He supports using legislation from 1849 to ban abortion in Wisconsin and believes that the January 6th insurrectionists didn’t get fair trials. Don’t believe us? When you combine this with Schimel’s support for President Trump’s J6 rioter pardons, it is clear that this man shouldn’t be anywhere near the highest court in the state.
