today, like I am going to be today as Wednesday. That means it's hump day. That means we get to
harass and talk about and do all sorts of things and jump all over the place and have all sorts of
fun today because I am in a absolutely positively great mood. Why? Because I'm going to be talking
about stuff today that's going to make people a little upset. Just a little bit, just a little bit
upset, just a little bit bothered. I'm going to talk about, oh, in the five o'clock hour,
be talking about voting rights since everybody was crying. What I like to do is see how stories
pan out how they go through and what the updates are and see what's going on, what's actually going
on. Instead of going on what I first read, which is usually incomplete. And so you think you're
reading something or you're talking about a story and you don't have an idea and you haven't
checked multiple sources. You just went in and you trust this one thing. So that one thing said it.
So I believe it. It doesn't necessarily make it true. It just makes it
accurate. This is the information I have. So we're going to dive into that. We're going to talk
about, of course, we're going to do the top five at five. We're going to dive into something I
said I'd talk about that. What's the job of a man? And I know all the women are going to give
mad and upset and scream at me. However, we got a couple of poll questions. We could be talking
about like I say, voting rights and and white society. What's going on? And of course, I'll check
your YouTube chat and talk and text. But before I get going, before I get moving, let me check

right rear, my left rear pocket and you could see my wallet imprint where I would sit in a
car and rub up against it and you could see the little print. It is bad. These are my junky clothes.

I've been reading stories about the police. I'm going to be talking about the police today too,
because sometimes they do stuff and it cats. I talked about a little bit last week about some
of the technology and all that stuff and it got me a little reminiscent. I came on the job back
in 1993 at a time when police needed three things to catch a criminal instinct experience and a good
pair of running shoes. Maybe that's why I always want to make sure I have good shoes on.
Today, drones, surveillance cameras, license plate readers, AI, real-time data sharing,
ways to do all that, all that you can add to instinct experience and a good pair of running shoes.
And after watching that story, did you hear the story about what Tulsa this morning? Well,
police use flat cameras and a drone to track a robbery suspect running across a golf course.
Then it cops went in and made their ass.
Criminals got a serious issue because what happened in Walla Tulsa was not
science fiction. It wasn't a movie scene. It was modern policing happening in real time.
And according to the reports, police identified this from WISN.com identified. I wanted
vehicle using a flock surveillance camera system. Cops tried to stop them. They ran, up went the drone,
they tracked the suspect across a golf course at Blue Mountain Country Club until a motorcycle
officer took them into custody. Think about that. What might have taken hours took minutes. So if
you're a citizen and you're kind of on the side where you want to stop violent offenders who might
have guns and take people hostage and project people and all that arrested quickly safely without
incident. Well, and without shootout technology sounds great. And it is some time. Drones will
really change the game. So they start shooting at them. Like I said, it was my first shootout
of drone. But you could kill a drone, but you don't kill a people. And instead of officers
blindly chasing people through alleys and backyards and front yards and crowded streets and all
that stuff. And have to suffer the killing of a police officer like Officer Crowder who's
at the Memorial in Washington DC law enforcement memorial. Drones will allow police to have distance.
Still watch you. Pretty much at a time when you can't see them. Drones are pretty quiet.
No one necessary risk. No kicking indoors, running over people,
disappearing in neighborhoods, terrorizing folks, technology can in fact makes policing smarter
even though you don't like the police. I get it. But this way they won't be more aggressive.
Right? However, you still got to have the results. So when a crime happens,
just like they call up this sexual assault guy in Sherman Park, where's the video that they
catch him? Didn't it camera see anything? Cameras too dimensional. It don't see and it may not
capture sound. So it doesn't see everything. But the problem is what it does see is going to change
policing forever. It's starting to change policing forever. But we can't celebrate technology.
Like I said before, who watches the watcher? We got black communities especially. You've got to
stay alert. You got to stay informed. You got to stay engaged. You got to listen to the news.
You got to watch the news. You got to listen to the truth. History has taught us and I'm not going
to go too deep into it. But we know they can use stuff for overreach. Today it was just a robbery
suspect on the golf course running tomorrow. They might be in your block party or people sitting on
your porch or scanning your plate when you go to a community meeting at the school board or your
neighborhood. Now you got to understand technology in and of itself is not racist.
But the problem is technology is going to move forward faster than the police.
And really what happens, you can't outrun a network. The cop can't type fast enough to get
into a database that AI can. The drone is going to send information back to communications
and send information to the police officer. And what really scares me is when they use anything or
any system that has the word predictive in it. Because then they'll start like I said before
estimating we think crime's going to happen here. We look at the amount of income. We look at the
amount of the street whether or not it's clean. We've looked at the socioeconomics. We've
looking at single parent households. We're going to look at all the negative stuff and say yep we
need to surveil this place. We're going to be fighting with this for the next 20 years so they figure
it out. Violent criminals will be arrested but constitutional rights still need to be maintained.
I've said it a thousand times. That's why I keep repeating this same thing. You need to know
and the police need to tell you before they come up with this policy where they're deployed,
when they're deployed, how long the footage is stored, who has access, who doesn't have
as we already have some cops looking up their girlfriends and boyfriends and exes and all sorts of
crazy stuff, right? Footage can be misused. So you should need a warrant to get it.
Because we need to protect innocent people. We also know criminals use technology too.
Retail theft. Break it into basketball players houses because they knew they were on the road.
Amplify signals your car sends off so that they can capture it. Make a T-Fob and get in your car,
your house. Send voices to grandma. So grandma think as you and you need some money and send it
here and they send it and all of a sudden they're out of money, drug trafficking networks.
It can go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on.
Criminals are modernizing. Police are not.
Now it's just moving forward. Police in PS is not.
Yeah, kind of threw that in there.
Whatever it is in the city, it needs to evolve because crime itself has evolved.
So if you were to hire a cop today, what do they need to understand? Privacy law,
data systems, digital evidence, cyber investigations, AI assisted intelligence,
drone deployment, all that. That is a different cop than what we have today.
You're going to be recruiting engineers who want to be cops really.
The next generation, they're not going to be athletes and fighters and military people.
They're going to be analysts, technologists, drone pilots licensed by the way.
Data interpreters, cyber investigator.
Need to go look for you, just go to social media.
Until you catch the person, then it has to be physical. So you're going to have to be
physical and digital. But it can't replace the humanity that policing should have.
You still need to know your neighborhood, the people, the escalate conflict, all that stuff.
They need to be able to tell the difference between the misunderstanding,
two people arguing and two people arguing and there's danger and one is going to harm the other.
Because I said it before and I said it again in a free society, public safety, policing.
Fire, civil liberty, have to go together.
Right now, technology is outrunning police.
Technology has clearly outrun the constitution and any legislation we have in place.
And if one outruns the other, it's like the story says on wisn.com.
Everybody loses.

