Are people around me safe when I vape?
Science does not support that belief.
Exiled vape emissions linger in the air, affecting indoor air quality and bystanders in the same space through second-hand exposure.
Vaping emissions can also accumulate on clothes, hair, dust, and furniture, leading to exposure risks to bystanders of all ages.
Invaping around a pregnant person can lead to serious health impacts on fetal and childhood development.

What up y'all welcome back welcome back to the award-winning 1017 The Truth live from the American Family Assurance Studios.
It's your boy Ray Nitty holding it down from two to four right now on the grapevine.
It's hour two.
What it do?
I'm Viv will be feeling this slot in the near future.
Viv's view from two to four.

She's a legend in this town.
So I'm excited to see the energy, the conversations, the content, the type of vibes that Aunt Viv is gonna bring from this two to four slide.
But until then, I'm enjoying this time with y'all.
I hope y'all been enjoying me as much as I've been enjoying y'all.
Thank you, thank you.
We talking about the Nolan Wells situation?
talking about the Nolan Wales situation.
We got some some.
Comments and questions in the chat.
Some said, yeah, they killed him.
Dale Mack.
Robert said, 100% killed him.
Loran says, if you're in a group chat, you keep getting messages coming even if you're not active.
Did the messages stop?
What is the judge's connection?
Why would he ruin his life over this?
Says one of the parents is a judge.
He says, if you're in a group chat and just killed somebody in the chat, the smart thing to do is continue to chat like the person is still alive and in the chat.
Interesting.
It's interesting.
But see what they started doing?
They started deleting things.
Some of them even deleted their own Facebook accounts, their own social media accounts.
Started by just deleting pictures.
And after deleting pictures wasn't enough, this is just get rid of the whole thing.
They are already on tours.
So what does the judge have to do with it?
Is the judge is the step parent of one of the boys.
The judge also prematurely came out almost immediately saying that Or essentially trying to clear these boys without any real evidence It's very irresponsible of a judge if you ask me I Don't even think a judge should be speaking out publicly on anything involving their
significant other family member or whatever.
Because people would believe that a judge is telling the truth and should be believed.
And yet a message is stopped.
They said at three, they said approximately three o'clock, the message is stopped.
3 a.m.
They said When the parents got the phone and I don't think they're talking about Nolan Wales parents because they didn't get the phone until Okay, they didn't get the phone Until The day
His body was found.
That's when the mother tracked the phone to the friend's house.
So I'm going to assume the last house that we saw, if you just joined in us, we went through the both path and the car path for when he left his house.
They stopped at a McDonald's, shared messages, got on a boat, drove around and you see him stop and all of these other things and three AM.
They said, when they got to a house, the message just stopped.
I'm assuming these guys made it home.
Nolan didn't.
All right.
So, as we stated,
on this show in the past.
As we stated on this show in the past, we said the family has a peanut Snapchat, meta TikTok, WhatsApp, Life360.
I'm sure we're gonna get some more information.
The grand jury reviewed the family's own forensic examiner's work, a 14-page preliminary report, a 21-page final report, and a 261-page Snapchat conversation report.
Friend Warren Hudson on camera.
I don't even know Nolan's password.
You don't need passwords with facial recognition.
Ain't fooling nobody come on now
So what is the whole It's like we just forget about the whole are they saying the audio that we heard where they said Nolan was saying give me back my phone He never got the phone back clearly right We just forget all about this part we forget about the video
of them on the boat, their words, or they say that video was fake too.
Nancy Gray said that.
It wasn't me and Shannon.
Nancy said that.
The audio from them on the boat, when they said they called for the emergency, had somebody in the background which sounded like,
allegedly saying, Nolan, wake up, Nolan, get up, Nolan.
Somebody's saying, oh my God, he's dead.
Are we saying these things didn't happen or are we saying that that was fake?
I'm just asking questions.
Because I'm trying to get some real understanding.
Awareness is going a 3 3 2 1 2 10 17 is the number to die.
I'd love to hear from you.
What are your thoughts?
What are your thoughts?
The three friends handed their own phones to federal agents no subpoena required Here's the messy middle part of this right the phone
was never forensically collected by law enforcement until late.
The family held it for weeks.
The joint forensic exam, the DA proposed on July 15th, never got a date.
The joint forensics never got a date.
A month later, the DA gave the family 48 hours to hand it over.
while they were out of state.
And it was the
had
phone?
Like,
I'm assuming the... It sounds like from what we're talking about is the three friends.
No, no, no.
The three friends handed their phones to federal agents.
No subpoena required.
