According to Axios, President-elect Trump has endorsed Mike Johnson to maintain his position as Speaker of the House. With a margin of one vote, this endorsement may not be enough to avoid the chaos that Kevin McCarthy faced earlier this year. 

At the bottom of the hour, Todd is joined by Civic Media’s own Luke Mathers for some Tuesday Tangents! They talk about where New Year’s Eve sits in their holiday rankings and delve into Luke’s sordid bowtie-related past. After that, we ask for Luke’s Packers predictions as we near the end of the NFL season.
