In the second hour of our Cheese Days celebration, Todd emphasizes the hard work that goes into making cheese. Cheesemaking is a fantastic way for teens to develop a strong work ethic. 

On Saturday afternoon, Cheese Days will be breaking the world record for the biggest polka dance. If you can show up around 2 pm CST, head to cheesedays.com and sign up! If you can walk, you can polka!
