We have some breaking news! Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul is finally taking action against our state’s slate of false electors from 2020. While other states took action against their false electors promptly, Wisconsin didn’t do anything until June of this year. Even in this new filing, Kaul is not actually charging the electors themselves. What exactly does this new filing do, and why is it happening four years later? Two-time State Democratic Chair, attorney, author and friend Matt Flynn joins us to talk through how this may shake out.
