know.

So trying to say just check the tag first.

That's what I just said.

Brand is good.

I'm telling

you, I know I'm a t-shirt connoisseur.

You know what I'm saying?

I ain't coming around looking like no blood pressure cup, a human blood pressure cup.

So, okay, Bailey, we gotta do it in the next segment now because

This is this won't match the energy of the seriousness of getting your opinion.

Getting Bailey's view of the 16 year old boy who is now charged in Milwaukee for the fact.

Hey, great morning, Dean.

The shooting death of his four year old sister, Journey Walker.

And he was shot by his six year old.

younger, you know, brother.

And it's crazy.

The whole situation happened Saturday morning, October 24th here in Milwaukee near North 53rd Street and West Center.

Yeah, it's crazy how it happened.

But now the charges are against the 16 year old.

He is being charged in juvenile court.

And, you know, we had a big debate on if the mother or father should be charged.

as well.

And even if they should take all the charges because of negligence, some people felt that they weren't negligent.

And a lot of other people felt like they were absolutely negligent and they should be charged.

So you'll get a chance to give your viewpoint when we return.

And you know, earlier this week, like Monday and Tuesday, we were really into heavy and deep conversation about it.

But we had a my D is that on where we're going now?

Well, we'll we'll let Bailey.

Is this for a Brewer's situation?

OK, all right.

So we're going to let Bailey.

OK, yeah, we're going to let Bailey give her viewpoint, but.

The tragic situation that happened here in Milwaukee there is now a teen those of you who were following Monday and Tuesday you're already here The teen has been charged a 16 year old who was the older brother of the six and four year old The four year old girl is dead after a gun went off while she was playing with her six year old brother her 16 year old brother is now charged in connection with her death

Police say the shooting happened near 53rd and center on Saturday morning, October 24th.

Four year old journey Walker died at the scene.

The teenagers charged with neglecting a child resulting in death and possession of a dangerous weapon in juvenile court on Monday, October 26th.

The defense argued he should be released to his family, stating he was a good student and he had never been in trouble before.

Prosecutors raised concerns about the circumstances surrounding the shooting, including allegations the gun had been played with as a toy before.

Police say they found a second unsecured gun inside the home as well.

In court, the children's mother made a plea for her son to come home.

I need my son to come home.

I need him with me.

I need him to grieve with me.

The mom of the victim and defendant said in court Monday.

We are looking at how he got his hands on the gun, said Milwaukee Police Chief Assistant Chief Paul Lowe.

I think the message is safe storage and handling firearms for everybody.

The teenager is expected black in court on Friday, October 30th for a plea hearing.

So, Bailey, what's your thoughts on that?

And questions, if you had questions.

First question Okay, he could not well he could have What are guns come from?

First of all because he couldn't have purchased them himself Where the mama where the daddy?

They should have been charged my opinion because he's still a minor, but you know here in Wisconsin

They like to go ahead and if you 12 13 years old if the slender man girls could go to jail Mental institutions and all the things It's fair game for anybody know that because they was 11 12 years old when all that stuff went on And the girl didn't die or nothing like that, but they have paid a heavy price for what they thought they was doing Okay, but

I feel that there's more to this story.

Definitely more receipts need to come out.

And when they do, I'll be there waiting because I feel that those guns had to come into the house and they were not secured clearly by the parents.

You know what?

Let's be real.

A 16 year old young man is more like a 14 year old.

Okay, 13, 14 year old.

I know what y'all say.

Whatever.

The age is the age.

Whatever.

That mother and that father need to stand up and be a man or a woman.

This is the last chance that you have to save your children.

to do right by your children.

I don't believe for a second that either one of those parents didn't know that that gun, those guns were in the house.

They have failed their children in such a dramatic way, my opinion, that, you know, I think, you know,

Even if you don't for me even if you didn't know that the guns were in the house These are my kids And I would just be like judge, you know what?

Put it all on me let my kids go put it all on me Put it all on me.

That's just the the adult in me, you know, I

You know because people somebody one of the parents may not have known maybe Maybe you didn't know that the gun was there But I still would be like these my kids though These my kids

we got my D on the truth talk text lines 833 212 1017

Great morning.

