Have you seen the film of the Fall, Just A Bit Outside: The Story of the 1982 Milwaukee Brewers? Tonight may be your last chance! Producer Kelly Kahl joins us to talk about the movie’s journey through theaters. It’s closing in several theaters across the state tonight, but it’s opening in others! Tune in or head to justabitoutsidethemovie.com to find where you can see this tremendous film in theaters. Also, if you’re out of state, worry not! Kelly Kahl and the rest of the team are working on ways to watch the movie at home, and it’ll come sooner than later.
At the bottom of the hour, we are excited to welcome Wisconsin State Archaeologist Dr. Amy Rosebrough! Over the last few years, she and other archaeologists have been recovering a cache of canoes out of Lake Mendota. The oldest canoe so far is approximately 4,500 years old! These remarkable artifacts are telling a growing story about the history of our area.
