And then they'll be able to watch it back.

You

can still lay your ass down and watch and check out the show.

Yeah, this was better than some of these shows that people like, you know, this is better than that.

Yeah.

Why

you just

not telling me, you

know, right?

Exactly.

Don't keep the secret.

That's it.

You don't want you to keep no secrets about this show right here.

You know, Jermaine told me about the word is out.

Jermaine Stewart.

Yeah.

The

word is out.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

He had a blowout.

Okay.

I mean,

hairstyle.

Okay, think about how it's here.

Look, okay.

Well, what do y'all call it?

I mean,

you

are a woman.

What

do y'all call

that hairstyle when they wear like that?

I know for men, if we did have that, it would be like, you got a blowout and going to get a blowout kid.

That's what we would call it.

It's black men.

Yeah, what would women call it?

Call

it.

It's a blowout.

There you go.

Okay.

There we go.

I just know you

call it.

You call it anything you like, but that's

Pretty much it

okay, okay?

No, I just had it straight.

No, I'm

like,

no, you know, no chemicals added

a

puff and fluff.

I don't know

of bald head

There was nothing you should not it's too early for all that I know and it's a Friday, too

And my line if

they ain't

watching us Y'all know

But if you're watching me live, yes.

If you see me in the community all the time, yes.

But if you have it, accusations.

Man, OK.

That part.

OK.

I got a whole blowout.

Really?

Really?

This what we doing this early in the morning?

We

ain't

even

got

started.

We ain't even got started, because that's you.

That's you.

Let's look now you got jasmine good to say ye of ball head I'm just saying a great morning to you love you appreciate you miss me on a great morning love you appreciate You didn't

have to emphasize what I said See you emphasized it You didn't have to you could have let it roll right off and not saying that but you brought it I had to

bring order in

the

studio

I had to let you know what your crime was.

I don't know.

What did

I just tell you?

That we got to work on our angles.

Angles during a break.

OK.

We're

angler.

We're anglers.

Yes, we couldn't say it more like gone with the wind.

Oh, are you talking about the blowout?

That's what you're talking about.

Listen, at least she's fair and balanced

if it is.

Okay.

She's talking about a year of old boy.

It's gonna be more like going with the wind.

I don't know what it's it's Friday.

It's

Friday.

Okay,

there's magic in the Texas.

Like and above it says it's Friday.

Now that's

a fun morning show

pic.

Oh, no way.

No way.

You're not gonna get it.

I don't know.

I'm just saying I'm happy.

No, I think I think I'm saying one of many.

Listen,

I

had someone that used to work for me who shall remain remain nameless.

Okay, Reggie Brown who made us use this black

It's black and white photo for you.

Baby,

this is not how this works.

You said

show remain nameless.

And then you said Reggie Brown.

That's not how this works, baby.

What?

That's not how any of this works.

They're going to what?

They're going to what?

That's not how any of this works.

Show remain nameless.

Reggie Brown.

Like, really?

Give me a black or white photo.

Listen

I don't know but okay, let's let's okay

Gladys

night.

Oh see did you see the video I saw?

Yeah, you know now.

Yeah.

Now.

OK, it's been like what?

Six to eight months, maybe a year since her son was trying to intervene.

Yep.

Now you know

what?

Will not pull her off and still want to be out there.

And yeah, he's also saying that she doesn't have dementia.

You know, and it's like, bro, Stevie Wonder could see that she has dementia or Alzheimer or something.

She's dealing with

something.

Yeah,

you know, her black to the audience on her biggest songs and it's a sad sight to see.

That's why I didn't want to go see her when she was just recently here.

I didn't.

Yeah, because I

don't, you know, that that's abuse in the now stop stop.

Sometimes you have to just take control.

It's just like if you're dealing with a parent.

Or a grandparent or it or anybody even maybe a husband or a wife

that

are dealing with dementia is certain things that you just have to take the reins I know you want to still live by yourself, but you can't

Well, here's you know I'm

saying

here's the deal She and this is a legal thing.

Mm-hmm because if she wasn't married

To the man that she's married to if she wasn't married at all then her kids would be absolutely But her

husband he ain't doing it She said

he probably just as old as she is

I wish that clip

And see you know, unfortunately she and her son had had somewhat of a stormy past as well So it doesn't both well, but her son is right right

Absolutely.

Her son is correct.

Absolutely.

I mean, there's no way.

Mm hmm.

If I had to break in and walk her offstage every single time, I would.

Yeah, because I mean, it is, it's, it's very sad just to, you know, watch her and the legend that she is.

Yes.

Just the diva, just to be trotted out there.

And like when they say trotted, I.

That's how I feel.

Yeah.

They keep trotting her out there.

Yeah.

Even though they know that there are some issues.

I mean, what do

you now see?

And I was told this.

Okay.

We got the clip though.

Oh, we got.

But you were told.

I was told this by an industry vet.

Mm hmm.

That's actually from here in Wisconsin.

Okay.

Radio Hall of Fame.

Okay.

And well, music Hall of Fame, but.

You know, he told me he said Gladys is not the Gladys that we all know on stage and on the award shows and all that she's not that anymore, right?

You know,

she's a shell of that.

Yeah, I mean absolutely

and and she should be she's 82 years young

She just came off tour with who was it Patty?

Yeah,

and

it

was noticeable then yeah,

and so now yeah, so

And you know, we could all we could do is pray for her, you know, but she don't need to be icons.

That's right.

She don't need to be out there like that.

She can do what icons do.

She want to make one of these little commercials for whatever.

She could be at the crib doing that.

She could release vault albums.

You're going to say because she's got

too many

songs that were never released.

She out there, her husband, I feel like.

Maybe, you know, isn't doesn't have the best vantage point on this.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I mean, just because someone her age says they want to do something like that, don't mean that they should be out on the road.

That's

why I gave the example of if your mother, your father, your grandmother, your grandfather, I don't want to live with nobody.

I don't want nobody.