Love you.

Appreciate you.

You hear the conversation.

What's your truth?

Love you too, Homer.

Top of the morning to you.

Top of the morning to you, Ms.

Coleman.

Ms.

Coleman.

Hey, hey, Homer, you got to kick her out of the studio.

We love her.

We glad she's back, but she's preaching this morning.

She's preaching.

I agree with her 100 percent.

Do you hear me?

She is preaching.

I love her, man.

I love you too.

And I just wanted to share with you, Homer, that Ms.

Coleman, that I'm voting for a Crowley, but it's a military on the data centers and those black truckers, we're losing thousands and thousands of dollars every week.

But I'm still going to vote for him because I got a backup plan.

But the military, they don't really put it out there.

for everybody to know, I'm just letting you guys know in the radio station that I'm doing good.

But we losing thousands and thousands of dollars every week because of the more important.

They're supposed to lift it in January.

We'll see how that goes.

But I love you guys.

And Ms.

Coleman is preaching.

You guys keep up the good work.

Y'all keep it 100%.

And the parents are going to jail just cutting dry.

Love y'all.

Keep up the good work.

Go, go, go, go.

Championship Boers.

Thank y'all.

All right.

Thank you

very much.

On our YouTube page, LaRon Taylor said, where did the guns come from?

How did the six year old get the gun?

Where were the parents at?

Why does she need him now?

But she wasn't there when this happened.

The parents knew those guns were laying around the house unsecured under the seat cushion behind the bread box.

They do.

They weren't they do.

They weren't locked and put away.

They knew.

No, no, it says they do.

They weren't locked and put away.

Anyway,

this is what he said.

Yeah, you know, I you you don't know who knew what, but one of the parents knew.

And so whoever brought them guns in.

And if the other one can prove that they didn't know But at the end of the day for me if I were facing this situation and I know everybody ain't me Then my babies I need them to live full lives and it's not Ain't nothing good right now because the little one's gone But my two that I got left I sacrificed everything I had

And that's just me.

That's just my heart You know and I would tell the judges my fault no matter what I'm the adult here and They didn't know nothing and they if even if if they you know Whatever situation where they might have thought that they were playing with that's why I don't you know guns and and A young people is just a bad situation right now

It's a bad it's bad.

You know, yeah, it breaks my heart because I mean, that's a whole family and it looked like the mom been out here working hard trying to keep everything together and everything.

And it's a tragic situation.

You know, it's really tragic.

So you do believe that mom or dad or both should end up taking the charges.

Listen, I'm the type of person.

If it's me in the scenario, I would take the charges.

Okay.

Now,

just because I would want my kids to, you know what I mean?

To salvage what they can, try and get them with, if there was a family member that would take them in.

I would allow that to happen.

I would do everything I could to push that in that direction and just let me take the charges.

If the system has to

take them, what would you?

Well, I mean, I would just pray for the best, but I would take the charges because they have a better chance of living a decent life.

You know, I would be like, I don't live.

Oh

my gosh.

Cut it off.

Cut it off.

No.

No, no.

Last night and all the festivities shouting out he wasn't going into work today

Oh, yeah, my boss.

The bruise one and you gonna be at work tomorrow.

And he was like, I'll be

sure.

Well, I'm just saying.

Reptilizer and all.

Let's do that.

Oh, I think it got to be a 70s traffic stop.

where this man was wearing his bell bottoms, an older black man.

And it's the funniest video and it every now and then it keeps circulating where they told him to walk, you know, to do the sobriety

test.

And he was, he was cussing up a storm.

I

can't.

It's hilarious.

So those of you who know the video I'm talking about, it's hilarious.

We can't we can't play it with audio, but

you know what I'm

saying?

Yeah, but he is a tall brother and he was being defined like if I could touch my nose like that.

And then you're like, because I'm drunk.

It's hilarious.

That kind of reminds me of that.

Aaron and some say, yeah, I'm late.

I closed the bar last night that part.

Let's see.

Since here, Ronnie Ray Real said, what are you celebrating with in your cup, Bailey?

You know what?

I need to get some coffee.

I haven't had any coffee this morning.

Have I had any coffee this morning?

