Brigadier General David May takes your questions on the Wisconsin Air National Guard (ANG) in an exclusive Q&A session. The General brings us up to speed on recruitment and retention rates across the US armed forces, sharing his excitement about the opportunities available. He also addresses concerns of family support for servicemen and women, emphasizing family outreach and childcare programs. He and Captain Sara Eagle discuss methods that the ANG employs to minimize the amount of noise civilians are exposed to when F-35 jets fly overhead. The conversation comes to a close as Brigadier General May advises a former serviceman on how to get back into the ANG. It turns out that no matter your background, it’s very easy to see how you can get involved in serving your country.