Look.

You ain't got no choice.

None.

None.

And you know what?

Let's be realistic.

Look at her right now and compare to Patty LaBelle.

Patty LaBelle is two years younger than she

is.

That's right.

That's right.

A lot can happen in two years, but Patty's still doing her thing.

Absolutely.

You know,

we will play the clip so we can bring you into the fold for those of you who may not have seen some of the clips that have continued to go viral of just, you know, it's sad and hard to watch.

You know, all three of those ladies are icons.

It's like she just heard seventy five or something like that.

Absolutely.

All three of them could get they rest right now.

Yeah, we got to get ready.

Take care of some business.

We got to take care of these bills.

Don't forget coming up at eight a.m.

this morning.

It's what the business

is.

Yes, powered by we energies that part.

So we'll talk more about it.

When we return, but

we'll

also play that

clip.

Okay.

Yeah.

That's going to say, let's make sure I want to see the clip.

Yeah, we're going to lead

with the clip.

So

when we return, I'll be like, let's go to the clip and great morning to our producer

Xavier.

Good morning Xavier.

All right.

We got to take care of these bills and we'll be black.

You're listening to truth in the morning on 1017 the truth.

You are listening to truth in the morning on 1017 the truth, the truth app and streaming live on 1017 the truth on YouTube.

Woo, okay.

Are your finances low?

Your mindset all tracked.

Some of y'all need help with the mindset, but I ain't gonna say nothing.

Or are you ready to get into real estate?

This is what I love tune in to the journey with coach Erica Every first and third Saturdays 11 a.m.

To noon at 101.7 the truth It's all about mindset money in real estate Helping you take it to the next level toward building a better future.

Hey Homer

Listen,

I know some people that need some help with the mindset.

Absolutely.

Absolutely.

So y'all need to make sure you tune in to my girl coach Erica because she's gonna get you together.

Absolutely.

All the way together.

Right.

Right.

That's how she do.

She wouldn't have Gladys out here like

that.

No, she wouldn't have Gladys out here.

We're gonna look through your finances.

We already know where you at.

Yeah.

You know, you don't have to do this.

You know, be able to.

Yeah, come

on.

So but

yeah, you can tell your money straight.

Yeah, for those

long as your husband.

Oh, I'm sorry.

Yeah.

So for those.

Listen, you're gonna wear my

gavel out this

morning.

But you know, for those of you who saw me like, I'm just going back to his seat on them because I saw it on the live.

Like,

oh,

yeah.

Like,

yeah,

show me coming back.

But I say, well, I had to do some extra credit while we were in our commercial

break.

She's

like to the left and then I go to the other left.

What the hell are we doing here?

I'm trying to make sure.

Y'all know, like it's backwards, right?

Everything is backwards.

I host Bailey.

Look at the video.

It's right.

You know what I'm saying?

So.

Okay.

I was doing that and I was standing behind it.

She was like, uh.

You see it.

I'm like, I can't see nothing.

But the black is better because I'm trying to make sure that you are comfortable.

You're looking.

That's important to me.

But listen, I'm just saying.

OK.

But anyway, that's why y'all saw me coming black.

Get in my seat because I was over there.

The other left is diabolical.

I'm just trying to tell you.

But

anyway, what is diabolical about the other

left?

it's the left yeah but stage love stays right

well

the left

right but it was it was actually stage left I should say stay yes then I would have been right right yeah love

Whatever, okay, but let's straighten it out.

Have you ever heard?

To the lot of more family, you know I'm talking about mr. Let's straighten it out.

Yeah, I

smell a rat.

Yeah,

all of that blues and southern soul singer Yeah, that's what I was trying to do I

was trying

to straighten it out for you make sure that you're good So I'm just saying but I

don't know

Okay, so

we had that we got had this back in.

Yes.

Can we use that one?

I So I guess during the break We'll play musical banners again But this time I'm gonna have our producer do it because he is the one that will have to have you aesthetically correct How about that?

I'm washing my hands of the banner

I did my part.

No,

you had me going the wrong way.

Come on.

Speaking of going the wrong

way,

we're going to play this Gladys night clip.

Okay.

You felt I'm saying?

Yes, because I want everybody on the wrong way.

Okay,

anyway, because

she's

her

biggest hit.

Well, one of her biggest hits.

Midnight Train to Georgia.

She's facing her.

black ground singers.

Yeah,

you know what I'm saying?

Yeah.

And it's like singing to her background singers.

Yeah,

they're the ones actually singing and she's like,

oh, like,

like this is a great song.

You know

what I mean?

Yeah,

it's sad.

It's sad.

But we're going to play that in True Nation.

We'd like you to give your truth on this Xavier, if you can play that clip.

and they walking her out there.

It's it's just

hard to watch.

Yeah, it's hard to watch.

Yeah, it's hard to watch and

But you know them songs

yeah,

you know, what's here's the thing about people Okay, let me be real with you.

I don't know whether Gladys and I has to mention But it's interesting because you know people that do have dementia they may not remember anything else

But they know how to sing they remember the song

Yep, it's just like when some people have strokes and they sing happy birthday because that was yeah, the song that they Knew you know what I'm saying, right?

Yeah,

but she she clearly these songs have been ingrained in her You know the whole life.

Absolutely.

So she knows all the songs Not facing the audience is she

was just enjoying the show

Because of the seriousness of it, I'm not going to even look at that is because this is a real sad and I get where you were going.

Yeah, people with dementia.

That is their

thing.

It's it's a yeah, it's a really sad thing and a really serious thing.

I'm I feel so bad that they continue to allow her to go out there.

and you know that people, you know, love her and respect her, but there's gonna be people that are laughing, like, look at her.

You know what

I mean?

Because they don't understand.

Right, right.

Because, you know, people don't always know about these things, you know, and it could be that she's just older and she doesn't have it, but she's older and she don't want to look at the audience or don't want to, you know, she just wants to sing the song and go home.