No, where's your cup?

Oh, I do have my cup.

Which cup is the cup of today?

You can show it when we return.

It's B day.

Oh, okay.

So we got you.

Yes.

Yeah.

B for brewers and Bailey.

Yeah.

Absolutely.

Brewers and Bailey.

Yes.

Bailey and brewers.

Yes.

Yeah.

You should always come first.

Yes.

Bailey and

brewers.

Yeah.

Absolutely.

Put yourself first.

Uh a failure to communicate said I really hope the champions follow suit like the Nixon bypassed the orange man.

T Rump.

Yeah.

That's what he said on his

Yeah, I

hope so too, that would be kind of

yeah, yeah, we'll see how that plays Yeah, yeah,

yeah, you just never know.

Yeah And again, and

you know, I know for a lot of sports teams that's probably like

big thing and they really look forward to it and they hope it happens because that's a part of the whole foofoo live

it

but what about just going to Disney?

You just won the world series!

What are you gonna

do

next?

I'm going to Disney!

I'm going to Disney World!

Let's

just do that.

They got another parade there for you

too.

Let's see.

Nurse.

I want to say that's the problem.

She's going to pull it out the brown bag.

Okay.

No,

I'm not.

Yeah, I'll be boo.

Bad

Bailey didn't show up today.

Okay.

Right.

Well, I mean, she did, but I just said I'm not hitting my gap.

Well, she didn't.

Yes, she's been

here.

She's been here.

She's been here.

Y'all know she's been here.

I just said that today I'm not going to hit my

gal.

Listen.

And you encouraged me to go ahead.

Yeah.

Why not?

Because you just said bad Bailey ain't here today.

Why would you encourage me to hit my gal?

I just want you to because it's more homie.

Yeah, you know, because you know bad Bailey has been in the

building.

What?

She's still here.

She ain't even done nothing.

That's what bad babies would say That's just like I

didn't

do nothing and it's not not not nothing, you know Right, and that's when you know they did that means they are guilty as charged So no

capital,

I mean gable is here Listen, I'm glad that I have left-handed because you know

tomorrow as I told people yesterday I won't be in but I'm damn sure enough I'm glad that I am left-handed because I damn sure I damn sure enough would not be hitting this gavel if I was right-handed because I'm gonna have I'll be fresh out a couple tunnels

That's why I actually wear this rubber glove.

Just kind of like get my hand ready.

It's like, you know, I know it ain't gonna be this, but it's gonna be the half of that little wrist brace from the carpal tunnel

surgery.

I got my Olympic black glove

on.

Hold your hand

up.

No.

I knew that you were gonna do that.

That's why I haven't been.

I know you were getting ready.

You're just going to tell.

OK, I'll tell you what, Xavier, when we do have to come back, I don't know if you find the Halloween.

The thing from Halloween, the movie, that's Jason playing.

Oh, see, Bad Daily is in the building.

What?

If

he plays the Halloween thing if he plays the one Michael Myers

Michael Jackson one glove.

Yeah, I got it.

It's in it's in Olympic style, though.

It's an Olympic style.

So yeah, it's like, you know, when they're standing on the podium.

Yeah, you're trying to keep me to show it.

I see it.

I see.

Stay when they're standing.

See Bailey.

Okay, all right.

Anyway, this is a very celebrating type morning.

We are world champions.

Yes, we are.

Champions of

the

world.

Yep.

Hair braided Bailey.

You said they are in line and have sleeping bags at the sporting goods store on Blue Mountain in Brookfield.

It's not that serious for a jerk.

Yes, it is.

Yes, it is just because you won't do it.

It is like that's like saying for me, I'm a WWE fanatic and I got a chance.

I'm getting in the lottery.

I'm going to get the merch.

So, I mean, it's a big deal.

it is a big deal and everybody wants to be at work with uh some merch on or just walking around the city or be at the parade what they merch on I mean they haven't had we never in the history of our franchise um won a world series so it it is a big deal I get it I understand so we just have to think about it in the sense of what we would go that extra mile for like there are some that

their son or daughter as a child may have a love for Gracie's corner or something like that.

And they was like, oh, well, we're going to be giving away Gracie will be at such and such.