And it says the phone was never forensically collected by law enforcement.
I'm assuming they talking about Nolan's phone They didn't get it from his parents after they was they tracked it After they tracked it you telling me Yo kids is such good friends with somebody who's who's been missing And you don't call the mom and be like we have Nolan's phone
They had to track it to your house pop up at your house My son fall here and he been missing and they just found his body The same day you don't call You don't call a judge Are you out of your damn mind?
I've been looking for my baby
that's been kicking it with yo kids and they friends.
And you don't tell me, hey, I'm sorry with everything that is going on, but we have Nolan's phone.
Maybe there's something in there that could help you.
No.
They had to track the phone fam.
It's not like they didn't know he was he was missing I Don't know y'all I'm just asking questions If my kid is
If my kid is missing and they was hanging out with your kids.
If my kids was, let's take everything out of it.
Let's just lock in on this one part right here.
Cause there's so many wild parts of this story, but you telling me Nolan friends loved him so much.
That they would know that he was missing and not say the parents a judge Would not say We heard Nolan's is missing we have his phone he was left on the boat He said he was gonna stay and get another ride, but he left his phone on the boat that wasn't said she had to track it to the house to their house
the day they found his body.
Okay?
I want y'all to sit with that for a second.
When we come back, 833-212-1017 is the number to dial.
833-212-1017 is the number to dial.
Don't go anywhere, y'all.
We'll be right back on the award-winning 10170
Truth.
What up y'all,
Live from the American Family and Sharon Studios, I thought something was up with these headphones.
Now I can hear through both of them.
How y'all feeling, man?
I can hear myself now.
eight three three two one two ten seventeen is the number to dial eight three three two one two ten seventeen is the number to dial this is a very I don't know I don't know man I Don't know Robert says people aren't upset enough about this.
I agree I Agree trash is so much we not upset
About enough It's so much we not upset about We are so What's the word I want to say Distracted is a good word, right?
But I think it's beyond distraction at this point
Willfully ignorant.
Willfully ignorant.
The way we allow people to play in our faces as a community, as a black community.
The un.
The hanging.
They still hanging us.
Nolan Wells.
While we see them have an empathy for Clancy We talking about It first of all, I know it every That black mama probably trying so hard not to do what she ain't no telling what
Could you imagine as black as black people?
No, no disrespect to to our white listeners or any other person listening right now.
We love all people here, but it's something culturally in us.
If we send our kids with you and our kids don't come back the way
that we sent them
the way that we sent them to you and our kids don't come back and on top of that, you know, I'm looking for my baby.
You don't even tell me hey Nolan said he was staying With some friends.
I just thought you should know but we have his phone How Then I have to track my kids phone to your damn house I'm fine on you
that I are do I already know that my kid is dead as I'm looking for this phone
It might not be your
I sent my kid with you, or my kid left with you, I ain't sent.
You got his phone as the parents, fam.
We ain't even talking about his friends no more having a phone he tracked She tracked the phone to the parents house the parents gave it to her and then didn't even want to give it to her at first What the hell is that?
Was hesitant to giving them the phone because they weren't finished hiding all the evidence right we couldn't figure out the password for the other stuff We got Robert on the line Robert.
How you feeling?
Man, man, just discussed it over this whole thing, man.
It's just crazy.
And what I think should be done is that judge and all those officials that had pre-statements about this before the body was even found, I think all of them should be in jail.
All of them should be subpoenaed and face the nation.
So why is that?
They pre-wrote this.
situation before the body showed up.
So, and that means that they were already using their intellect and their experience as being prosecutors and judge of fixing this scenario.
Wicked, wicked, wicked, getting all ass a jail ticket.
Give them two.
Man, that's just crazy, man, because now had this boy been white,
It would not go this way.
Come on, man.
It would not go this way.
And then there would have been more white celebrities stepping up.
I heard a lot of them step up yet.
So, you know, and then for our celebrity brothers and sisters, what y'all say?
Okay, we ain't doing no more concerts.
We ain't gonna have no more football games until these privileged people in Mississippi
come to justice.
And when they come to justice,
Y'all have a blessed one.
I appreciate you, Brother Robert, for calling in.
That's the part I want to, I just want to sit with this part, y'all, because it says so much.
It says so much.
You...
as a parent, as a judge parent, how irresponsible of a judge are you?
How irresponsible of a judge are you?
Let's be real honest and let's be honest here now.
We're talking about a judge.
Somebody who's supposed to have knowledge of the law, common sense, smarts, beyond average citizen, I'm going to imagine.
They looking for a body.