Right.

Jasmine Good and let's see Dr. Clarissa Lawrence said this is heartbreaking to watch it is it absolutely

is

Blake Gump saying they didn't want to tell her no Jasmine Good said Gladys was trying to hug her black-up singer in the middle of singing a song and got the crying emoji said brah I'm calling elder abuse hotline

Will

D9 said she looked like she was at dress rehearsal

But forgetting she was at the show.

Yeah.

And I'm saying all of those things that like that.

It's that crazy that, you know, that they her husband allows them to, you know, parade her out there like that

knowing.

And

I guarantee you that he's getting all kind of other symptoms at home with her.

You know what I mean?

Yeah.

So to know like, come on.

But to say no, she hasn't been.

Then you haven't been caring for your wife in my opinion.

Yeah,

it's no way in hell that a man's wife or for a woman your husband is doing all of these things that are typical signs of dementia and I'm not gonna go and take her to get checked out To see if she can be properly diagnosed so we can find out what it is Does she have a tumor that is pressing a nerve or something?

So whereas she's acting this way, uh, same thing.

If, if it was the husband, you know, is there some type of medical, uh, explanation for these things that when I've seen them before have commonly been diagnosed as dementia or, uh, one of the stages of Alzheimer.

You know what I mean?

Like I, I don't see why you wouldn't do that.

Let's see Anita Nicole said it's so sad and it's probably her happy place.

Yep, but you know We'd have to do something different We got we got to take care of some bills.

We do see Blake gum on the line.

What?

Yeah

He was there when they

I'm going to I'm gonna remind people that what the business is comes up

at

You are listening to truth in the morning on 101 7 the truth the truth app and streaming live on 101 7 the truth on YouTube

Welcome black truth in the morning on the award-winning 1017

FM.

I'm the legendary home or blow along with my girl.

Bailey Coleman.

All right.

We're we have on the line.

The truth call in line at 833-212-1017.

The stage manager for Gladys Knight.

Blake Gump.

Blake Gump.

Great morning.

Love you.

Appreciate you.

What's your truth?

Cause I just, I'm trying to find out how many years you toured with Gladys when she was still with the pips and then when she went solo.

Come on.

Come on with it.

Come on with it.

Actually, I only did the temptation review with Dennis Edwards in Atlanta, but they're pulling, they're pulling her show.

They're pulling the show tonight and they she's supposed to be she's probably coming here But they're taking her off and y'all got to remember all these people been doing this stuff since they was like 16 17 years old That's all I know a lot of people with money and or not money But with these big houses and they these kids they they be by themselves when they off stage a lot of these stars and stuff like that Or people just period and they're getting in their own ways You got let them be in a glory days right now.

She's in the mode of

do what I say or get out of my house and I'll cut you out of my wheel.

That's the mode she in right now.

So I know everybody's saying she was bad, but that's where she, that's what she, that everybody says at peace.

That's her, that's her joint spot.

So I was called to say, everybody take care of the elders and be patient with people.

I just got into my sister yesterday and she tried to get out the car while I was driving, taking her to work yesterday and she just.

Mad at the way I used to be and everybody's crazy because I'm they just they wait for me to snap out, but I'm different So they got to deal with that.

They are deal with me being different.

I'm fine with me being different and Homer you know that yes, sir I just called I apologize a neighbor and he like I ain't worried about you.

Nobody said he's supposed to be I just apologize.

I was supposed to apologize I wasn't supposed to cuss at that man But you know, it's hard it's hard to face the truth.

Some people are what they are You just gotta be able to take it and have touch

skin

But

as far as what's going on out here, somebody got graduated in the hood on 27th of June.

We just had our reunion.

That's exciting.

Yeah.

And I'm like, it's ridiculous.

Everybody just be safe, man.

Use common sense.

And when you see somebody on TV, on stage, you got to think about their people too.

That's just their job.

Y'all have a good day.

All right.

Love you, baby.

Oh, love you

too.

OK.

All right.

Thanks for your call.

833-212-1017.

That's the truth call in line.

If you have your thoughts or opinions on this, we want to know your truth.

We're going to Jay.

Jay, great morning.

Love you.

Appreciate you.

You hear us talking about Gladys Knight and if you're able to watch the clip or maybe you've just seen him yourself.

What's your truth?

Hey, how both of y'all doing?

Thanks for taking my call.

Absolutely.

Do you remember when Bob Dylan, he did an interview?

on 60 minutes and they asked him why he performing in the 70s and he said he made that deal and he keeping up his end of the bargain.

I don't know.

I'm just saying I'm looking at Charlie Wilson.

He had five strokes and they still carrying them out there on the golf cart and putting them on stage.

So it's like you're in the 70s and 80s and they still performing.

Look what Michael Jackson even said before he passed out.

All these performers from James Brown, they have to keep performing well into their 70s and 80s and then they end up dead

broke.

Remember he said that?

So that's just something to look at as well.

All right.

Thank you for your truth.

All right.

Yep.

Absolutely.

We appreciate you.

833-212-1017 while they're still the truth calling in lines because at 8 a.m.

they're going to change over

to

what the business lines.

You know, I think when talking about this before we acknowledge that, yes, when you are a part of something, it's like, okay, it's in you, it's all you know.

But there are other roles that you transition in.

You feel what I'm saying?

For former NFL players, NBA players, golfers, MLB players, they then become the hosts on these shows that the sports shows.

You get what I'm

saying.

Boxers.

They then become the commentators.

You know what I'm saying?

So it's it's you have to that way they able to still stay close to the game that they love.

Right.

The sports that they love being a boxer or whatever the case may be.

But there are roles that you can transition.

Now, there are people who are still able.

to go out.

Yeah, Charlie Wilson's

way still working.

He still know the lyrics.

I

still think they should, you know what I'm saying?

But yeah,

yeah, I'll talk.

What about Ronald Isley?

Yep.

But see, he's a whole, you know what?

They they push him out in an on a throne.