I'd be out there in that damn line if I had, you know, little children.

Oh, yeah, I did all the things.

So they, you know, y'all stay in the car.

Yeah.

Yeah.

We up.

We the first ones in the lab.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Well, we number 10.

Yeah.

And when I call, they open up.

Come on and jump on in the line.

That's the fun of it being

a parent.

You know what

I mean?

That's

totally the fun of it, of being a parent and being able to

do that.

Yeah, Walmart definitely got t-shirts.

Again, like I say, just check the sizes.

Does it say gilding inside or hanging reputable shirt companies and undergarments?

If you got that, then you're good.

But if the gilding is spelled G I L L D.

You've

been to mood Okay, wait a minute.

We got some we got some stuff on the to talk text line.

I want to read to okay DB said it's crazy how you guys It's crazy how you guys preach punishment after you lose a child.

What could possibly be worse?

Well,

okay God, I'll let Bailey answer it first

So

my thing DB is I'm not preaching punishment.

What I'm saying is the charges that are on the 16 year old.

As the parent of all of the children.

I would just ask the judge.

Let me take the charges.

That's it.

That's all because I would want my kids.

to try to have the possibility to have a full life.

I know it's messed up.

I know that and and I would just ask for them to have counseling or whatever I could do for them, whatever plan we could put together.

I'm not saying because this is a tragic situation all the way around, no matter how you look at it, right?

And you're right.

Losing a kid is just like the worst.

But the two kids that I have left, I will want them to have

the best opportunity I could, I could help them have.

And if that means give me the charges, let me take the charges and deal with it, then that's what I would do because I'm old, I'm older, right?

That's my thing.

I'm not preaching punishment for anybody.

I think it's a bad situation.

The way Holland says, sing Bailey, sing Abbey Charles sometimes.

Anyway,

I'm preaching.

Well,

yeah, I tell

my

story when I return,

because

I'm preaching it.

OK.

You're going to

learn today.

We got to get ready.

Take care of some bills right now.

You're listening to Truth in the Morning.

We're doing our read Do it one more time Homer so we can see it.

That's your Olympic stance

Okay, that's very good.

I'll give mine.

Hi mom.

Kind of looks like O.J.

Simpson's glove.

Okay.

Homer Simpson's glove.

Oh, O.J.

Simpson.

O.J.

Simpson.

Well,

this one fits.

It fits though.

Yeah, it fits.

So you must have quit, you know.

You

must have quit so it can't be.

It don't fit.

Sorry with your with your antics.

I got a little coffee on there Listen, there ain't nothing in there right now, but I do have some coffee Hummer, what are you

doing?

I see that you also

a little mark.

One of the other libraries.

But welcome black.

Welcome.

You're gonna learn today.

We're celebrating.

But no, to get black to the seriousness.

I see my D said I'm going to be the weed man for Halloween.

Okay,

I guess we're graduates from Yale because Blake Gump said

Yeah, funny.

Y. A. L. E. Yeah.

Yeah, funny.

Please don't feed me.

Like I'm just saying he said, yeah, funny.

Like, you know, like

we said, you're funny.

No, he said Y. A. L. E. That's yell.

I am educated.

Were

you Yale educated?

I guess I am.

I guess I'm

Yale.

Yeah, yeah.

Yeah, yeah.

All right.

Like I said, I had two tents already ordered minds and nurse and Kawanda was laughing and said, don't we know it?

Y'all

he was there when they had been intense.

Oh, yeah, he was.

Yeah.

He was

he learned.

I want to say this, but we're in such a politically correct

when they

were in a situation.

If I say it, some people take it the wrong

way.

What'd you go say?

I can't say it.

Well, I'll say that he had braids in his hair when they was doing it when it was building the tents.

That's what he said.

I

will not do it.

I will not.

Now you know what?

You know who would say it?

Sherwin Hughes.

He will say.

What will Sherwin say?

Everything.

We should have a whole segment.

What would Sherwin say?

If I could do it like Sherwin Hughes, then I would be able to say be able to say my joke.

Okay.

About Blake Gump and the tents.

Okay.

I ain't gonna do it.

I ain't gonna do it.