They looking for a child that was out with your friend, with your kids, peoples.
You have his phone in your home.
You don't call the mother like, hey, we have his phone.
We not mad enough about things.
We not militant enough about things.
Y'all see what happened on January 6th?
I ain't telling us to go storm nothing.
Let me say that here right now.
I'm not saying go storm no White House.
I don't want nobody saying Truth Nation sent us up to City Hall.
I'm saying look at behavior.
Look at the behavior when them insurrectionists, those criminals, stormed the Capitol.
The white, not the White House, they stormed this freaking Capitol, broke in, had zip ties, getting ready to take people hostage.
Somebody even died.
That's how they show up when they feel like they rights or privileges have been infringed upon or somebody has been wronged.
That's how they act.
And then you know what they did?
They got pardons.
They got set free.
They got pats on the back.
They got called outstanding citizens by the president.
But the judge holds on to a missing boys phone until it had to be tracked, not.
voluntarily returned the phone.
It had to be tracked by the mother, a worried mother looking for her son.
And she finds, she finds her son's phone and his body the same day.
They found Nolan Wells body.
and phone the same day.
Let's talk about some fake news flags that did not really happen.
It was a viral story that when I did claim Warren was arrested, all right?
He was never arrested.
And he was trying to claim he was arrested July 16th after forensics recovered deleted videos of racially charged jokes.
and a don't overreact.
It was just a joke text.
All right.
They ran it on a couple fake domains and pasta domains like news.us daily wire and NYO Times pages, right?
Not the real daily wire or New York Times.
Hudson was never arrested.
He gave a sit down interview.
He gave sit down interviews, fam.
Weeks later and this week his lawyers say he's relived and walking around He's relieved and walking around campus Mondays grand jury returned no true bill The friends lawyers are sending defamation demand letters Sonny Houston got one
frame this Like the nerve you kept his fault like Isn't that's like impeding an investigation ain't that a charge tampering with evidence Demand real charges
The family's pushed back the mother, Christine Onesley, in tears.
She learned of the findings minutes before the DA posted the announcement video on Facebook.
The DA.
A lack of empathy.
Attorney Ben Crump, common sense tells you that this child did not just drown, damn it.
That's what Ben Crop said.
That ain't my words.
When we come back.
When we come back, y'all.
As a matter of fact, before we do this, let me do this right here.
Let me do this right here.

Attorney Ben Crump.
We talking about Nolan Wells, the messages that was deleted.
a judge held on to the phone of a missing boys, a boy that was missing.
While his parents were looking for him, didn't call the parents and say, hey, we have your son's phone.
She had to track it and she found the phone the same day they found her son's body.
Could you imagine as a parent you find your son and his missing phone the same day your son is deceased?
Messages missing from his phone in the judge's home of one of the boys your son was hanging with We allowing people to play in our face too much.
I Just told y'all we watched January 6th happen and they called them people Patriots
That was the word.
Patriots.
These was criminals.
These were sex offenders.
These was rapists that stormed the capital and still got a part and still got let out.
And some of them still.
Went right back to jail because they couldn't help themselves.
These same good people couldn't help themselves.
Keep letting people play with us.
We keep taking our money where we not welcome.
We keep buying into a system that does not buy into us.
We not mad enough yet.
We ain't serious enough yet.
We don't weaponize the things that we can weaponize and really, really...
Take control We've always been in a place of Being submissive to Massa Whoever Massa is you you put a name on it.
I don't need to put a name on Massa to your job Massa to the government Submissive to all of these things We let people play with us
We talked about Louis Vuitton, all the brands, all the racist things.
We see embodies hanging.
Strange fruit.
What's the name of the song?
Still hanging.
I'm gonna tell you what was funny, right?
Remember the black girl that they found hanging?
We've never seen anybody caught or publicized for being caught for hanging somebody.
But when they caught a black person that was associated with the death and hanging of this black woman, it was plastered all over the place.
We allowing people to play with us, y'all.
And what this was what's the saying?
It's all fun and games until I want to play to Pull our money out of things Pull our services out of things Pull our energy completely remove ourselves we saw what happened with target target plummeted When we decided to pull our money out
and stop playing.
It's still a couple Uncle Ruckus's that was like, oh, I'm still going to Target.
But that's why we can't get on the same page because it's always a few.
And to the few, I'm sorry, it ain't about you.
It's about the collective.
It's about organizing the collective and understanding the power that we have.
Whether it's voting Whether it's our money whether it's collectively buying neighborhoods communities properties We watching people play in our face y'all We watching people play in our face So more pushback
Calling for US Department of Justice independent investigation and for the DA to release the full investigation file and full autopsy report.