is entertaining a proposal to allow a computer data center to be built on the Midtown Center property
at 60th, just north of capital drive, the city plan commission will hold a public hearing regarding
the proposal on Monday, the 18th at 1 30 p.m. This will be a public hearing. They will be hosted
both in person and online. Those wishing to provide testimony can do so by attending the meeting
at City Hall's first floor boardroom. Oh, yeah, that'll be fun by participating virtually
by emailing a commission at least one business day prior to the start of the meeting. That's
Friday, y'all. Show up in person or online, give your testimony. Let the city know how our
community feels about a data center in our midst. How do you feel about that? 8 3 3 2 1 2 1 0 and 7
is a number. I guess I can just bump the first poll and just ask, should Midtown get a data center?

a whole lake there. What exactly is your point? You're not paying for the water. So what do you care?
Like, I don't understand. The data center is not on the whole north side. It's just at Midtown.
And that's see, you're not, we, we got a, we got a library. Why should it's called Washington Park?
It's right there. Insurance Park. Go there. That's a library. Everybody's saying no, but, but what's
this? But what's this? Why are you saying no? It can't be because of water. You're not paying.
It can't be because of electricity. You're not paying for it. They need jobs to create it. Jobs to
build it. You keep crying. People don't put money into the community. Now money is coming. Well,
like that kind of money. Stop it. Stop it. You can be doing stupid stuff like AOC does to stop
businesses from coming retail businesses from coming into a neighborhood because they don't,
they might put mom and pop out of business. Well, they might mom and pop can go work for them. That is
the American economy. They said, Memphis is fighting Elon Musk now. So what are you fighting?
Are you fighting because you don't like Elon Musk? Are you fighting because you don't like who's
building the data center? Or are you fighting because like what exactly are you fighting?
Are you fighting the two or three years of construction jobs that they're going to give?
Like what? The contracts they'll give to black people. But I don't understand.
They're calling the capital drive library and they're planning to put a library in the
whole Walmart admit town. Correct. So they're closing the one on capital and then moving it up to
60th and capital into the Walmart. The water usage and the gray water waste. Okay. So then go in
and say that's your concern and ask them what they're going to do about it. Or just go to Google
and check GPT or cloud or go or whatever you use and ask it. What do data centers do about water
usage and the gray water waste? You're always going to have water waste. You're always going to have
a need for like I don't understand. Life is moving forward. You're saying that black community on
the north side should not be moving forward. I don't get it. I think we should have a day. Who is
that? Anthony, Dr. Kim, what do you think about the data center? I think we should have a data center.
I think we should do it so that we can get jobs in the black community, train up people so that
they can maintain it and have the technical skills to work there. All that. That's going to bring
money to the city. All you got to do is talk your elected officials into stop raising taxes higher
and higher and higher. And then when they when you argue about it, tell you it's for the homeless
and the children because it's not because the policy that doesn't cover schools are on their own
separate. Yeah, but we don't know that. We just equate money and children and we think we need more.
We need more. We need more. As he said, build a library with tech
that the community can actively use. How about the community pay for the library that we can
actively use? How about we chip in something instead of taking everything for free because if
you build a library, the only people paying for that library are taxpayers. And I'll be honest
with you, as a taxpayer, I'm tired of paying for stuff for other people that don't have
anybody in get everything for free and want to take more of my money because they're too lazy to
get the wrong. And I don't know why they don't have any money. I shouldn't say lazy that don't