You can't do it.

I don't want to be sanctioned.

Oh, yeah, none of that.

Come on now.

But it has their

way from

it.

Something we're gonna go where the design of the tents may have came from.

No, no, no.

All right.

Keep going.

All right.

I'm gonna keep you on the right track.

Yeah, there we go.

Let's see.

Like I said, I got to meet the owner yesterday at the hospital.

Stop reading his comments.

I keep going.

Keep going.

It sounds like sequence.

Okay.

Don't give up.

Keep going.

Keep going.

I think you should say the joke.

I don't think you should.

I'd stop baiting him.

We're trying to listen.

We're trying

to so you don't enjoy me.

We're trying to be good today.

Is it that you don't I think you don't enjoy me being a part

of

Is

that it?

Don't do

it.

You want me gone Xavier?

You want me to suffer?

Yeah.

Yeah.

He ain't just out for the carpal tunnel.

Come on.

Come on.

He go.

Don't do it.

What

is

what

is wrong?

No, no, no, no, no, no, no.

What did that for him?

What did that for him?

First

of

all, what is wrong with Blake?

Blake is egging you on.

And then Ari Kawada said, just because I took a sip of my coffee, she took a sip of her coffee, bad bales are coming out, coming out, entering the classroom.

No.

The lies we tell.

You may

as well find that little clip.

You about to lose your job.

Trying to get me to lose my job.

We're not doing that.

We're going.

We're moving forward.

We're in control.

Shift gears.

Shift gears,

Homer.

I've been trying.

They just keep calling me.

They just keep calling me.

I will not give in.

Now

you

know how I feel

Yeah, you you are you're you know, you know, I got my shirt with the We are both habitual lines that

we are we cannot

help it

Yeah, we are habitual.

That's why we all see you with the shirt with Dejavel and Rick James and talking about habitual line stepper.

That's that's why.

And I'm just saying I'm not going to do it.

Let's see.

There's Ryan Kawanda said, uh, I'm where Blake Gump will be setting up the equipment for your procedure tomorrow.

Yep.

Yeah.

I was there.

I was the anesthesiologist.

You had knocked him out.

No, I got it.

Right.

Now I'm sure if he was up, I wouldn't have been able to knock him out.

But he had no choice.

OK.

I can't see.

I got to get my mind off of this because I know I'm not going to do it.

And Xavier, you will not get me.

You guys saying you don't believe in stories?

Huh?

You guys saying you don't believe in stories?

No, I'm just saying.

I don't want to use the the.

Suggestion of where he learned how to make tense.

I Think that you know, we're in a sensitive age, but like Sherwin will absolutely say it Like right now, I think if Sherwin can say it you can no no no no Sherwin's a different kind of person Sherwin will talk about women of size and won't say women of size He'll say the thing that you'd be like See Sherwin will say all the things

And I'm just not not on this platform.

He talks about big girls.

They

don't

just call them big girls.

He call them the word.

What word is that?

Yeah.

What word are you talking about?

OK.

You want to guess Xavier or do you want to continue to be the producer?

Well, I sit on this in on the show every day.

I

know so I have no

idea what you're talking about.

Okay, that's and that's the fair statement to say right there.

There you go.

Just let Sherwin will come in and say everything that I won't say.

He does it all the time.

He does.

He has no chill.

He says your favorite word.

I know.

I know.

I know.

What's your favorite word again?

Ask Sherwin.

That's my favorite words now.

Ask Sherwin.

Ask three.

Ask Sherwin Hughes.

By the way, Blake said, y'all do know he had nursed, right?

So he probably is going to knock you out when you're going for your surgery.

But that just me.

Meet

the fuckers.

We got to take care of some bills, Bailey.

And we haven't.

That's your fault.

That's

your fault.

No.

That's your fault.

OK.

I will accept it that it is my fault.

Yeah, I accept it.

I have self accountability.

Yes,

please do.

All

right.

Thank

you.

All right.

Well, take us to break Bailey.

We have been Seinfeld this morning.

You know, this show about nothing.

But it's really about the brewers and things that I'm not going to say.

Xavier and you want me to turn to you.

and it's the glove.

Dark Michael Jackson.