It's still not released.
They sent the body with pieces of the throat missing.
So they couldn't conclude what happened to Nolan.
His thorax had been crushed, they said.
But pieces was missing so they couldn't fully determine what it was Conservative commentator Jason Whitlock tweeted Ben Crump's Nolan Wells host is over

No statue of limitations on homicide in Mississippi If new evidence emerges it goes back before grand jury Crump's forensics experts say their full phone find it.
Excuse me.
I don't know where that came from
Their full phone findings are coming in the coming days So we gonna get the full phone findings in a couple days, this is just a couple quick I guess it take long to get that type of information, huh women could have found that fast as ever But they get in the full phone finding so I'm gonna leave y'all with this man
That's not the tears man holding us down Gang gang an 18 year old goes to an island on the 4th of July and doesn't come home The parents of the friends that the 18 year old Nolan Wells
We're gonna say his name.
The parents traced his phone to the house of the parents that Nolan Wells was out with, and they found his body the same day.
As a parent,
It says a lot if you know I'm looking for my child and you have their phone inside your home.
And you don't call me and say, ma'am, mister.
We know this is a difficult time for you all.
Our kids went out.
And I know you're looking for Nolan, but we still have his phone and maybe this could help.
Maybe this could provide something for you.
But no, they were met with almost like they didn't want to give these folks back their son's phone.
You kept the phone.
You didn't call to say
I'll have your son phones.
That alone says enough to me.
And then on top of that, things were missing from the phone.
Messages stopped at 3 a.m.
after they pulled up to the house.
Okay.
An 18 year old Nolan Wells goes to an island.
on 4th of July and does not come home.
87 days later, a grand jury says no crime happened here.
A grand jury says no crime has happened here.
But his mother says she still doesn't know how her son died.
Bruises blunt force trauma.
They say to the back of the head a random witness.
We heard nothing about this witness until just today where I felt what I saw that not today, but when the grand jury report came out that they said a witness saw him slip off the boat at 3 30.
That's that.
That's a pretty damn good witness to know the exact time.
That Nolan slipped off the boat that you saw All these witnesses One person happened to see him slip off a boat, but nobody happened to see the argument that happened Nobody saw if he stayed on the island.
Nobody saw where he went.
Nobody saw if he Come on now all these people on the island
Somebody can see him slip off a boat But nobody see him Drowning If we're supposed to believe that it was a drowning you see him slip off a boat But nobody hundreds of people at this island kicking it for for July maybe even thousands
They had over 200 witnesses, I think it said.
43 witnesses, I'm sorry.
132 subpoenas.
But nobody saw what happened to Nolan Welles.
But they saw him slip off a boat.
Convenient.
I'm leaving y'all with this.
Don't let these people play in our face.
Do not let these people play in our face.
Because as a parent, my child missing and you got they phone and you don't tell me, my child missing for days.
You got they phone and you don't tell me and when I have to track his phone to your house The same day I find my baby body You didn't call me as a parent and say I know our kids was kicking it But he left his phone on the boat.
I have his phone.
Could you come collect his phone?
Maybe it'll help you.
No, that's not what was there.
That's not what happened
We can't settle for this y'all We can't settle for this but anyway, my time is up here Jazz Tyler is up next with the tap in I'm just filling in right now till I'm vif come, you know kick vives view You feel me?

Jazz Tyler up next, I'm out!
Some stuff up on this break, y'all, and then we'll get back into it right here on the award-winning, one-on-one, 7 to
True.
A news conference that's going to be happening later on today involving the cell phone of Nolan Wells.
That's going to be taking place 10 30 our time down in Orlando when with those details here is Will Polston.
He joins us with what we could be hearing about when this happens later this morning.
Good morning, Will.
Well, thank you, Bill and Brandi.
Now, Civil Rights Attorney Ben Crump, who represents the Wells family, will be joined with digital forensic experts this morning to discuss the findings on Nolan's cell phone.
Now, this conference is going to start around 10 30 this morning in Orlando, Florida.
It comes after the Jackson County Grand Jury report said that the location condition and recovery of Nolan's body were consistent with drowning, but both the state's chief medical examiner and an independent autopsy classified the cause and manner of no one's death as undetermined.
And the independent report also says that there's unexplained blunt force trauma to no one's head and back.
Nolan is loved.
He is cherished.
He is honored.
And he did not deserve to have his life taken away so suddenly.
Nolan embodies kindness and love, but most importantly, honesty.
