Wisconsin Republicans are in a bit of a pickle. Brian Schimming, the chairman of the Republican Party of Wisconsin, is encouraging citizens to vote absentee early. However, the presumptive nominee Donald Trump is still claiming that mail-in voting is corrupt. Who are Wisconsin Republicans supposed to listen to?
