Over the weekend, we discovered that ABC News and George Stephanopolous agreed to settle a lawsuit with Donald Trump for approximately $16 million. With other arguably frivolous lawsuits being leveled against people like pollster Ann Selzer, this capitulation sets a dangerous precedent. Will all legacy media outlets give in to legal pressure and essentially admit to things they didn’t do?