That's right.

Absolutely.

And he does all of his songs from right there.

Yep.

And it's

not a shame of it.

And I get it.

But he remembers them all.

Yeah.

Well, you know what?

I'm telling you.

Gladys, I'm sure remembers all of hers, too.

But if they could have

black ground singer,

listen, no, no, this is what I'm saying is if they would have done something like pushed her out on a queen's throne and all she had to do was sit there, bad part.

Then she'd have been.

She wants to do something that she can.

But if it, you know, other than that, no, she want to get up and hug a background singer that she can.

But

listen, this is what I'll do.

Okay.

If I know that she's going through that and that's her thing.

I would rent a soundstage and every weekend or whatever have a staged audience and go Gladys.

But you

ain't gonna sit

here and be

now.

And everybody is different.

Everybody's different.

But look at Diana Ross.

Yeah,

you know, Diana Ross still goes out.

And she's still got it.

And she still comes to Milwaukee.

Yeah, she's still got it because everybody is different just because you're an older.

Does it mean?

Absolutely.

Yeah, but she is, you know, a closely kind of guarded day.

Her kids, one of her kids is on tour with her.

Right.

You know, what y'all

not going to

do is actually one of the background.

Her oldest daughter is one of her backgrounds.

So they're on board with making sure, OK, long as you got it, it's good.

The minute you don't got it no more.

Go

right on over here.

We're gonna be good

That part

there they're there with her looking after their mother absolutely, you know Absolutely, you know, I mean everybody doesn't have it like that, right?

Cuz clearly Gladys is kids or at least her son is not able to you know So it's just one of those it's just one of those things y'all

yep

Hashtag that part.

Hashtag facts.

Hashtag.

You're gonna learn today.

So try and see.

Great morning.

Love you.

Appreciate you.

Say y'all gonna leave Gladys alone.

She still drinks.

It's just that nowadays the alcohol kicks in quicker, especially if she consumes before hitting the stage.

But just

because of facts.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Alcohol.

You could tell.

Yeah.

There was no.

Yeah, they had to literally.

Escored her onto the stage

that part, you know,

whereas before I'm sure she would have just walked right in You know

MSO said they put out a statement yesterday that she's taking a break Anita Nicole said I read her statement, you know, I mean because it has to happen Anita Nicole said transitioning is important and it can definitely be difficult aging requires making decisions with kindness love and care.

Yes, absolutely

Uh, Jasmine good and said, uh, Gladys ain't had.

You read her comment, uh,

cause

I want to keep it to the sincere that it needs to be.

I'm, I'm touching about it.

You see her comment.

Uh, Gladys ain't had it in three years.

Who says she could have a facelift?

Shake my head.

Listen, I'm not doing

what you just did.

Listen, let me tell you something.

That facelift was like maybe five to seven years ago.

I think that was totally her.

You know, she still had her faculties back then.

When we talk about and no one to our knowledge has diagnosed Gladys with any of the dementia or, you know, anything like that, right?

And so it could happen literally very quickly.

Absolutely.

Within days.

Absolutely.

Of her coming down or possibly being diagnosed with it.

But she hasn't been for our knowledge anyway.

And what do we know?

Right.

We know what

the hell it

looks like.

That's what I know.

Well, I don't

know about

anybody else, but I know what the hell it looks like.

I've had to be around.

I'm blessed that none of my immediate family members have had to deal with it, but I've been around it a lot.

So I do know what the hell it looked like for me in my opinion, but I get it.

You know, everybody don't know what it looked like, but some of

us

can look and be like, yeah, that ain't right.

And it's just like somebody that may have.

There are some people that you can't tell if they have mental health issues, but there are some people be like Is that person over here doing that yet?

It's something wrong with that person and they doing it with it with a smile on their face like it's all good And it's like hell no that that is not right that is not normal And they shouldn't be doing so I don't it don't take me to be a rocket scientist to figure it out for some people But I get it everybody ain't gonna be able to be like

If we watch them damn videos, I'd be like, come on, let that queen sit down.

You know, I mean, at the very least put on the

soundstage of a fake audience and let her perform every time she wanted to do a concert.

They're like, we got you Gladys.

And I had a cheers in the crowd, you know, like, besides the audience have the other pumped in applause from some of her other live

shows

where it's like, go.

I'm just saying everything she got the money He got access to

the money.

I

would make it the whole experience.

It would be a virtual audience I wouldn't even have to have people I could put a damn virtual audience an AI audience up there with real looking people face Every every day it would be a different AI audience and a few real people

That'll come up there and try to shake her hand or give her roses or something.

I would make the whole damn thing I'm just trying to tell you but I would not have her going out on the road like that I'm just telling you I'd make it so comfortable for her.

She'd be all good

Yeah, well, you know what I mean, it's just one of those things you can't

She could just be getting old.

I mean, listen, she's she doesn't have to.

It doesn't have to be.

No, it don't have to be.

There's signs.

He could just be getting old.

There's signs.

You know,

there's some there's some direct signs, so we got to take care of some bills.

Don't

we are not doctors.

Listen,

I listen, I understand it.

I am not a medical doctor.

But I tell you,

I work with people that have dementia daily.

Right.

So you know what I'm saying?

And so,

you know, dementia, Alzheimer's dementia, Alzheimer's and all the diseases dementia.

I would trust you.

I would trust you

if you

say, yeah,

he's got the

disease that causes dementia.

I mentioned that earlier.

But again, I know that if you told me and you pointed out, be like, yeah, he probably you can't say for sure that that's what it is.

But I would trust your word because of your work that you do.

If you said.

I think he probably has dementia.

They should get him checked out.

I'm gonna believe you, baby.

Because it's what you do.

Yeah.

And you would be a damn good expert, in my opinion.

When you got the

medical degree or not,

that I would

trust your judgment and be like, Homer, I think you need to take her in because, yeah, those are signs, early signs of dementia or signs of severe dementia.

Right.