And I know without a shadow of a doubt that if Nolan would be here right now, he would be in full support.
He would support every single
thing his father and I have done.
Another grand jury report states that the jury has seen both a preliminary and full report from the independent investigation of no one's cell phone and the district attorney Angel Myers McElrath has said that investigators reached out to conduct a joint investigation of that phone, but they were denied.
Bill.
Welcome back y'all to the award-winning one-on-one seven the truth is the boy Ray Nitty holding it down on the extended lunch break Substituting for the grapevine brother Z got me on the production and sounds you just heard a recent update on We haven't seen the actual messages yet of what was going on in Nolan's phone
Rest in peace to Nolan Nolan Xavier Wells.
But we're seeing that I'm seeing on TV reading some of these headlines that suspected racist text messages had been deleted.
We haven't seen I haven't seen anything yet with any of the context as to what was deleted.
Right.
But they're saying something was deleted and hopefully we get to get the answer to some of those messages real quick Let's go to our chat real quick.
See what some folks are saying the DA the grand jury police chief Coroner office as well as Nolan's murderers all need to be locked up Not really a city girl says they keep pushing the drowning narrative, but it was no
The breeze or water in his lungs TF.
Oh.
I know what that means.
Mississippi is a wicked, corrupt and tampered.
Oh, they use the cease body to unlock.
His phone.
So that's what I want to get into.
That's what I want to get into.
I'm trying to figure out.
What?
Is going on with this case because everything about it seemed like they were rushing to get this closed.
Everything about this.
Feels like they were rushing to get this closed.
Even from the mother who's a judge, strange behavior.
Why are you coming out making super public statements so early?
in everything.
She came out making real early.
Comments.
As a judge, I would think.
You would know better, but maybe that's why because she does know better and she knows you have to get ahead of things like this.
You have to create.
Doubt that.
Her son her stepson Is not the type of person that would do anything like this these kids did interviews.
I don't understand you did interviews You did interviews with with podcasters not even though legitimate
podcast, whatever the officer, whoever, clown activity, in my opinion.
It's not no damn journalist.
But they did this interview with that guy who is clearly, clearly an agitator and he is feeding off of the emotions of our community by.
pushing this narrative.
That.
No fall play.
But so much so much information, we all know the information, but if y'all don't know, I could go over some of the highlights if y'all want.
A 3 3 2 1 2 10 17 is a number to die.
A 3 3 2 1 2 10 17 is a number to die.
Alright So I'll give y'all a little bit of the story or as much of it as I can okay 18 years old July 4th boat trip to Horn Island, Mississippi.
He never came home from Okay Won't even He didn't come home for 87 days the internet screamed foul play and Monday a grand jury of 23 people
said no crime, no charges, no indictment.
Twenty three people, no crime, no charges, no indictment.
The story.
Nolan Wells, 18, Black College football player.
Southwest Mississippi Community College went to Horn Island with a 30-person boat party on July 4th.
Three friends, Warren Hudson, Jax Patalo, Morgan Seymour, left the island on boats Nolan chose to stay, they said, allegedly.
His body was found two days later off the island's northwestern tip.
The rumor
that tore through the Internet was.
Three white boys went to the island.
Only white boys came back.
D. A. Angel Myers McClarrath called the narrative false.
Nolan's friends love Nolan and Nolan love them.
Was that the.
Was that the stepmom?
Was she the Dia I thought she was a judge Yeah, I heard some yeah judge, okay But I'm sure the judge is pretty cool with the damn DA I'm sure they might know each other On Monday this week 23 jurors 43 witnesses 132 subpoenas no true bill
No evidence of foul play.
No evidence of racial motivation.
We'll get to that.
Right?
Rejected the claims that he was the only black person on the island, called the online attacks on the friends of their families, malicious and false.
I don't even think I saw anything that said he was the only black person on the island.
I don't remember seeing anything that said that.
or claimed that.
Okay.
One witness saw Nolan slip awkwardly off a boat around 3 30 PM on July 4th.
That's interesting.
But he kept socializing, didn't look hurt.
Jury couldn't say whether that caused the bruising.
Where did they find this witness that said he slipped off this boat?
One witness said he saw Nolan slip awkwardly off a boat around 3 30 p.m.
That's a very precise like That's a very precise time that you can remember I Could have just looked at my watch and told somebody the time and two minutes later, I wouldn't know what time it was
They said he kept socializing.
He didn't look hurt.
Jury couldn't say whether that caused the bruising cause of death.
Undetermined.
Both the state autopsy and the family's independent autopsy.
Determined that cause of death was undetermined.
