Yesterday, Todd shared some stories of his time spent in El Salvador. Today, he dives into a less than pleasant part of their history: their prisons. Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele is known for decreasing gang violence by indiscriminately imprisoning suspicious individuals. He and Marco Rubio have made a deal for El Salvador to accept deportees and troublesome US prisoners.