get their own. If I could do it, you can do it. Reggie, I'll say it is midtown, what is Wisconsin
Avenue above the, I'm okay. So midtown is 60th and capital to find a lack, find a lack north to
60th. So it's like a triangle. Not to Congress and then over to 60th and then south. So it's like a
up long rectangle. And taxpayer is tired of paying for people for free. Retired of giving
a stuff away for free that we work for and we earn and then you tell us we're bad people because
we earned it. That's just idiotic. And as he said, I'm a taxpayer and I don't mind covering that.
Yes, you do. That's why you pay too much for gas. You pay too much for electric.
You pay too much for water. You pay too much for homeowners. You pay too much for food.
It's not by accident. There's no city. Taxing you.
Think about that.
LT said there's no fresh water source there. It's called a pipe. Yeah, it can be put there.
It's called a pipe. And they have some that once you put the water in, it refreshes itself.
So they have some of those. You don't have to necessarily use water in order to build a data center.
They have some that can refresh themselves that you don't need water. You just need to pressure them
into not using water. It's really that simple.
The water usage causes low water pressure. How do you know? How do you know?
Where did you get that from?
Crystal say a taxpayers are sick of subsidizing billionaires in their data centers.
Show me how they subsidize billionaires in their data centers. Tell me how.
They pay for it themselves. They constructed themselves. If they don't meet a certain hiring
criteria, they don't get the tax credit. The city might use it to have cash to build out the
sidewalks around it. That's about it. Like what what else is there? What else?
We always want to scream and cry about why don't you just become a billionaire and that you don't
have to worry about crying about other billionaires. If people took more of their time being successful,
which is what I've talked about yesterday in my hope, if you spend more time being successful
yourself, you would stop worrying about everybody else. And then you too could spend your money where
you want to spend it and help homeless people and give scholarships and do all those things in your
community, our community that you want to. But instead, we cry and complain about it.
About something that's not yours. You did not earn it. And this idiocy with ALC talking about a
billionaire didn't earn their money. How stupid is that? That shows how stupid of a comment somebody
can make. Now does that didn't call her stupid about a stupid comment somebody can make?
If I sell a thousand widgets and they all cost a thousand dollars, that's called a million.
That I did. That I created. But it make it for me. I might have paid somebody else to help me make it.
It isn't as weird.
ALC say it put people there, train people in the area to work there. And if one person even breaks
into a car over there, they get 10 years abstract. The war said, yes, data centers are heavily
subsidized in the US. Prove it. Stop talking and prove it. I'm not saying I agree or disagree or
that you're right or wrong. I'm saying, what is your source? Tell me. She said focus on who the
SEC said focus on stop flood. Stop the flooding. You stop the flooding. Look at the pot. I'm telling
you when I finish reading this book, I'm going to be able to explain to you the policies that
are in place that are stopping all this stuff from going. All the stuff you're fixing right now
and complaining about right now are symptoms of the issue. And the policy won't allow the city to
fix the system because of the way that they make the money and the way they have to pay off the
money. But we'll get into that. Because we'll say I want to spend my money where I want and that's
not to subsidize billionaires. Okay. Then look at all the tens of thousands of people they
hire and fire them all because then they won't have a job. One percent of taxpayers pay 50, 60 percent
of all the taxes that are paid. That means you don't crystal people in the top one percent.
It don't take a lot to be in the top one percent, but that's not you.
So all the stuff you talking about, your pennies don't touch that at all. They're very,
very small. The majority of taxes that are paid in America are paid by the top one percent.
The lower 99 percent pay about only 40 percent of the taxes.
So what are you talking about?