Bruising on the back of the head, blunt force trauma.
But the jury said the head bruising was not a fatal injury.
Ain't nobody said it was it was fatal but blunt force trauma bruised to the back of the head sounds a little Suspicious something you should look into Wouldn't it?
I Don't know I'm not a detective so I'm just kind of using my common sense right, but I guess what they say
What they say, because it's common sense.
Say what?
That common.
When we come back, y'all, we're going to do a deep dive into the phone.
All right.
And when we come back, we'll get into Ben Crumb's video.
On what he found right here on the award winning 1017 the truth.
Don't go anywhere.
Just getting right back to it right here on the award winning 1017 the truth.
We getting ready to get into this video here.
From Ben Crump.
833212 1017 is a number to dial.
All right.
We about to get this video going.
But would be laser focused like us and get into the truth of what happened.
To Nolan and Xavier Wales their classmate We hope that everybody will focus on that and not focus on distractions So we have snaps Again from friends In the friend group the snaps disappear, but thankfully because we had one of the best forensic experts in America
he was able to go and retrieve those snaps.
Snaps that probably the people who sell them can't even get now because they disappear.
And so one of the snaps conversations talked about, do you all remember real sketchy guys behind us in two boats?
mean like yeah that one that looked like and I won't say the name maybe apparently the guy was real skinny the ones that were right behind us yes yes one was black and one was white well those guys were apparently like felons or something we
Hope that everybody will focus on that.

They said at three, let's say approximately three o'clock, the message is stopped.
Ain't fooling nobody come on now
So what is the whole It's like we just forget about the whole are they saying the audio that we heard where they said Nolan was saying give me back my phone He never got the phone back clearly right We just forget all about this part we forget about the video
of them on the boat, their words, or are they saying that video was fake too?
Nancy Gray said that.
It wasn't me and Shannon.
Nancy said that.
The audio from them on the boat, when they said they called for the emergency, had somebody in the background, which sounded like,
allegedly saying, Nolan, wake up, Nolan, get up, Nolan.
And it was the
phone?
Like,
I'm assuming the...
Truth.
What else y'all
back welcome back welcome
To the award-winning 1017, The Truth.
Live from the American Family and Sharon Studios, I thought something was up with these headphones.
Now I can hear through both of them.
How y'all feeling, man?
I can hear myself now.
833-212-1017 is the number to dial.
833-212-1017 is the number to dial.
This is very... I don't know.
I don't know, man.
I don't know.
Robert says people aren't upset enough about this.
I agree.
I agree.
Trash is so much we not upset about enough.
It's so much we not upset about.
We are so.
What's the word I want to say?
Distracted is a good word, right?
But I think it's beyond distraction at this point.
Willfully ignorant.
Willfully ignorant.
The way we allow people to play in our faces as a community, as a black.
community.
The un.
The hanging.
They still hanging us.
Nolan Wells.
While we see them.
Have an empathy for Clancy.
We talking about.
First of all, I know every That black mama probably trying so hard not to do what she ain't no telling what could you imagine as Black as black people No, no disrespect to to our white listeners or any other person listening right now We love all people here, but it's something culturally in us if we send our kids with you and our kids don't come back
The way that we sent them
the way that we sent them to you and our kids don't come back and on top of that You know, I'm looking for my baby You don't even tell me hey Nolan said he was staying With some friends.
I just thought you should know but we have his phone How
Then I have to track my kids phone to your damn house.
I'm fine on you
Did I are do I already know that my kid is dead as I'm looking for this phone?
it might not be
I sent my kid with you.
Or my kid left with you.
I ain't sent.
You got his phone as the parents, fam.
We ain't even talking about his friends no more having the phone.
She tracked the phone to the parents as the parents gave it to him.
And then didn't even want to give it to her at first.
What the hell is that?
Was hesitant to giving him the phone.
Because they weren't finished hiding all
Man, man, just disgusted over this whole thing, man.
It's just crazy.
And what I think should be done is that judge and all those officials that had pre-statements about this before the body was even found, I think all of them should be in jail.
All of them should be subpoenaed.
subpoena and face the nation to why is that they pre-wrote this situation before the body showed up.
So, and that means that they were already using their intellect and their experience as being prosecutors and judge of fixing this scenario.
Wicked, wicked, wicked, getting all ass a jail ticket.
Give them two.
Man, it's just crazy, man, because now, had this boy been white, it would not go this way.
man.
It would not go this way.
And then there would have been more white celebrities stepping up.
lot of them step up yet.
