Guests: Jacqueline Rivera, Matt Flynn, Sean Hanish

Today, we continue Civic Media’s “Go For the Green or Gold” statewide text-to-win contest! Keep listening through the end of this week for your chance to win cash, gold jewelry, or tickets to a December game in Green Bay! Civic Media HR Director Jacqueline Rivera is a Louisiana native, so she chimes in to make sure we pronounce “New Orleans” correctly.

Matt Flynn stuck around to provide his thoughts on a new story from votebeat.org regarding accessible voting in Wisconsin. Two towns are being sued for not using electronic voting machines in their elections. While these machines are not required by state law, they are federally mandated to ensure that disabled people can vote.

On the issue of fair elections, Montana had to shut down their electronic absentee voting system after voters discovered that Kamala Harris was not on the ballot.

BREAKING NEWS! Sean Hanish, Director/Producer of Just A Bit Outside: The Story of the 1982 Milwaukee Brewers, calls in to share more news for the movie! If you live up in the Northern half of the state, the movie is coming to you! Check out their Twitter/X @JABOthemovie for more info on where you can watch it.