Listen.

That is not dark Michael Jackson.

I don't know what it is, but it's not dark Michael Jackson.

Which one do you prefer?

Dark or light?

What?

Michael Jackson?

Dark Michael Jackson or light Michael Jackson?

I will not comment on that on the grounds that it might sound.

Different than what I actually mean So no comment, no comment, but Yeah, yeah That's it.

Yeah, okay.

Let's see.

Oh Nurture and Kawada said Blake gum with so many hats.

When do you sleep?

Please answer the home room needs answers.

Yeah, that's true.

So Bailey, how do we get black?

How do we reel this black in?

You just

start with it with the thing.

All right.

The next thing.

All right.

So and that's what I'm going to do.

I will not look into the producer studio because he tries to take people to the dark side and I will not go to the dark side.

But anyway But anyway, I was going to give my opinion on the preaching situation And and I wish like I say we don't see the names of the people like we used to when you're looking at the true talk text line, right?

So I don't know what do they need to do to make sure that we get the name

to their comments on the truth talk text line?

I would say to maybe just comment your name at the at the end of your text.

I know Blake Gump just called in and he said he has an answer for you when he sleeps and he's going to send it through the truth talk text line.

He could have

just told

you.

Well, yeah,

he's also

He's also on that he's

a he's a day walker.

He's a vampire.

He's Wesley Snipes He's a vampire, but he's a day walker.

So

do you believe in that kind of stuff?

No, no, but But my mother may she continue to rest in peace whenever they came to draw blood because like if you in a hospital you dealing with health issues or whatnot

They always come in for blood and she would always say, here come the vampires.

They would always be drawing blood for this.

And it's blood work, I guess, for everything, everything.

We got to do another blood drop.

Why?

Why?

Why?

I have no more veins.

They've collapsed.

You know, you got a poke poke here and a poke poke there.

And then if you're a hard poke.

Oh.

You get all of the hit and misses.

We're like, Oh, I'm sorry.

I couldn't get anything there.

Let me go ahead.

We're like, uh, yeah.

So then now you become pinhead.

You know, you're a human pincushion and yeah.

And, um, I don't like needles.

So yeah, add that to the mix.

You don't like needles?

No.

Well, you

got to.

I don't know.

I don't know.

A situation.

I already know.

I already know.

I already know.

Put me some Nova Canes.

And go ahead.

And it bow.

Got it.

You know what I'm saying?

You know, you'll be IVs and all kind of stuff, you know.

Oh,

yeah.

You got all kinds

of stuff.

Yeah.

And they stick you with that, too.

Right.

Needle.

How much are they opening you up for?

It's nothing.

It'll be less than half a centimeter on my wrist on my right wrist.

Uh, it's only going to take two stitches.

So yeah, and they go in

tunnels on your right hand and you left handed.

What is going on?

What is going on?

I might be either handed.

You don't understand me like that.

So, but, uh, yeah, no, uh, don't ask me, but.

As I see how this right hand thing works, right?

And the the full mobility feeling like they say, oh, you know, the work you do.

Oh, you can go to work the next day.

So even if I would have got it on today, they said, because I'll be out.

The procedure starts at 8 30 a.m.

By 10 30 a.m.

I'll be going home.

So it's not, you know, it's not one of the ones where, you know, it's like

two, three hour or four hour longer type surgery.

Right.

And then with the, uh, all of the, um, the robotics and things like that, and they're able to put the little camera in and, and this is where we need to cut the robot does this thing.

And it's like, okay, done deal.

You don't have, you know, big scars and all of that.

And you cut all open and you got to wait.

You know, uh, six to eight months and then still recovering after that type thing.

So it's not, um, the kind of carpal tunnel surgery that people used to have where they, you know, it took them much longer to heal and feel better.

So I'm not saying there's been, I'll be able to go and just lift weights and speakers right after I get it.

No, of course not.

But the relief, the instant relief that, uh, they say you get right away.

Okay.

I got the little he has a

pain.

You in pain?

No, it's just numb.

Oh, so like I can do all the things I can do all the things and I see I was going to try to get to my comment about the preaching about holding people, you know, punishment and all that.

No, I want you to though.

