Guests: David Turk, Kelda Roys

Todd is fired up today! After last night’s forum on UW campus closures in Muscoda, he has renewed hope for the future of two-year campuses. This hour, we hear from David Turk, the newly elected Chair of the Richland County Board, on the impact that this debacle has on communities around Wisconsin. As we’ve heard for over a year and a half now, local authorities and community members have gone above and beyond in the search for a solution that keeps campuses alive. Time and again, UW System leadership have been minimally responsive, if at all.

At the bottom of the hour, we are joined by State Senator Kelda Roys, co-host of last night’s event. We listen to some audio from the forum and talk about what we as citizens can do to save our schools.
