Is it money laundering? Is it a convoluted marketing ploy? Keegan gives us all the info he could find. 

Next up, has South Park somehow made people more easily offended by jokes? This idea seems to defy the off-color content of the show, but there is a point to be made here. Keegan explains the line of thought.
