Guests: Matt Flynn, Pat Kreitlow, Trygve Olson

A few days ago, Donald Trump and his campaign team used Arlington National Cemetery for a photo op. At Arlington National Cemetery, only cemetery staff are allowed to take photos in many areas, and they cannot be used for political purposes. Now, according to reporting from AP and a statement from Arlington themselves, we can confirm that Trump and his team were warned that this is illegal. In fact, there was an alleged physical altercation between cemetery staff and Trump’s campaign staff. We welcome Pat Kreitlow of UpNorthNews Radio and Trygve Olson of The Lincoln Project to discuss Trump’s abuse of these sacred grounds.

After that discussion, we welcome attorney and former State Democratic Party Chair Matt Flynn back to the program. In Texas, State Attorney General Ken Paxton is employing clear voter intimidation and suppression tactics against minorities, including several members of the Latino population. CBS’s Major Garrett interviewed Juan Proaño, the CEO of a Latino voting rights organization from the state. Trygve Olson weighs in on the political ramifications, confirming that this can make a real difference, even in Texas. Matt Flynn provides his legal expertise on the situation.

To finish the hour, Todd, Trygve, and Matt review a new ad from The Lincoln Project depicting a possible future under abortion bans proposed in Project 2025.
