It’s no secret that public schools are floundering in our state. While many referendums to provide additional funding passed on November 5th, not all did. A school district in Mauston is considering dissolving due to a continued lack of financial support. Meanwhile, Wisconsin still has a $4.6 billion surplus that the joint finance committee refuses to allocate.