And I'm gonna take her in.

Yeah, there

you go.

So we got to get ready to take care of the bills.

Don't be getting still to come at 8am.

It'll be what the business is.

You're listening to Truth in the Morning.

We are not doctors.

Gladys, I got

you.

We are

not doctors.

Gladys, I got you.

I'm going to make it to where you feel like you in an arena, a

stadium.

I'm going to have

all the sound pumped in.

You know what?

You wouldn't even have to do all that.

I put it on the sound

stage.

Prince, you said people to this place all the time.

I

know, I

know.

You think they wouldn't go see Gladys?

Yeah, all I'm

saying is.

I just make sure she was in a chair or something.

The audience would always give her the love that she deserves.

Yes.

So, yep.

How about in the sound effects, it'd be like, Gladys, Gladys.

I'm telling you,

she'd be so comfortable.

She'd

be like, thank you, thank you.

All

right, I gotta take care

of some bills.

That's just love.

It

is, I'm telling

you.

I have

her taken care of and she wouldn't have to leave.

You know what I'm saying?

You ain't got to leave your house because you keep your pajamas on right there.

Come on, let's go.

We're going

to do a COVID concert.

Yes, there we go.

All right, we'll.

Girl Bailey Coleman, did you have something else to say and talk about?

I know you, we are not doctors.

I said that, but you know, it's cool.

We not.

But I damn sure don't know what I see.

Look here.

He got a gun.

Well, do you really?

Can you really say

that he has a

gun?

Hell,

yeah, I can't.

Right there.

But it's a 38 caliber

forensic, you know, you can't.

How do you know it?

Listen, sir, ma'am, whoever's taking my call.

It's like the 99 year old woman.

Yeah, I know I am being attacked.

Right.

What the hell are we doing?

Exactly.

I'm being attacked.

Can y'all come through or what?

What we got going on?

Right.

Real Boston Richie.

Help me.

You know what I'm saying?

Somebody help me.

I'm just saying.

There's other people.

on the scene that you could say, could you could say, oh, now that person too, who else you think?

Listen, I was listening.

Listen, listen,

look, look

at the YouTube page.

Who who run in the country?

The orange man.

And listen, we're going to talk about that, but

it's going to be in the next hour.

Canada ain't playing.

Canada is not playing and they do not have time for us.

That's right.

And we.

And I'm sorry,

Ray Fafo for everybody that's still standing behind the orange

band, you know, the ignorance and

foolishness that's going

on.

We ain't got no choice.

And we ain't got no choice in it because he represents us.

Right.

And but we

don't mean like we have the country.

You know,

you know, how long it takes to get some things that you try to order.

We're like, listen, I don't care.

You know, boy got whatever the hell you may want to say.

I am an Amazon addict.

I'm

a

Walmart addict.

I get

it.

You know what I'm

saying?

Yeah.

Never not so much.

Tarjay addict.

Never.

Right.

So I

got a target.

Yeah.

Okay.

Target.

I don't really go here

anyway.

Yeah.

Yeah.

So all of this stuff with the costume they had with black people with the menstrual.

I wouldn't support them anyway.

I wouldn't

support them anyway.

Okay.

So it's saying all of that.

But listen, I'm just saying.

Like when you think about how long like I could order some certain things you order from Amazon.

Yeah,

you could get a damn near the same day.

Yeah, it'll be here from this

time.

If you order

now, you'll get here by this time.

Yeah.

There's some things that I've ordered before and I tried to order them like a week ago, two

weeks

ago.

Uh huh.

It'll arrive between September 23rd and October 7th.

At that point, I don't need it anymore.

I'm like, what the hell?

At that point, I don't.

It's a

terrace.

Yeah.

And plus, you know, people don't pay attention.

They order something.

They say, OK, it's going to be $7, right?

You ordered off of Shane or Timu or something, TikTok shop, right?

And then when you go to check out.

Mm-hmm.

It's gonna cost you $20 to get that $7 item, right?

At that point, I'm like, so I'm paying more for the delivery than I am for the actual item.

Yeah, I'm good.

And then

don't try to

get express delivery where it'll come three days before.

Really?

Yeah, you go.

Yeah, it's going to.

Wipe you clean out.

Yeah, you might as well not get it at that point.

You can walk to the store and get it quicker and less expensively.

That's when that's all my money.

That's when I'm like, you know, okay, it's gonna be $20 in the store, but I could have it today.

Right.

Versus $7 online and it may not get here till next week.

Plus there's a $30 delivery fee.

Canada is.

Canada ain't playing.

They put in boot to ass.

I'm just trying to tell you the same things that they talking

about.

Yeah.

And where we going to stop this

and

banning this and we banning that and people just standing behind the orange and knowing that again, cutting off their nose

despite their face.

And there's so many things that we don't realize that we get from Canada.

Right.

You know, but we we've been to find out we faffo and yes, about the faffo.

You know

what the

flock is going on It's

flocking serious homer

it is it is And we can't keep covering them up

No, we can't with

hefty bags

not at all

trying to cover up the flock

You can't cover up the flock.

Yeah, the flock is the flock

Yeah,

and it's flocking serious

it is

But yeah, no, we go get into that in the next hour.

On YouTube, Sir Chasi said, wonder what shear is secret to steel performing at a high level.

Oh, share.

That's what he got.

He got a apostrophe.

Yes, shares.

Secret to still performing at a high level.

Maybe it's a 21 year old.

She's dating that's given her that mojo of energy.

Sure still performing I haven't seen her out.

Yes.

She is.

Is she

yep.

She still

is

Never mind

I

won't

see

Jasmine good and said the reason I said facelift is because I didn't I didn't remember her performing for like years then boom She get a makeover and goes out on stage and she wasn't the same.

I've been mad for like five years over her

Yeah.

When I was in high school, I used to listen to all her music daily.

She's one.

She one of my favorites.

It hurts to see her like that.

Gladys has never really stopped performing shares.