LaGena said everybody knows that the noise and air pollution that causes respiratory
problems is the reason why they want over here and not the other side of town. People can google that

You complained about the smell for the leather. You complained about the French company coming in
and making the trains here for the high-speed rail. You complain about manufacturing.

You're going to have to sacrifice something to get it, even if it's time. You're going to have to
sacrifice. You literally have to give up something to get. But when you have a mentality that wants
everything free, which is a lot in the black community, you wonder why the community looks the way it

Friday off. We're going to have a long weekend. I may as well tell you I'm taking off from a birthday.
So I'm taking a long weekend and I'll be at home chilling and doing some things around the
city. So if you see me, say I like. That's why I love the tuck and text line because they they
generate, especially the tuck and text line and the YouTube chat. They they generate. But no,
AOC is not right. Anyway, she say that is simply not true. You're absolutely right. Crystal,
what's this? Crystal, you are absolutely right. You're ready? Instead of 1%, it's the top 10%
of US income earners pay at approximately 71 to 72% of all federal individual income taxes.
And this is numbers from 2223. These high income earners defined as having an annual income of 187,
608. Oh my god. It's going blah, blah, blah. Right. But then you jump down to the fifth top 50%.
The top 50% of people who pay taxes paid 97%. That's according to the tax foundation and two other
sources. 97% of all taxes paid. Oh, I got some updated numbers. Okay. 97% of
all taxes paid were paid by people making $50,339 and above. And I know some of y'all make that.
People at the bottom 50% of earners with incomes below this threshold paid the remaining 3%.
The top 10% threshold is 178,611. They paid 72% of taxes.
So we talk about, but even the top 1% paid 40.4% of all federal income tax.
So this thing about making people pay more from what? From what?
If you make $50,000, you're part of 97% of all people. And that's why people say when you raise taxes
or you make changes and all that, it's going to affect those people at that threshold around 50.
It's not going to affect the billionaire. And here's what other people don't understand. Most
billionaires, when you get at that level, you invest the money that you made and you make money
passively on the stock market. So you invest in somebody else's business, they make money,
they pay you. That tax rate is only, if I remember correctly, around 18%.
So when you say billionaires don't pay their fair share, yeah, they do.
Income taxes only on earned income income where you work. If you invest it, it's different.
And so we have to understand and know that when people politicians give you this rhetoric,
they're not giving you the whole truth. They're giving you the part that's going to get you jazzed
up, get you to vote for them, get you to vote for me, vote for me, vote for me, vote for me.
And getting a subsidy and not paying taxes are not the same crystal. She said billionaires
getting subsidies is very well known. In fact, Elon Musk pays zero federal income tax. Right.
That's federal income taxes. He doesn't have any income.
It's on earned income. Passive income is taxed differently. You could tax it through your business,
your business. See, we need to learn and understand how to use these same things instead of
stopping other people from taking advantage of it. We need to put ourselves in a position to take
advantage of it. But we don't, we'd rather complain about somebody else using the exact same
system we have access to, to our benefit. But somebody talked to you and told you that you couldn't
do that for some reason. Somebody must have told you that you couldn't. They're barriers. Sure,
they're barriers. But I know some black billionaires. So are you talking about them too?
So Sean said, well, well, that means it's going down tomorrow at pop off Thursday. They ain't no
pop off Thursday. It's pop off Wednesday. I ain't here Thursday. I'm gone. So I got to pop off
today. You understand what I'm saying? If we took all that energy complaining about a billionaire
and found out how they became a billionaire and followed the process, you could be one too.
Or at least be well on your way there.
Elon Musk is not his company. So if he's got good lawyers and good accountants that use the same
tax code you use to not pay taxes, what are you saying that we should change it? Even if you took
all this money, it wouldn't put a dent in $38 trillion. I think we're at $38 or $39 trillion.
For the debt. So what are we talking about? Like, you just want to take his money because you don't
have it. You're jealous. I guess there isn't no, let's let's time I was just saying.
The amount of money that a billionaire would pay in taxes is significant multiples of your
salary. So I don't know why you think that if you took all of their money, it would hold. Are you
serious? If they paid 5% of a billion dollars, what's 5% of a 10% of a billion is a hundred million
dollars. 5% is 50 million dollars. You don't have 50 million dollars and two nickels to put
together. Or as our mothers say, we're up together. So come on. Come on. Stop it.
You could have been spending all that time trying to figure out how to make 50 million dollars.
But instead, you could play it about other people who took their time, their effort, their sacrifice
and made it. Is Elon Musk strange and weird? Sure. Well, billionaires are.
But there's a way to live through your business legally. Have your business own things that you use
legally and you take advantage of tax breaks. I'm just saying. We got to change the money. That is