Well, but I'm trying to answer the question.

Let's let's let's pick that.

Say, how you gonna do

that,

Bailey?

Easy.

I

want

to hear your answer.

Let's go.

Let's go.

Okay.

It's not how this works, baby.

This is how we're making it work right now.

Go ahead.

Okay.

Now, where is the comment?

Hang on.

Um, okay.

I gotta find the comment.

Um, 17.

All right.

17 year haters.

Okay.

Where is this comment?

Okay.

You find it.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Said it's crazy how you guys always preach punishment after you lose a child.

What could possibly be worse?

Right.

You being the reason that you lost your child.

That that is is worse.

And again, when people say, well, you know, I know some people that that's just like that woman that left her four kids to go on a cruise to the Bahamas.

You feel I'm saying now she doesn't have custody of them because they took the kids away.

So now

she lost all four of her kids.

You know, so that's punishment enough.

No, hell no, she need to go to jail.

She need to go to jail for that negligence.

She needs to go to jail because she ended up choosing to go on a three or four day Bahama cruise and left her children at home when she

had when she had somebody

right

ready to watch.

Her children

right and didn't care to make sure that the the handoff was the bag wasn't fumbled so to speak right She fumbled the whole situation and left anyway and left her children to kind of fend for themselves at the young ages that they were so yeah

Of course.

And so now she didn't lost her children.

So, you know, people think about that and be like, okay, well, but they didn't die.

No, she still won't have custody of her children.

Yeah.

And she still needs to do some time.

Yeah.

So if you know that your actions cause the death of your child, you got to be punished.

And just to say, because the child is deceased is punishment.

And no, hell no, because the child didn't have to.

No, no, no.

That's like somebody killing a sibling.

And to say, well, you know, they already got to deal with the fact that they murdered their brother or they murdered their sister.

That's enough punishment.

The hell it is.

Hell no.

No, no, no, no, you got to go do that time.

You got to go do some time.

You don't get to just have to live with, oh, I killed my brother.

No, no, I will never think that that's enough.

I will never think that.

Oh, well, she she's grieving the whole.

Yes, stop.

If you.

And don't let us find out that she knew the guns were there.

Oh, that that'll be even worse, in my opinion.

That'll be even worse.

If she knew that the guns were in the house and didn't do anything to really make sure that her children who may have they plan with the guns.

You feel what I'm saying?

So yeah, no, no, no, you have to you have to.

Deal with the consequences and the repercussions of that.

So I and I stand on that and You know, we can for those who disagree.

I mean, we can disagree to disagree But yeah, no that that don't give you no pass.

I don't give you no pass Because it should have never happened We got to take care of some bills out MKE I see you there We're gonna take care of these bills and when we return will come and get your truth

I'm sorry Bailey.

I cannot.

I know.

I know.

It's it's music.

Music does something to us as a people and I am as the people.

We're going to

go

to Al M.K.E.

on

this.

Oh my god The sound of the drum it does something to me Music al MKE great morning.

Love you appreciate you apologize for you having to endure my foolishness on this morning I'm acting like I'm under the anesthesia already But what is your truth Al?

My truth is it's to all the parents that's out there y'all have to do better

Nobody is condemning you, but y'all gotta kinda go out the way to make sure these things don't happen.

Now, let's be honest, Homer and Bailey, a lot of these people are buying these guns and their life is not that exciting that they need to carry a gun.

And if you gotta have a gun and you gotta hide a gun, maybe you should do some reflecting on self.

Maybe you are running around the wrong crew.

Maybe you're doing something to somebody you shouldn't be doing.

And a lot of y'all don't even have it like that to drop money on attorneys.

So maybe take that money you're using to buy that gun and put it in some martial arts and teach them kids discipline

so they

don't know how to deal with situations.

Maybe put the money on a bond and we're not gonna sit here and say parents don't got money because we know y'all got money when you wanna get that three-five.

Y'all got money when y'all want to buy them, blast them, swish the Swiss, and if you old school, use your smoked joints.

So maybe just do some self-reflecting, because when they passed this law for these guns, we knew it was going to be chaos, because you know, sometimes certain groups of people don't know how to act.