So, you know, and then for our celebrity brothers and sisters, what y'all say, okay, we ain't doing no more concerts.
We ain't gonna have no more football games until these privilege.
People in Mississippi come to justice and when they come
I appreciate you brother Robert for calling in That's the part I want to I just want to sit with this part y'all because it says so much It says so much
You as a parent as a judge pair how irresponsible of a judge are you?
How irresponsible of a judge are you let's be real honest and let's be honest here now we talking about a judge Somebody who's supposed to have knowledge of the law common sense smarts beyond the average citizen.
I'm gonna imagine
They looking for a body.
They looking for a child that was out with your friend, with your kids, peoples.
You have his phone in your home.
You don't call the mother like, hey, we have his phone.
We not mad enough about things We not militant enough about things Y'all see what happened when on January 6th.
I ain't telling us to go storm nothing.
Let me say that here right now I'm not saying go storm no White House.
I don't want nobody saying truth nation sent us up to City Hall
I'm saying look at behavior.
Look at the behavior when them insurrectionists, those criminals, stormed the Capitol.
The white, not the White House, they stormed the freaking Capitol, broke in, had zip ties, getting ready to take people hostage.
It had to be tracked by the mother, a worried mother, looking for her son.
And she finds her son's phone and his body the same day.
They found Nolan Wells' body
and phone the same day.
Let's talk about some fake news flags that did not really happen.
It was a viral story that went out that claimed Warren was arrested, all right?
He was never arrested.
And he was trying to claim he was arrested July 16th after forensics recovered deleted videos of racially charged jokes.
and a don't overreact.
It was just a joke text.
All right.
They ran it on a couple fake domains and pasta domains like news.us daily wire and NYO Times pages, right?
Not the real daily wire or New York Times.
Hudson was never arrested.
He gave a sit down interview.
He gave sit down interviews, fam.
Weeks later and this week his lawyers say he's relived and walking around He's relieved and walking around campus Mondays grand jury returned no true bill The friends lawyers are sending defamation demand letters Sonny Houston got one
frame this Like the nerve you kept his fault like Isn't that like impeding an investigation ain't that a charge tampering with evidence That main real charges
Right quick.

We live right here on the award-winning 101.70 Truth.
What up, y'all?
Welcome back to the award-winning 101.70 Truth.
Live from the American Family Insurance Studios, it's your boy Ray Nitty holding it down.
Brother Z got me on the production and sound.
We're talking about Nolan Wells, y'all.
They just released some information about the text messages that were deleted.
Text messages and Snapchat and other things.
I want to hear what else got deleted, all right?
I want to hear what else got deleted.
But before we get back into this, y'all,
It's coming up soon.
All right.
It's coming up real, real soon, y'all.
It's almost time.
We are getting ready to give away Bryson Tiller tickets, okay?
I need y'all to blow these phones up.
Not right now.
It's gonna be something you hear when Brother Z plays this sound right here.
Woo!
That was all important.
When you hear this sound right here.
Woo!
That's when you call in.
All right.
But if you don't hear this sound right here, then guess what?
Call in.
Ah, that's how we do this.
That was impromptu.
They ain't even know we was gonna do that.
He ain't even had to make eye contact with me.
We locked in.
All right.
So coming up, y'all.
But when you do hear that sound, it'll be time to call in.
Cause we're going to play a song.
It's not going to be this right here.
It's going to be one of his other songs.
So please.
Use this name of the song as an answer.
All right.
Because you won't win if you say the answer of this song is called.
All right.
All right.
So we're going to have some fun with it.
I'm having fun with this man.
So, stay tuned, y'all.
We will get these tickets away soon, all right?
But once again, if you hear this sound, that's when it's gonna be time to call in.
All right, let me stop playing and get serious.
We only got a little bit more time, but... All right.
Attorney Ben Crump.
We talking about Nolan Wells, the messages that was deleted.
A judge held onto the phone of a missing boy's...
A boy that was missing.
While his parents were looking for him, didn't call the parents and say, hey, we have your son's phone.
She had to track it.
And she found the phone the same day they found her son's body.
Could you imagine as a parent, you find your son and his missing phone the same day your son is deceased?
messages missing from his phone.
In the judge's home of one of the boys, your son was hanging with.
We allowing people to play in our face too much.
I just told y'all we watched January 6th happen and they called them people Patriots.
That was the word.
Patriots.
These was criminals.
These were sex offenders.
These was rapists that stormed the Capitol and still got a pardon still got let out and some of them still Went right back to jail because they couldn't help themselves these same good people Couldn't help themselves We
Keep letting people play with us.