I didn't ask you to have my mind set. She's like, I don't know Dr. Ken. I will never have your
mind set. I don't want your mind set. I didn't ask you to. I'd rather defend the end. You rather
defend the end. Defensible than stand up for what is right. First of all, you don't get to tell me
what's right. You get to have a difference of opinion, but you don't get to tell me it's right.
It's that's right for you. What does Elon Musk not paying taxes have anything to do with a city like
Milwaukee where the roads are torn up. Crime is going crazy. Old people are getting hit by cars

Makes no sense. We care about all the wrong stuff.
All the wrong stuff. I get it. You've been raised a certain way. Politically, you've been raised
a certain way. What you think is right. You've been raised a certain way to feel I get it.
So was I. Until I figured out that I had access to do the same thing. Other people did and could get
the same things other people have if I work sacrifice and do it.
It's unfortunate. But you keep your mindset. Stay right where you are. Complain about what everybody
else is doing instead of taking that same energy. And I'm not talking about crystal. Anybody
take that same energy and apply it. Just one thing a day. One step a day, one minute, one second,
one minute, one hour, one day, one week, one month, one year. And you will be significantly beyond.
You can talk trash if you want to. Kawanda. I'm just I'm just picking a winner.
One class, one assignment. Next assignment. Done with the class, next class. Two classes,
turns into four, turns into eight, turns into 16, boom, degree. That's it.
Now watch this. Contraria. It's just one grade. It is not indicative. It's not a pattern.
It's just one grade. The goal now is to replicate the work. That's it.
What am I going to do? I got to take a class and calculus two years from now, right?
I'll talk about that in two years. Today, I worry about this class. And just chunk it. It take
it easy. You'll be great. Stop congratulating too soon. Later, you can get a whole party.
And look at it. That's something truth nature can fly down to Miami and have a party on
graduations. That's what I'm talking about. Incentive. Build in your own incentive and then win.
Because in the end, you know, the only person who can go to school for Klondr, Klondr, you could
talk to her till you're blowing the face, but she's got to do the work and she's showing that she's
doing it. Just keep it up. Whatever energy you need, whatever needs to drive you, take it and run with it.
But in the end, I imagine somebody else for being, oh, I know what that is. People are allergic to
success.