Last performance was in February of this year.

I told you she shares getting it.

I think the thing is playing.

I think because if you hear share because I've heard some.

television interviews where she wasn't on but she like phoned in mm-hmm she sound she sounds like she's 80 something years old she does but you know share I think they pick and choose they don't do like a whole run of concerts is the deal they pick and choose so they might you know do one day here one day there but

You know, I don't I just don't think it's like You know what we got like they out on the on the road

Yeah.

Yeah.

Hashtag.

And just shout out to Cheryl with prolific realty group.

You're looking to buy a house hit up Cheryl with prolific realty group at four one four three zero five seven eight eight

zero.

All right.

That's what the business is.

2.0.

There you go.

Hashtag that part.

Hashtag facts.

You're going to learn today.

Now, when we started out, we talked about we were going to get into the Canada situation.

Oh, yeah, we started a little.

Yeah, we need to get into that.

We need to show you these two video clips and we're going to play them black to black.

So we're going to play the one with, uh, they ain't playing

Canada.

They

are not all this Lake America instead of Lake Ontario.

Ontario.

Yeah, like, yeah, they ain't playing no games.

And the rest of the world is not

either.

They they all the silliness.

Yeah.

All these renaming at lakes and this and that at rivers

and I'm telling

you, you know,

he wants to be king.

Our producer Xavier, what you got?

Also, we'll say this war in Iran was honestly the death knell to the illusion of us being a great empire anymore.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Really?

Yeah.

Real.

Yeah.

That's true.

That's true.

And that happens.

Listen.

And that happened because of his DEI, whatever, and the incompetency or what appears to be incompetency of the people that have been left in charge of our country.

But think about it.

There are countries that were afraid to challenge the United States.

Now they don't even care.

They like, what?

Iran got them like this?

Oh, exactly.

Iran ain't got nothing over there.

Look at

what we got.

We got what y'all talking about trying to destroy.

And they still hanging on?

Yep.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, we are not we are not a threat to a lot of people and I can hear the people.

No, we got a lot of stuff.

Listen,

they not scared

if they don't let them

create a collaborative effort.

There you

go.

We really a

beat.

Oh,

yeah.

Toe up from the flow of

it, as they

used to say.

Yeah, we're

going to play these two clips and then we're going to have to go to Beals for Truth Nation.

We need to talk about it and get you a truth on this situation because it's real.

It's real.

All

right.

So our producer Xavier is going to play these clips and yeah, just check out the messages.

We're going to try to play them black to black and then go to take care of some

bills.

All U.S.-based companies, fellow premiers are bringing forward, this team Canada's opening response is off the shelves.

Also starting today, all U.S.-based companies will be banned from taking part in government procurement.

Every year, the province and its agencies spend about $30 billion on procurement.

Alongside are more than $200 billion plan to build infrastructure.

U.S.-based businesses will now lose out on tens of billions of dollars in revenues.

They only have President Trump to blame.

I'm also urging all 444 municipalities to do the same.

And I'm thrilled to see some are already stepping up.

For example, Mayor Patrick Brown in the city of Brampton and many other cities.

As part of this government-wide procurement ban, we're going one step further.

We're ripping up Ontario's contract with Starlink.

It's done, it's gone.

We won't award contracts to people who enable and encourage economic attacks on our province and our country.

Alongside federal tariffs and the measures my fellow premiers are bringing forward, this team Canada's opening response.

Let's go into this next clip.

The war between Canada and the United States.

The United States has imposed 50% tariffs on billions of dollars of Canadian goods.

Let's call this what it is.

This is an economic attack on Canadian workers.

It is reckless, it is unjustified, and Canada will not be bullied.

Donald Trump believes that if he threatens enough jobs, enough families, and enough communities, eventually Canada will give him what he wants.

He is wrong.

Canada does not exist by permission of the President of the United States, and our future will not be dictated by one man and an administration that mistakes loyalty to him for loyalty to their own country.

And to Americans whose politics is about working people, this is your fight too.

Canadian workers are not your enemy.

A steel worker in Hamilton does not get ahead by putting a steel worker in Pennsylvania out of work.

An auto worker in Windsor doesn't threaten an auto worker in Michigan.

Reject the politics that tells working people they have to hurt each other so powerful people can win.

We'll do our part.

Yesterday I asked Premier Doug Ford to recall the legislature so we can pass emergency tariff relief.

His response was to call it gutter politics.

Premier, I want to speak to you directly.

Doing what we were elected to do isn't gutter politics.

That's the job.

I know you've had a lot to say about Donald Trump, but a viral clip won't help a worker pay their mortgage, and it won't help a family pay their grocery bill.

So recall the legislature.

Let's cancel all U.S.

contracts.

Let's put emergency tariff relief on the table.

Let's strengthen the programs that are Ontario's strategic advantage, like our public health care system.

My caucus and I will be there ready to pass it.

Let's get to work.

And one other thing, it'll always be Lake

Ontario.

Yeah,

we gotta get

ready

to

take

care

of some bills.

We'll come back to talk about what you just listened to and what you may have saw if you're on our YouTube or Facebook page.

We take care of these bills and we'll be

black.

You are listening to truth in the morning on 101 7 the truth the truth app and streaming live on 101 7 the truth on

And the 12 grain bread.

12 grain.

There you go.

and strawberry shake and some broccoli and cheese and Bailey gonna have some fries.

How about

it?

Yeah, we gonna do it.

Well, you know, I told you that's the response.

Yeah, I know there's made me

fall.

Oh yeah, you don't follow.

We gonna make sure we take care of

that.

But

yeah, y'all heard those clips before we went to break and like anybody else would be called a bully and everybody would be like no more bullying.

But instead He's well what he did what he needed to do that, you know damn well that he didn't need to do that You know some of the factories and companies in your district that you govern as a Republican are going to suffer.

Oh

Yeah, and it's still

dealing with that year.

Oh, no, he needed to do that.

