As the presidential campaign season picks up steam, Donald Trump is becoming angrier by the day. Harris campaign events boast attendance reaching into the thousands and tens of thousands while Trump campaign events appear to stagnate or decline in popularity. Over the weekend, Trump posted on his tiny social media network claiming that Harris used AI to fake images of a warm reception on the tarmac in Detroit. In reality, the image in question was a doctored photo from an entirely different airport. Video and photo evidence both from individuals and from news outlets show multiple angles of Harris’s warm reception in Detroit. In Todd’s opinion, it’s a simple case of jealousy. Trump has enjoyed using his plane as a backdrop for photo ops and can’t accept that his opponent is employing the same technique to greater effect. 

Our resident legal expert Matt Flynn returns for another edition of Mondays With Matt! Tomorrow, August 13th, Wisconsin is holding a primary election. While it is incredibly important to vote in all elections, this one has a few ballot initiatives that are even more pressing. The MAGA-controlled state legislature has put two referendums on the ballot that would amend the state constitution and cut the governor out of emergency decision-making. Ultimately, if these amendments pass, our state’s ability to respond rapidly and appropriately to a crisis would be greatly hindered.