So instead of having these unnecessary situations, maybe reflect, do I really need this gun in my house?

Maybe my son or daughter is on the spectrum.

Maybe they slightly retarded.

Maybe they acting very, very goofy.

Maybe I shouldn't have this in the house.

I'm sorry, but you know, some of y'all was doing dope when you made your baby.

So please.

Think before you bring this unnecessary stuff because you got the kids poster go up so they can protect you and take care of you Now who's gonna take care of him and now y'all gonna be big and big and now y'all can put money on his books Now just imagine if that same parent said I put him through college myself Just wise up everybody and have yourself a good day.

Yeah

Yeah, thank you very much.

He speaks the truth.

Hashtag that part.

Hashtag facts.

You're gonna learn today.

No matter how he said he preached the

truth.

For the most part.

Yeah.

Yeah.

So, so maybe you heard my truth on it.

About the accountability and punishment.

Yeah.

What's your thoughts on that?

You know what?

I mean, there should be some accountability.

Do I think that the kids because you know do I think the kids should be the ones held accountable in this scenario in this particular?

Not at all.

I think it's an adult thing You know and then they'll say well, you know She left him in charge or whatever but How much you know How could your you're talking about a 16 year

old

Come on She left him because she didn't have a choice because she trying to keep a roof over their head

that part

She didn't leave him because she thought he was like this She thought he was responsible enough to do that, you know keep an eye on things or whatever But come on, let's be real that he go through the babysitting whatever training

right

now,

right?

Yeah, yeah now

that part

How many 16 year olds do very few?

No lies detected Bailey.

No lies detected.

So, so, you know, come on.

What are you saying?

Yeah, like I say, there are some people here that have two and three children that have died of similar situations because of the negligence of the parent or the PW guys.

Yeah.

So Does it that's enough pain for them no Listen, I read criminal complaints.

I I've been doing this for years Reading all these different criminal complaints.

So I I've seen it and it's not an anomaly to where it's like, oh, well that only happened one time.

No, it's happened more than once It's happened several times for some situations over these years that again

the parent or the guardian being negligent.

And the end result is a child losing their life.

And you say, well, you know, they're going to go.

They obviously didn't learn a damn thing.

They obviously didn't feel the pain and the remorse of losing a child.

Listen, there are three children.

That in this particular scenario.

Have lost.

Big.

three kids.

Yep.

The little boy that was playing with the gun that allegedly shot his sister, the sister is gone, and the big brother who's been charged.

You know, and who thinks about that when they lead their 16 year old at home in charge?

And the mama.

So, you know, do I fault her for trying to keep our family together and going to work?

Not at all.

But the question for me the crux of the question is who brought those guns in the house that part and left them unsecured Mm-hmm That's where I'm at.

Yeah,

and and because of that

somebody there's

accountability there's some self accountability that has to go along with that and Again, it's just like how you say well, you know what?

I knew that there was a chance if I did this that I was gonna lose my job

I knew that there was a chance if I didn't do this that there's going to be a cause and effect.

Right.

And you have to be ready to deal with that cause and effect.

Yeah.

If you went on and did it anyway.

Yeah.

And then you get a termination slip.

Yeah.

You knew the consequences of doing that.

Yeah.

And you still did it.

Yeah.

So when it happens, don't act all surprised and say, well, you know.

But y'all, but I've been with y'all for eight years, you know what I'm saying?

No, yeah, you knew the repercussions that could come from this.

Yeah.

Please, it's the only job I know and I'll.

Hey, you got to go.

Yeah, you got to go.

And, you know, I know we want to try to be sympathetic and in a lot of different situations, but.

Keeping it real and the truth is the truth.

Yeah, it is what it is absolutely and there's there's repercussions to your actions

Uh, let's see.

Will D nine said, um, it proves how much times have changed.

I remember when parents can go somewhere and they tell you not to touch anything and you don't touch anything, not in today's society.

Right.

Absolutely.

It ain't that way.

The latchkey kids are.

That's the thing of the past.

They are the past to say that.

Oh, I trust them.

You come home.

They're going to have whole babies.

They're going to be pregnant and all kind of stuff.

All the

same.

Yeah.

Yeah.