No the hell he didn't

know Let's listen

Everybody you mad now keep that same energy when it comes time to vote right if you are not a registered voter get registered That part let's go ahead and do what we need to do because these Republicans ain't doing nothing to stop nothing They like all he need to do that.

Well, we just got to take it on the chin No, we don't know we don't

and you know one or the other embarrassing things to me is the fact that they

always love to try to talk about and blame other people.

Well, this was for this started because of that.

So you you saying the things that he's doing has not started and made people not even afraid of the United States of America.

Ain't afraid.

No, they're not.

They're not afraid.

They don't even care.

Producer Xavier, you got a word that.

Yeah, did you guys see the missile launchers that North Korea did last week?

No.

No.

saying like he's going to try to like demilitarize South Korea to make the tensions between the two countries more better or whatever.

And basically, North Korea was like, we don't really care.

And they launched like four or five missiles at Japan.

Wow.

And we say WW3 and WW4.

I'm just saying.

I'm gonna give me some WD-40 and slide up out of this, you know what I mean?

Yeah,

but true nation.

What's what's your truth with this with this?

Canada Rift and again, it's just it's bullying You

know with us with with us being exposed right as not as great a superpower as you know people have thought we were mm-hmm That's kind of like

You know, it kind of reminds me of when Russia started its situation with Ukraine and they found out that their whole military situation was just like not like your tanks can't make it over the line.

Not as quick

as

we thought.

Yeah.

Sounds like the

orange man and Iran.

Yeah.

So you see three days.

This will be over with.

And you know what?

Here's my thing.

They're sending out memos allegedly now.

I heard this on another news outlet that supposedly there's memos going around from Hexeth talking about, you know, uh, anybody having ideas on how we can get out.

I mean, it's to the point where it's just like.

Pick up your ball and come home.

You guys have been really good about doing that.

So just do it now.

Just be like, okay, we won.

We got to go and and be like we came over here to help Israel because that was the whole premise, right?

It was coming over help Israel.

Okay.

And now Israel is like, yeah, I don't even know about you guys.

What are you doing here now?

Right.

Right.

Right.

Truth call in lines are open at 833-212-1017.

We've got a pulley.

We've got a bully.

That's

a poll.

That's a poll.

Do you believe the Orange Man is a bully and leave it at Orange Man?

Punch in the face now.

Huh?

I said, well, the bullies getting punched in the face.

Well, he gets punched in the face.

Most of the time, they don't like to fight back.

No.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Well, do you believe the Orange Man is a bully?

Yes.

Yeah.

That's a good poll.

That's because, you know, it just is what it is.

And for those I want to hear.

from those that have that may say no, because somebody going to be like, no, he's not.

And we need to hear from you.

Well, we need to hear from

everybody.

But you like what is what what?

What is your defense?

What do you stand in on when you say that it's not?

And in any other normal situation, when we talk about what bullying is, aren't these the parameters that we use?

So the poll is up.

Is Donald Trump a bully?

Mm-hmm.

Yes or no.

Yes or no.

Y'all go on and vote on our YouTube page.

Yeah.

Yes.

Okay.

I mean, I'm not saying vote.

My vote is yes.

My vote is hell yes.

If we could put hell yes on the poll.

I would click on hell yes.

I'm just saying like, when is enough enough?

Clearly it's not enough yet.

For him because, um, you know, clearly it's not enough.

Not yet.

Not enough yet.

Not enough.

Not enough.

I'm

even for even for the, uh, even for the, uh, the Republicans.

That's what I'm saying.

Like, y'all don't get it.

They don't, they don't care.

They behind him a hundred and seventy five percent right hundred fifty and some of them are seen like nine hundred and ninety nine.

Your political future is even in jeopardy.

You

know.

Yeah.

Well, first of all, he's going to run again.

Well, he he's going to try to run again.

He's going to try to run again without question.

But you know, he don't care about them.

He's, you know, that's the thing.

People always like, oh, this and that.

He cares about it.

He don't care.

He don't care about nobody but himself.

That part.

We're going to the truth.

Colleen Lines.

833-212-1017.

I can

give you a tally on the vote when we get done too.

Tony, great morning.

Love you.

Appreciate you.

You hear the conversation.

What's your truth?

The truth, the truth is there's two reasons.

There's two things that Trump hates.

He hates his wife

and he

hates Obama.

The reason why we ended up in Iran is because it was his opportunity to overtake Obama by killing the Ayatollah Khomeini.

That's all he cared about was being after 50 years of being in war with Iran.

The opportunity to kill Ayatollah was a big thing after Obama killed

Osama bin Laden.

So it was his way of moving to the top of the

charts.

The hating of his wife is the reason why he tore down the East Wing.

Because that's typically the first lady's office.

So that was

the

first thing you do.

If you don't want to be with me, I'm tearing down your office.

All he knew was about what I ran was

Once he did that, he had no other plan after that.

That part.

That part.

That's my thought.

But thank you very much, Tony.

Have a great weekend as well.

So the poll is the orange man of bully.

You know, yes or no in your opinion.

In your opinion.

So so far.

We've got 85% yes.

And.

Oh, it's 85% it.

Yes.

And 15% say no.

Nose.

Well, anybody like you, whether you yes or no, please call in,

but especially knows.

That's what I'm saying.

Yeah, just help us to understand how

all the things,

right?

All the things that are happening, all the things that he's done, that if you are in any other regular relationship, you'd be like, you're being spiteful.

You're doing that.

That's that's spiteful.

You have no other reason to do that, but just being spiteful.

Yes.

I want the kids to have no free food at the cookout when we give it away to book bags.

Why?

We've

got

people who have donated the burgers and the hot dogs.

I don't care.

This might be the only meal they get today.

I don't care.

I'll see.

It's your people.

Uh, and, and speaking of that, as we get ready to get black into this conversation about the orange man and bullying and all of that and the Canada situation, um, just the power of transcending.

