Long gone are the days of Walter Cronkite, where people believed what they heard or read in the news. The internet and social media have immensely complicated the flow of information. Nowadays, many “news” outlets broadcast and/or publish whatever they want, and it can be difficult to know where the truth is coming from. Fox News is particularly guilty of this, and after the Dominion voting machine lawsuit, we know for a fact that they lie for profit and political advantage. Lately, they’ve been playing videos of Joe Biden that are edited to make him look senile. He appears to wander off, but the video has been conveniently edited to remove the person he was speaking to. Todd delves into this heinous neglect of journalistic integrity, taking your calls on the debacle.