We keep taking our money where we not welcome.
We keep buying into a system that does not buy into us.
We not mad enough yet.
We ain't serious enough yet.
We don't weaponize the things that we can weaponize and really, really.
Take control.
We've always been in the place of being submissive to Massa.
Whoever Massa is, you put a name on it.
I don't need to put a name on it.
Massa to your job.
Massa to the government.
Submissive to all of these things.
We let people play with us.
It's all fun and games until I want to play to Pull our money out of things Pull our services out of things Pull our energy completely remove ourselves we saw what happened with target target plummeted When we decided to pull our money
out and stop playing.
It's still a couple Uncle Ruckus's that was like, oh, I'm still going to Target.
But that's why we can't get on the same page because it's always a few.
And to the few, I'm sorry, it ain't about you.
It's about the collective.
It's about.
Organizing the collective and understanding the power that we have.
Whether it's voting.
Whether it's our money.
Whether it's collectively buying neighborhoods, communities, properties.
We watching people play in our face, y'all.
We watching people play in our face.
Some more pushback.
calling for US Department of Justice independent investigation and for the DA to release the full investigation file and full autopsy report.
It's still not released.
They sent the body with pieces of the throat missing.
So they couldn't conclude what happened to Nolan.
His thorax had been crushed, they said.
Pieces was missing so they couldn't fully determine what it was.
Conservative commentator Jason Whitlock tweeted, Ben Crump's Nolan Wells host is over.
These are the fools that fan the flames of injustice.
These are the fools that fan the flames of racism.
These are the fools that fan the flames of these crimes against us.
All right, y'all.

All right.
It's almost time to wrap this thing up.
I want to leave this last bit for y'all.
All right.
So what's next?
G snapped.
G said he can't copy it to W and O V. Same, same company.
I take it, though.
Same company.
That's them.
They're my cousins over there.
What's next, y'all?
No statue of limitations on homicide in Mississippi.
If new evidence emerges, it goes back before grand jury.
Crump's forensics experts say their full phone finding.

I don't know where that came from.

So we gonna get the full phone findings in a couple days.
This is just a couple quick I guess it take long to get that type of information, huh women could have found that fast as ever But they getting the full phone finding so I'ma leave y'all with this man.
That's not the tears man holding us down Gang gang
An 18-year-old goes to an island on the 4th of July and doesn't come home.
The parents of the friends that the 18-year-old, Nolan Wells, we're gonna say his name.
The parents traced his phone.
to the house of the parents that Nolan Wales was out with, and they found his body the same day.
As a parent, it says a lot, if you know I'm looking for my child and you have their phone inside your home, and you don't call me and say, ma'am, mister,
We know this is a difficult time for you all.
Our kids went out and I know you're looking for Nolan, but we still have his phone and maybe this could help.
Maybe this could provide something for you.
But no, they were met with almost like they didn't want to give these folks back.
Their son's phone.
You kept the phone.
You didn't call to say, I have your son's phone.
That alone says enough to me.
And then on top of that, things were missing from the phone.
Messages stopped at 3 a.m.
after they pulled up to the house.
Okay?
An 18 year old Nolan Wells goes to an island on 4th of July and does not come home.
87 days later, a grand jury says no crime happened here.
A grand jury says no crime has happened here.
But his mother said she still doesn't know how her son died Bruises blunt force trauma they say To the back of the head a random witness we heard nothing about this witness until Just today where I felt what I saw that not today, but when the grand jury report came out That they said a witness saw him slip off the boat at 330
That's a pretty damn good witness to know the exact time that Nolan slipped off the boat that you saw.
All these witnesses, one person happened to see him slip off a boat, but nobody happened to see the argument that happened.
Nobody saw if he stayed on the island.
Nobody saw where he went.
Nobody saw if he... Come on now.
All these people on the island, somebody can see him slip off a boat.
But nobody see him... drowning.
If we're supposed to believe that it was a drowning, you see him slip off a boat, but nobody, hundreds of people were at this island kicking it, 4th of July, maybe even thousands.
Because as a parent,
My child missing and you got they phone and you don't tell me My child missing for days You got they phone and you don't tell me and when I have to track his phone to your house The same day I find my baby body you didn't call me as a parent
They say, I know our kids was kicking it, but he left his phone on the boat.
I have his phone.
Could you come collect his phone?
Maybe it'll help you.
No, that's not what was there.
That's not what happened.
We can't settle for this, y'all.
We can't settle for this.
But anyway, my time is up here.
Jazz Tyler is up next with the tap in.
I'm just feeling it right now.