And what I mean by that is, you know, I've been, uh, blessed to fill in.

for Ray Nitty who's in Poland

for

his sister's wedding and so for the grapevine normally you know right now there's some things that are coming but for now Ray Nitty has been holding down two shifts their own the lunch break with him and maybe Shannon and also holding down the grapevine so since he was out and Biko was like blow I know it's kind of last minute but are you able to

grapevine.

So, you

And they was like, blow we gonna go over here.

You over here now too.

That's only

this week now.

I won't get too

comfortable.

Right.

Exactly.

So I will be on two to four p.m.

But then next week, Ray Nitty will be black and he'll be holding it down as we are working on some things that should be amazing.

for you to say,

OK, yeah,

I feel it.

I'm with it.

Shout out to Ray, too.

We had a great time hanging out at family fest.

Yes, absolutely.

Yeah.

Sat on the floor like an Indian

squad.

I said, I said, listen, bro, you

can get up.

You ain't in the Virgin Islands.

It's crisscross applesauce.

Yeah.

Yeah.

You ain't in the Virgin Islands.

We sit on the floor.

Listen, Ray, you don't have to do that.

What you know about it, bloke?

Don't have me talking to my island.

Because I've been saying

some stuff

that

I don't know what the hell is

saying.

That's what I do when I try to do

you're making access to

something like

that.

I don't

know what

else.

I just say it the way it sounds

to me

when they speak it.

Right.

And all of that kind

of

stuff.

Yeah, I can't.

Yeah.

But I give a

You can do that one.

I can't do

that one.

Scared the hell out

you.

Yeah, you

did it.

Like what?

What you know?

Come down.

All right.

So

you want to get an update on this poll?

Yeah.

What's the poll saying?

Because

it's the final is Donald Trump a bully.

90% Yes.

10% No.

Okay, that's better.

There you go.

I feel better with that.

There you go.

Because it was going the wrong way for a minute.

Right.

Ten percent.

I need to know.

Okay.

What's on your mind?

How do you feel that all these things that and and I'm not just talking about Canada.

I'm just saying all

the things that he's been doing and you see the

latest.

Yeah.

I think you get ready.

Go where I was getting.

Let's go.

We got to talk about it right quick.

Yeah.

Talk about it right quick.

The man.

Like like Tony, our caller,

right,

was talking about the two things that he hates the most.

All right.

So we got president, you know, all of the presidents get portraits.

Right.

That are put up

commission.

Yeah.

You know, inside of the White House.

The Orange Man administration removes the Obama era portrait from the U.S.

Embassy.

calls it woke.

Right.

The State Department is considering selling the work by Kendi Wiley, the artist behind the Barack Obama's presidential portrait.

They removed the painting by that acclaimed artist from the U.S.

Embassy in the Dominican Republic with administration officials labeling the artwork woke.

Wait a minute, but they took it out of the Dominican Republic.

Yeah.

Yes, Embassy.

OK, so that's very significant.

Right.

So y'all don't want to paint up in the Dominican Republic, but they got a lot of people that look like us there.

Right.

So y'all removing it.

What's this?

Why would you remove?

Why don't you remove from the China Embassy?

Right.

Why don't you remove it from the French Embassy?

But you're going to take it from the Dominican Republic.

Mm hmm.

What is it you want?

Are you sending a message to the people the minute Dominican Republic

that part?

I'm just saying

It is the painting young artists after Siamese 1960 was commissioned by the State Department in 2013 during the Obama administration through its arts and embassies program and installed at the US Embassy in San Santo Domingo

in 2015.

Wiley is widely known for painting former President Barack Obama's official portrait, which was unveiled at the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery in 2018.

The embassy painting features four Dominican models posed against Wiley's signature floral black drop.

Wiley studied, studied a Dominican artist, Celeste Woss Weigill and Gilberto Hernandez Ortega while developing the work.

US Ambassador to the Dominican Republic, Leah Campos, publicly celebrated the painting's removal in August 11th.

In an Instagram video showing the artwork covered by an American flag-themed tarp before workers took it

down.

In the Orange Vans administration under my leadership, we are turning away from globalist and woke ideologies and instead embracing American patriotism and the beauty of our great country.

Campos wrote.

Campos also says she wants the art and decor displayed by the U.S.

Embassy in Santo Domingo to reflect American beauty, strength and commitment to

liberty.

The State Department confirmed this week that officials are consulting attorneys to determine whether the government can legally sell the Wiley painting.

If a sale is permitted, officials said that would be the department's goal.

Wow.

Sure, you don't want to change your vote on the Orange Band, whether he's a bully or not.

Sure, you

don't want to

change your vote.

Some people have because we don't.

It's down to nine percent.

Well, actually, more people came in and voted yes.

So I was gonna say it was ten percent.

Right.

Nine, nine percent.

You know, yeah, I'm just saying.

And two, let's see, who is it?

Sir Chauncey.

Which event, you said?

What time is your gig tomorrow?

I missed it earlier.

It's two things that I will be doing on tomorrow.

Yep Xavier.

Do you have a vote?

That he's a bully or

not?

Yes.

Uh, I think he's a weakling in the bullies.

So we actually filmed a movie about it and it's real funny.

You got a lot of comedians and a lot of people from Milwaukee in it.

We're going to be filming it at the Oriental on September 5th.

Tickets are available now.

If you looked up in the sky on Keith and King, I have a billboard out there.

That's got the website on it and everything.

Okay, but you need to just say

that right now what it is.

I'm a club sub.

Light onions.

Bailey will take one if she wants one with no onions.

Hey, yes.

Yes,

The Orange Man administration removes the Obama era portrait from the U.S.

calls it woke.

So y'all don't want to paint up in the Dominican Republic, but they got a lot of people that look like us there.

Right.

So y'all removing it.

What's this?

Why would you remove?

Why don't you remove from the China Embassy?

Right.

What is it you want?

Are you sending a message to the people the minute Dominican Republic

Wow.
